Crow nodded, lighting his cigarette off of a lit finger. "She saw me, Ashle. I almost....I almost lost control. Not only that," He held up the medallion, "This means Vaarn has been through here, and I don't like to think about what he would do. Vaarn sees his whole purpose in life as casuing misery, pain, and destruction. If he was here and this was her home at one point, I don't want to think about what she might find."

*stands up, and puts a hand on his shoulder* If he has been here, then you can count me in. But we need to get Renna out of here first. I Think she can last till friday, but i need help to get her to the cliff, thats were i can build a shelter for her.

Crow nodded and lifted Renna into the air, gently. She moaned a little, but she was then still. He moved her up to the top of the cliff andset her down gently, watching the sun sink behind the horizon, and hoped that it wouldn't be the last sunset that he ever watched with his friends by his side.

I'm going to go gather wood the make a shelter. Wash the wound every half an hour with sea water, and pray. Pray like you haven't before.*goes out to the woods*

Crow washed the wound and thought to himself, That's because I don't pray. The Goddess probably isn't very happy with me. He bent his head and a pentacle on a chain that was hanging around his neck fell into the open. He closed his eyes and prayed. "Goddess of the Universe hear my plea. I have not kept your teachings, nor have I followed them. I am unworthy, but this is not about me. It is about my friend. Please, Goddess, let her live." He then fadded out into his native tongue. "haaaaaaaattthhh crrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeaaaannnnn ttoooooo puuuuu"

Hours pass, and Renna begind to move more.

Renna's eyes flickered open. They were no longer the crystalline violet color; her irises had taken on a darker hue flecked with red. She gazed up at Ashle, attempting to bring the world around her into focus. "Yes...." she said quietly. "Of course I can hear you...looking at you, on the other hand....is proving to be rather difficult." Her head felt as though it were spinning in circles.

Crow noded. "It comes from the lack of oxygen to your brain. It caused the blood vessels in your eyes to burst, and you may be going blind." He leaned over and touched each of her eyes. "How's that?"

Things began to come into focus as she looked from one person to the other. The color had lightened slightly, but the red flecks had gathered to form an outer ring around the irises. "Much better... though I still feel a bit dizzy."

Thats probly from the sea water, the salt usually make you dizzy and dehydrated. Here*bend some water out of her flask*dirnk this. its freash water, it might help. Your very lucky, you almost died on us.*turns to Crow* I think you deserve a rest. you've worked very hard.Come on, Renna. I need to see if you can stand.

Crow smiled, and went to lay down in a nearby tree branch. "I think so too. I'll see you both in a bit, and then I have some questions to ask you Renna." He smiled and put his head down, folded his arms across his chest, and was soon dozing.

Renna reached her hand out to Ashle and let the younger girl help her up. She glanced over at Crow and then gingerly touched the medallion around her neck. She turned her attention back to Ashle, waiting until her legs felt steady underneath her before letting go and standing on her own. She took a few steps just to make sure. "Where are the rest of my clothes?" she inquired.
