AEG's bypass antying else, hands down. Ask anyone who really knows airsoft.
I'm sure you can run slightly faster without the extra yet minimal weight of an AEG, but the sheer firepower and increased accuracy outweighs the advantage.

right now i have 2 smith and weston spring pistols (which are the highest rated guns on amazon which i just found out today eek ) and im planning on getting a double eagle m16 M4.

How old are you / where do you live?
If you live in Canada, Forget it. You have to be 18+ to play here.
If you live in the states.. wait till you're 16 and you have a job.
Don't play backyard airsoft. That's a good way to lose an eye / get in legal trouble.

For about 100-200 you could get an echo 1 which is pretty decent.
