SelenaxKurashina The only reason why I watch anime is for the complete opposition of soaps! If it's like soap operas, it's either predictable or dramatic! I mean, a love triangle once in awhile is okay, but if the whole anime is based on some guy liking a girl who likes another guy who's in love with another girl, it shall become boring. At first, DNAngel was really interesting, but now, it just died.
I also like Krad for that purpose. He is not involved in any relationships and adds suspense and action to all the drama!
Dear Lord, now you've got me bashing DNAngel! gonk I love it, I swear I do! It's just gotten overboard, you know?
I'm into the whole fantasy thing not overly dramatic love relations. If I liked that, then I would have just watch soaps and never gotten interested in anime.
KradxWiz?! *gack* That's just gross.... stare I mean.... Krad petting Wiz is already creepy. That's a veeeeeeeery creative mind you got there. xp But it's still like a soap opera.
I mean, they don't have to have romance in it to make it dramatic. neutral
Well you sure seem to put him in relationships.
Isn't that DarkxKrad thing going against what you said about him not being in any relationships?
I'm not making you bash it, your doing this to yourself. lol
Well anime has a combination of both, that's why it's so popular!
Believe it or not, Naruto has as much drama as any Soap I've ever seen.
I'm not kidding!
Is it any different then your slash couples?
Not really.
I bet if I said I liked a girlxgirl couple you'd react in a different way than if I said I liked a boyxboy couple, huh? surprised

I do realize that Naruto is dramatic, but it's got action! Lots and lots of fighting, not solely on relationships, although there are love..... decagons... which also kind of annoys me... ^_^;

Darks_sister SelenaxKurashina Well that's just plain contradictive. Anime characters... realistic? If they're going to be anime characters, they should be creatively..... unrealistic (like anime should be!) because then it would be like soap operas and I REALLY hate soap operas. Especially with the whole love decagon or whatever.
Risa's the only girl so far that has every irked me this much. So really, I just have a problem with Risa. Every other female anime character isn't as bad. The only character that I really hated that wasn't a girl was Riku from KH. (Funny story about that.....) He annoyed me too, but not anymore. I guess when things die out, my hatred does too.
Yeah, you can't change my views and neither can I change yours. I'm just bitc- urr..... picky I guess. I mean, I like the innocent girls or the tough ones. That's about it.
A weird couple? o.O I can't come up with any 'weird' couples unless I cross-over anime. xd Well Selena, that's what makes anime, well...anime! The reason it's so popular is because the veiwer or reader can identify with the characters flaws, weaknesses and strengths. That's what I mean by "realistic". (Of course, they can be creatively unrealistic.) But just think of it like this:
Anime= a really messed up soap opera.
Whatever ya know, just do what you like. Don't take my advice.
But lets just leave it at that.
Well ya just have to be creative!
