- Why did he kill the clan? because yea they were pushing him and in my opinion they completly forgot about morals and becam earogant with power and itachi being itachi i guess didn't want his brother put in this enviornment he wants his brother to become powerful like him because sasuke would like the attention and i guess he planed on leaving all along but when he noticed how his clan was being destroyed from the inside he jus cracked also i think he was also planning on koining akatsuki so so that could also be reason to get in

i think he he thinks diferently and see's the world for what it really is and for that people think he's phyco because everyone loves their "peacefull" little world where evryone is "nice and giving"

- Do you think he actually still cares about Sasuke? yes i do he in his on way is trying to make his sasuke stonger that we he kill him as punishment for his sins and because he see's someone who can make a diifference (i'm Itachi but that one is a little stupid i hope i am wrong about that one) and if you notice he does show mercy he beats him senceless only until he is knocked out

Why did he kill the clan?
Everyone looked at him as the becoming of a great shinobi. Probably to be the next Hokage. He wanted to change that and he believed he can change his own destiny.
Does he look good in girly red clouds?
YES!

Hmm Itachi killing the clan and sparing Sasuke was maybe one of his reasons or ways of trying tell Sasuke to do better than him...but he did a bad job though...

i think he killed the clan just like suggested to test his power but also because that he couldnt handle the pressure of being 'the prodigy' and wanted an escape from it all, and i think because he wants a formidable adversary in sasuke, so he can grow strong and be capable of killing him and with the clan alive sasuke will be never be able to achieve it.

he looks so damn hot in his akatsuki cloak so mysterious and when he reveals himself by lifting the hat cant help but me mesmerized by his eyes *dreamy*

itachi isnt a genius for nothing, people just want to make it seem that he is crazy when the uchiha prodigy is not, its probably something there that we havent seen yet, its probably though as an exterior we see him as crazy, i think it a ninja thing but i think he's calm but stone cold, with manners.

the tsukiyomi, by using his mangekyo sharingan eyes

in his own twisted way i think itachi does care for sasuke, there is always that bond between brothers even if it is hate

because they were annoying him and he wanted to test how strong he was...they got in his way, slowing him down.

I would say yes... I mean I think that Itachi, other than being impatient and likely to kill, would be an idol for sasuke....sasuke in a twisted way still loves itachi , why else would he be obsessed with finding him? and I know that Itachi still loves sasuke...mabey in a non-twisted way, mabey not...because Itachi left sasuke alive not once but twice!....thats gota count for something!
(no, I do not support uchicest! I HATE UCHISECT!!!...but I love itasaku! =^.^=)

Maybe it was a test from the Akatsuki? Maybe in order to join the Akatsuki he had to prove he was worthy? *gets hit by a flying duck*
