*Sakon took the Mold hthat he had been handed and took it over to the boiling pot poured scalding hot metal in it then clamped it down tight so it could set for a little. Two minutes had passed by Sakon immadietly released the clamps grabbed five base molded Shurikenand pounded them each ever so slight ly before chilling and reheating them for minor Adjustments this prossess continued until until the first few were done. Then the real work began. He continued to Rapidly do this same process but the more he did this his pace grew faster and faster but before long there were six dozen pitch black Shuriken laying on the counter waiting to see if he had done this right* "well.........."

The smithy tossed him a small box of polish wrapped in a towel. He then pointed to a whetstone, foot powered wheel.
"Sharpen and make'm shine now."
He brought out a large chunk of iron ore for the hammer and started to heat it into a liquid, to pour into a square mold.

Shinji came in with a bundle of wood in his hands. It wasn't chopped, but they were branches, snapped with a general thichness of about an inch to an inch and a half. He grabbed a hack saw to cut the main part of the tree he had dragged back. The logs he cut would be a foot and a half long, a good size he thought, for a forge. After the ten-20 minutes it took to get the sections, he placed the hacksaw back and grabbed a wood cutting axe, and got to splitting.

*Sakon did as he was told he picked up the Shuriken and walked over to the whetstone then began to sharpen them once each one was done with a piece of rag and steel he ran the blade against it so he could see if they were sharp enough for the Kage this Process continued until all the Shuriken were sharp as one could hope then he began to polish them this part was brief for this part he was used to after about 45min. later all the shurikenb were sharpened polished and packged ready for delivery* "there we are all done sir" *as he pointed to the finished order* "what shall I do now?"

The man showed Sakon how to wrap the sharp handle of a kunai with thin and sturdy leather to protect the hand. As Sakon was a ninja, he knew where all the equipment went in the belts and sheaths, and so he went about the task of assembling.
Manndar wanted durability and he got it in the form of a special wooden handle of five feet in length. The wood used came from a shipment given to him by Azure's Crying Eye Runic Hunters as one of the many tributes to get him to work for the village. The wood came from a magical forest that was leveled by the Hunters. The smith didn't mind where the wood came from because forests seemed to be growing all over Gaia faster then they can be logged.
The staff was pushed into the hot metal liquid inside the mold and left to cool.

Shinji came in a few minuites after Sakon had left, finally finishing with his chore. "Sorry It took a while... I didn't feel a ny need to rush to finish." He explained. Under each arm was a good amount of wood, and trailing behind him, punctured by silk threads, were the rest of the logs. He placed them on the stack, then waited for the next task. "Shall I leave or is there something else you need?"

They continue with business as usual for that day. The blacksmith shows his pupil and the watcher how to make good horseshoes, how to best turn iron into steel, and many others, small but important skills in the everyday life of a smithy. They watched as he finished up the special order hammer. The weapon smith awed them when he inscribed magical within the war hammer and showed them that the weapon was now impervious to all wear, as he tried to burn the handle, melt the steel head, tried to cut it with a saw, and banged it with a hammer.

Shinji had taken out a sheet and recorded whatever was inscribed into the hammer. Later on, he'd have to go through some books to figure out what each symbol did on it's own, then try to find additional information. For now, there was little to do but watch and learn. As soon as the demo had been finished, shinji got to work on trying to make a horseshoe. The first attempt came out strange, so he melted it back down and tried again. The seccond one would be sellable at bargain price, but for now, it was okay for an early attempt. Unfortunately, by the time he finished, a couple hours had passed, one for the first, one for the seccond.

Aona reentered the forge. In her hands was a long bladed katana, it's steel shining with a bright gleam. It's sharp edge had seen little use, as it was too long for Aona's tastes, but it had rested with the rest of her collection in careful storage. She approached the forgemaster, a hopeful look in her eyes. "I'm back. I have something to exchange," she said with a slight bow.

He swiped the sword through once and then traced it around in the air, sighted along the blade, and felt the weight of it. "Yes, this blade 'ill do."He placed it on a shelf and dusted his hands on his leathered smock. "Now... what'll be want'n?"
