Hinata blushed and sipped her tea again. Sakura was staring at them strangely but thankfuly didn't seam to catch on.
"Sakura joined us..."
Hina ta pointed kindly at the pink haired girl to her left. She prayed that Naruto didn't bring up the fact that she thought Sakura was dating Naruto. That might lead to her finding out about Hinata and Naruto together and if Sakura found out, then Ino would find out and then anyone who entered the flower shop would find out and then it would spread quickly like wild fire through a dry grassy field.
Blushing, she sipped her tea again.

" How hi Sakura-chan. Are you waiting for Kakashi? Where is that old men, I haven't seen him in a while."
Naruto then saw Sakura's face sadden.
Oh no, did I say something wrong?
He hated getting into these situations. He looked at Hinata with a look that was pleading for help.

Hinata glaced up at Naruto and could almost make out a look of pleading. She turned back to Sakura and saw the sadness.
"Oh.... um, Kakashi, your waiting for him? Um... I know I saw him yesturday at the Yamanaka flower shop buying some kind of pink and white flower. They almost looked like Sakura Cherry Blossoms on a string."
Hinata could tell this wasn't working as well as she planned. Maybe Sakura wanted her crush on him to go further. The last hinata knew, it was just a love sick crush like the one Sakura once had on Sasuke a long time ago. Buyt maybe times have changed that much.
"Um... Sakura, are you busy later tonight? I was going up to Ino's shop to buy some more flowers. The flowers I want will be gone on the first frost and I was hoping to get some to dry and make a wreath out of for the holiday."
Hinata smiled and tried to remember which flower died at the first frost. She wasn't one for decorating, but Sakura looked like she needed a friend.

" Cool can I come too?"
Naruto instantly saw the look Hinata gave him.
Oh, it a girl thing.
"Oh wait, I'd almost forgetten, I can't tonight. Im going over to see.. um.. Sa..suke. Yah! I'm gonna go see Sasuke tonight!"
I suck at lying...

Oh Naruto... I would love to spend time with you. But I need to be a girlfriend right now and not a girlfriend.
Hinata felt she just confused her own thoughts but oh well. She smiled at Naruto. he must of forgotten Sasuke was not in the village. He was off on some crazy quest to find himself and any kind of means to restart the Uchiha clan. He made a village wide announcement just last month. But she smiled anyways and pretened the mistake wasn't made.
your so cute Naruto-kun when your confused
Hinata smiled and blushed.

Naruto clapped his hands together.
"Well then, what do you girls wanna do till then? Or should I just leave now. I'm sure Sasuke wouldn't mind me being early"
He looked back and forth between Hinata and Sakura.
Why are they looking at me strangely? Did I say something wrong again?

Sakura smiled. "Erm...I guess we should be going then! C'mon Hinata-chan!" She winked at her, for she knew the topic would be on Kakashi.

"Um... Naruto... can you come with me to the counter.. i wanna buy another glass of tea."
Hinata signaled for Naruto to follow her to the counter and excused herself from Sakura. At the counter, hinata placed her order and leaned in to Naruto.
"Um, Naruto-kun... sasuke is away on some crazy quest to find himself and any kind of means to restart the Uchiha clan."
She smiled and excepted the tea while Naruto paid and had that cute look on his face again.

Sakura waited for Hinata to come back. She really needed to talk to someone. She glanced at Hinata and Naruto and hoped she wouldn't blab to him about her crush on Kakashi.
But she doubted it.

This was Naruto's time to leave and he knew it.
" Alright then, I'll see you later girls. Don't do anything I wouldn't do."
He smirked. Before he headed for the door, Naruto grabbed Hinata by the waist and brought her close to him. He kissed her lightly on the nose.
" Come see me when you're done ok?"
Seeing her blush only made him smile wider. He liked that he had this effect on her. He relunctantly let go and went out the door.

Sakura was shocked, but immeadiately turned away when Hinata looked back at her.
Naruto kissed her? And she didn't mind? I would've thought she would be scared! What happened to the frightened little Hinata I used to know?!

Hinata smiled as Naruto ran from the building. tunring back to Sakura, she took a seat and placed the new glass of tea in front of Sakura.
"Here..."
Hinata smiled and took up drinking her half full glass that was already on the table.
"Now... I can tell something is bothering you."

It...Its Kakashi. He hasn't been turning up for practice lately, and you know how I have that...crush...on him. And, normally he turns up, but just late. But not turning up at all? I know something is wrong. And I just feel so....so....alone," she said, lowering her head.

Hinata never really delt with these things before. She was always so quiet and kept to herself. But recently she and Sakura were getting along. She felt as though it was something she had to do.
"Is this the first time he didn't come?"

"No. He hasn't come for the past week. My brain was telling me to give up and go home....but my heart said otherwise." A single tear rolled off her cheek and slided down to her chin, where it dripped on her outfit. "Atleast you're with me..."she said, smiling softly at Hinata.
