Well, by far my favorite is Rammstein, but that's because they have such wild lyrics and amazingly entrancing beats.

Then there's Megaherz, which is somewhat similar but not as 'dirty', for lack of a better word, though they are somewhat.

Oomph! is alright, though I'm not much into them.

EDIT: For Megaherz, Freiflug is a great song. For Rammstein, there's quite the myriad, though the best, in my opinion, are Du riechst so gut, Du hast, Mann gegen mann, and Herzeleid. Heirate mich and Mein Teil are pretty good, too. As for Oomph!, I wouldn't be much help. razz

I just recently discovered Tokio Hotel. they're pretty good. C:

I've heard a few songs by Rammstein. not really my stuff.
Die Prinzen are also pretty cool. they've got some fun songs and really weird music videos. XD;;

Well I've red everything that was said before and I'm a little surprised that so many of you know such bands like Eisbrecher, And One and In Extremo. I thought they are more underground bands.
And there is something that I was shocked about eek that was how many guys love Tokio Hotel ... they are the first kiddy-emo-band German had! rolleyes and please never put it together with Rammstein crying it hurts
