Smiling eagerly, Selket walked in, holding a small, furry bundle of baby in her arms.
Vash looked up from his spot in the hot tub, and smiled. "Sel!" He grinned eagerly, and swum through a tunnel into the large pool, then swam over to her. "How're you!"
Sel laughs, sitting at the water's edge. "Wonderful, Vash. Simply divine!" She grins, hugging Keiko. She grinned, waiting for the upcoming 'curious' look of Vash's.
Vash DID get said look. He watched Keiko, a mixture of happiness and curiousity in his eyes. "Your.. baby?" He blinked.
Sel laughed. "Yes, I adopted another child." She hugs Keiko quietly, smiling at the sleeping form. "Her name's Keiko."
"Keiko.. a pretty name." Vash nodded, reaching up gently to play with the neko-baby's ears.

Shine looks over from the heated pool at Selket and Vash, laughing lightly. That red pearlaice was just as curious about stuff as she had once been. It was rather cute. She turns and lays her arms on the side of the small pool, trying to remember if she had ever met that one before.

Fauste sat near by the pool, peering into it, she had set her shell where she was peering into. The shell was sitting there making bubbles, probably trying to get attention.
"Aye, I see you." She muttered quietly shaking her head, "Don't like being pok'd an' such yet you try to get attention..Silly thing." Fauste smirks a bit and shrugs.
Fauste's shell made a snapping motion directed toward Fauste causing her to chuckle, "Careful dear, you might hurt someone in there. I'm going to look around somemore, behave." Fauste said sternly. She wasn't sure if it actually understood her. Fauste stood and looked about the pools area and wondered where to begin.

(( let's try this again.... errors wouldn't let my post before xp ))
Humming happily, Shine enters the pool area, carrying a white and black shell. She carefully climbs into the main pool, releasing the shell into the water.
Almost as soon as it hits the water, the shell begins to click-clack, as if trying to get out of her hands, anxious to swim.
Shine chuckles. "Hold on, little sibling! Mum said don't go too far away from me, since you're just a shell."

The shell sat at the bottom waiting paitently for Fauste to return, it was ready for it's daily dose of attention. The shell let loose a couple of bubbles under the water.
Soon Fauste appeared, peering into the pool. Fauste chuckle'd a bit, "I wonder how you'll turn out at times, you seem so restless. You like attention yet hate it. I wish you'd make up your mind." Fauste was polite enough to keep eyes just on her shell, it was hard to know how Fauste realized which shell is which...Other than colorings. "You just behave, and don't hurt anyone in there."
The shell snapped toward Fauste. Fauste shook her head, "Behave." Fauste said this more sternly.

Bianca shook the spray paint can. @_@ Yawwwwwwn. She'd been so tired lately. Not to mention all the nauseous times she felt like... >>; uggggh...

He went under the water, trailing the small group of fish, before coming up and seeing his owner, Kouseki and his Guardain Shoushi. "Nani? What are you doing here Kouseki?"
She giggled and rolled her eyes. "Nice ot see you too, Miroku. In her arms was the cute Shoushi, smiling all happy. Her eyes looked him over. "Been taking good care of yourself, Miroku?"
"I didn't mean it in a bad way, and yes I have." With a smile, he took Shoushi from her, and let his small guardian swim around in the water.
"Next time, I'll bring my newest pet Haku for you to meet!" With a giggle, she'd look around, then move to sit at the edge of the pool.

Selket walked in, having been guided by a cat-like creature. Raoul led her along quietly, leading her to a pool where he spotted the blond haired man who Selket associated with.
Crouching down, Selket knelt at the edge of the pool. "Vash?" She asked, somewhat uncertainly. She felt out to the water, her eyes closed. She was wearing her blindfold, with the tips of cuts coming through.
Vash heard Selket arrive, but was somewhat curious as to why she seemed so uncertain. Reaching out, he grabbed her hand. "I'm here, Sel." He answered calmly, holding her hand. He smiled somewhat, but knew she couldn't see. "What's with the blindfold?"
Sel closed her eyes, sighing. She removed the blindfold, showing the cuts along her eyes. She tied it back around her eyes, shaking her head. "The Kisster storms... I was in an accident..." She explained gruffly, crossing her arms.
"Oh Sel.." He reached out gently, reaching up. He brushed his hand over the cuts, and flinched. "Is there a cure?"
"I don't know.. My sister, Kanna, she's working on it." She sighed, holding onto his hand. "For now, though..." She let the statement finish itself.
"You poor dear." Vash reached up, hugging her. He sighed, shaking his head.
"It's easier than it seems, though. All my senses kicked in. I have awesome hearing now.." She smiled weakly, trying not to, for the fourth time that day, cry.
Vash sighed, hugging her. "I'm sorry, Sel. Really... Is James alright with this?" He knew about Selket's lover, Espia.
"He seems worried about me, now. He's paranoid..." She sighed, pinching her nose.
"Well, at least things are alright, huh Sel? It could have been worse." Vash tried to make her smile, a grin tugging his lips.
She smiled weakly, nodding. "Yes, it could have. At least it was my sight I lost. That's recoverable.." She smiled somewhat.
Vash nodded, grinning.

Fauste had been watching her particular shell for a time now. Only rarely getting up to do other things, because, well they needed to be done. During her brief aways the shell would often grow more upset and broody. Almost abandoned though it was never long before Fauste reappeared to look over her charge.
She had been watching over him the day he hatched, she was staring at it until the shell began to bubble and some water sprayed in her face causing her to look away, "Ack!" she exlaimed pulling back. After a moment it all stopped and Fauste could look again. Peeking out of the water were a pair of baleful looking eyes staring at Fauste.
Fauste blinked and wandered near it, "'Llo there." she said expirementally.
He stared still, refusing to say anything it seemed.
"I am..er..your...caregiver. I'll be watching over you."
He blinked slowly in reply he swam up a bit more, he was obviously sleepy, "No leave." he said in broken words. Not quite use'd to speaking at such an early stage.
"A..alright." She moved closer to the pool and sat next to it, "I'll be right here when you wake up."
He was about to go under before he moved up again and said, "Name, mine?"
"Oh! Uhhmm.." she thought for a long while, before glancing at him again, "Albrecht." Fauste said simply.
Albrecht just slightly smiled, or at least it looked like he did and he sort of went to rest, though he didn't seem to sleep for a long time, just staring at Fauste through half-lidded gaze, as if to make sure she really didn't go anywhere.
And Fauste? She just settled near the pool and watched Albrecht back, she was curious.

Sage comes slowly, making sure that . . . she doesn't attack him. He looked around for any sign of her. Seeing no sign of that psycho, he made a break for it, and headed straight for the pool.
A cute giggle breaks the silence and suddenly a hot pink blur comes out of nowhere and tackles Sage to the ground. Saiko giggled.
Sage shrieked, 'SAIKO!' He knew she'd catch him, she DID have legs after all, and all he had was a fin, which was really hard to use when trying to get to the water really fast! He picked her up off of him and laughed, 'Okay, you win! Lets go for a swim.' He put Saiko on his shoulders and dived into the water, keeping a hold on Saiko.
Saiko squealed with delight as the sudden rush from dry to wet, hit her sensitive skin. Since Saiko was a pearlaice she too could breath underwater, even though she had legs and not a fin.
Sage smiled, and started to swim back up to the surface. They broke through the surface and Sage took Saiko off of his shoulders. He grinned as he placed her back into her shell, 'There you go! Now don't get into any trouble, I know that's going to be hard for you.'
Saiko gave a cute, yet evil grin, as she nodded. Saiko didn't really talk much yet. She just . . . plotted I'd guess you'd say. She looked around . . . she wanted Sage to play his guitar for her. Cirisse had bought him a guitar and whenever Saiko was grumpy, and needed a nap Sage would play their song for her and she would go to sleep. She began to hum their song until something caught her eye. She cocked her head and she saw another pearlaice about her age at the pools.

Albrecht wasn't really paying attention, or was he. Fauste was napping a bit, at least she was still there. He sorta opened his eyes all the way and stared quietly at Saiko. He tilted his head to one side, blinking his orange hued eyes.
It wasn't so much that there were others like him, he knew the others around were like him, but none were is age and he wasn't quite aware any other than him had hatched yet...

He stared at the wolf that was laying at the end of the pool. It was just along the edge, and Kouseki was petting it. He knew it couldn't stay long.. For Kouseki needed to take it back to it's pack. "What's that thing?"
She giggled and pet Haku. "He's a wolf, Miroku. I told you before. You and him are my two best pets." With a smirk, she moved to Miroku, took his hand and had him move closer to the wolf.
He stared at it for a moment. It seemed harmless as long as you didn't piss it off.. Giving it a small pat on the head, he'd go back under water.
"Go on, Haku, go back home." She waved off her wolf as she saw it dart back to it's pack. Then she dove after Miroku. "Eheh.. Miroku, it was just a wolf." She murmured once she pulled his head above water. "And it's gone now."
He nodded and smiled. "That thing was the weirdest.. Are there many of them?"
She nodded. "Tons, Miroku, but you don't have to worry about seeing them. They don't come here unless someone makes them."

As Bianca sat by the pools by herself, she couldn't help but notice all the new pearlaice.
"Hmph."

He was still a bit worried about the wolf, but it had long gone away. "Oi, Kouseki, do you ever go to their woods and play with him?"
She shook her head. "I can't, humans get eaten alive, or hurt very badly." With a small sigh, she would lean against the side wall. "Miroku... how deep is the pool?"
"Let me check." He mummbled and went under the water. When he shot up out of the water, he splashed her. "Pretty deep."
"OI!" She squeaked as the water splashed her. They weren't really like owner and pet. More like sister and brother. Fixing her ninja band she would sigh. "You need a mate."
He glared when she said that. Rarely did he talk to the other pearlice, they didn't want to talk to him, so why should he try to talk to them? "There isn't anyone."

Shine is searching for the white shell that would be her sibling. Looking around, she can't spot it anywhere... until a stream of bubbles comes up from behind a group of normal shells at the bottom of the pool.
"There you are! I'm gonna get you!"
She laughs and dives to the spot, grabbing the small shell from its hiding place. Surfacing with the shell held tight, she looks around once again, double checking to see who all was there.
