Demon Cutie Hikari looked at him. Who did he think he was? He couldn't tell her stuff like that. She steped closer untill they were only a few centermeters apart now. She looked at his fox ears and then made a little circle around him. She stared at his tail for a little bit untill she came back to the front. Her eyes went back to him. The words that he spoke about her almost seemed like a compliment. "I am a bitchy, selfish little theif? What type of woman are you looking for? Because if you keep on complitmenting me like that, you just might get me. Ha! What a joke that would be."
She thought about what he said a little bit more. 'If you put it that way Im not much better'. He thought he was better then her. This ticked her off, she doughted she would say it but her expression was. She grumbled "Stupid silly boy."
The more he spoke, the more she was thinking. She wasn't considering he was right, just how wrong he was. She wasn't treating Kay like trash. She sat down aginst a tree and patted the ground as she looked up to him. "Sit down as I tell you a story." She stook a slow pause as she looked down. "My mother didn't want me. She through me out when I was like.. what? 4? I was young. I learned from a early age that life sucked. When I was 13 My mom found me and gave me my little sister. She killed her self shortly after. Never knew why. Never knew her. She was a cold heartless woman. I am pretty sure she might have been a whore too. I don't know. Well anyways Kay just ruined my plans for life but I mean I tought her what no one else wanted to teach me. And people tell it to their kids all the time but for me not talking to strangers means something diffnerent. A stranger could be a cop looking for us, detective, or... a rapist or anything like that. I know from experince. Anyways I told her everyday not to talk to strangers. Thats when she started to talk to that stupid cat. It was the frist thing she ever stole. I helped her alot but still, she did steal it. She was always so carful. I have no idea what happened today. But anyways, if she wanted to talk to strangers, she would live with them. Thats what I've got to say.. now tell me how wrong I am. Thats what you came out to do.. right?"
Staring up at the cold heartless guy she looked down aginst and mubled "You don't understand" She slowly stood up and looked on into the woods. She looked over her shoulder with torn, terid, sad eyes. "Don't tell Kay I said that. Tell her something like her mother was wonderful or something. She don't know.." She turned around and walked out into the forset not wanting to stay there any longer, before she really started talking stupid. Tasuki considered what she said and figured it to be her story. Everyone had one, of ranging gauges of saddness or malcontent. Tasuki didnt, or atleast he had a weak one in comparison to hers. Just an orphan taken in by a kindly old man. Nothing more, nothing less. It wasnt worth mentioning but atleast he knew her problem, probably angry at the world due to abandonment issues. How sad, how droll. Anyway, he was rather happy for hearing this. People dont normally open up to him. He mumbled, "Now were getting somewhere." however he didnt want her to leave but it just seemed right for the moment. There was saddness in her stride. He yelled after her. "Of course your wrong, there is no right in this one. But I stand by what I said, family should be together, I thought you might have learned that from your mother. When your alone, life sucks. Just consider it. The others, weve only just met but we seem ready to get through this weird a** prophecy together, therefore were not strangers anymore. We may need your skills though. Who knows, maybe you might make a friend, or alot of money. Were trying to save the world you know, im sure theres a reward that comes with it. Just think about it. You dont have to walk alone. Ill tell Kay what you want me too. Hope to see you soon, I acctually enjoy these arguements we have." he turned back and began to laugh. "Your really cute when your angry." He whispered.

[[Took me forever to get into the page that lets me post and when I was finsih my post the computer shut off whee ]]
Hikari stopped knowing he was right for once. Her mother was a b***h. She tryed to hid it from her little sister but inside that ate her up. But it never really took hold of her. But saying she was leaving her baby sister like her mother did just got to her. She sighed and looked down. She turned around and started to think about what she had done. She had left her little sister with a bunch of idiots. And even though she was alot more cheerful then her, they might get anoyed. She decided to fallow the guy just for her baby sister.
He said 'save the word from evil'. She relised that they were the people she was looking for. She smacked her fore head and spoke softly "Of corse! Your the people I am looking for. Well I dought you was pushed from a tree by a strapping young man but you know its all the same thing." She did think the guy who summoned her for this quest ws alright looking. He never looked that scurffy or dirty. Well when she pushed him into the ground but that was the only time. She wondered if she'd see him again, but she doughted it. She smirked "And to think, I thought he was mad."
She was so absorbed into the fact that she had found the group she had been looking for she forgot something. He had said she looked really cute when she was angery. She was mad all the time. So wouldn't that mean she was just over all 'really cute'? "Thats a frist, I have never herd a scum bag call a girl really cute. Its always been hot, sexy, or something else objecting. And besides. I am always angery.. do that mean you think I am really 'cute' all the time?" She smirked as she walked through the dark forest, almost at his side. She hated being so usless but she would come up with a underground plan. Maybe run with Kay when they fell asleep. She hated being around so many people. And she kinda hated her self for acting so soft. It wasn't her.
Something else hit her. She had know idea who he was. She looked up at him confused and shook her head. "And by the way, who are you? Like really, you haven't told me your name or anything. Thats not nice. You tell me off, complitment me, and you won't even give me your name. Are you too afaird I'll steal it or anything? Or are you really just stupid." She rolled her eyes and looked away out to the woods. She wasn't going to even look at him. She was afaird they would either get into another fight, or worse, end up having a friendly converastion.

Kay watched as Tasuki went off and followed Hikari. Even though she was hardly showing it, she did worry that maybe her sister wouldn't come back. She had, after all, broken one of her sister's biggest rules: don't talk to strangers.
Hearing their voices, but not being able to pick out their words, Kay went a bit closer to where the two were. She could hear her name at least once, and then heard Hikari ask what Tasuki's name was. Curious herself, Kay went closer still, and then she decided she might as well show herself to the two.
"Hi Hikari," she said, out of lack of anything else to say. "Hi mister." She looked up at him curiously, wondering what his name was. "What were you talking about?" she asked politely, not wanting to get on her sister's bad side at the moment.

Hikari smirked and looked down at Kay coming at her. She folded her arms and ooked up into the sky pretnedig to still be mad. "Kay, you really hurt me by breaking the biggest rule. How many rules do I accually got? Besides the don't piss me off rule? None. Just one. Don't talk to strangers. And You go do it. I have seen kids that can hardky breath without getting into troble with their parnets. I give you one rule. One freaking rule. I am so hurt. I am just coming back for a mintue. I dropped something. And then I am leaving. Never coming back. You talked to them, you talked to strangers, you can stay with them." She was a good actor. She was a good theif after all. She had made it sound like she was dead serious and she was aculaly leaving. She would go for a day or maybe even two to make it seem more real.

Kay looked up at Hikari, tears in her eyes threatening to fall. "Why? Do you hate me or something?" The tears fell freely, and then Kay was temped to run back to the clearing, but she didn't want to for two reasons. One, she wanted to know if Hikari hated her or not. Two, she didn't want to go back to where the strangers were. Hikari would probably get even more mad if she did that. "Do I have to stay here? Where are you going to go? Can I go with you?" Kay's questions kept coming out of her mouth, but she thought that she knew the answers, if Hikari was angry enough to leave her behind with the people they only had just met.

Kay looked down at her little sister in tears. She smirked and kneeled down. She really did love her in a werid type of way. She often did show it but she haden't had time since they were on the stupid quest. She smiled and wiped away the tears. She smirked and whispered "You must stupid or something. I was kidding. Do you really think I would leave you Kay? My baby sister? You are cumer then you look kid." She stood up and walked on ahead leaving Kay with the name less man. He was the one who converinced her to stay, he can take care of her for a moment.

In short she really wasnt cute, her attire would suggest the other adjectives she used. However, her pouty face was almost childlike so that was the only word he used to describe it. "Sure why not. Hope you wont take that as an insult. Im sure youll look better when you smile. Im not quite as simple as most people take me for. Im lazy, obnoxious, irresponsible, and pig headed, but im not an a*****e." However his smile faded as she mentioned for his name. He was happy to tell her but she continued to talk and talk. And be quite rude by her last little comment. "Damn, I just never got around." was his rebuttle. However as he said it, Kay came out of nowhere. Tasuki gave her a head bop when she said hi. Seeing the situation unfold, he slunk to the back of the scene and let the sisters speak. He huffed when she threatened to leave but something seemed odd about the way she said it. He decided not to assume, he had enough of that crap tonight. However he was moved as they finally made up. He yelled "Thats what Im talking about." He smiled. "Oh my name is Tusaki. Tusaki Kun." He smiled down at Kay. "Your sis is alright, she just needs the answers nailed into her head first."

She looked at him as he introduced him self. She repeated the words in her head. But only whispered it once. "Tasuki Kun? I am Hikari Down. Singal mother figure of Kay Down. But only old enough to be her sister, and that I am. Your not that bad Tasuki Kun, when your not being a jack a**. Your not half bad."
She smiled for a little bit as he had mentioned on her smile. It faded as it wasn't something was acustmed to. She away from his and tryed to find the clearing, advoiding all animals. She found the clearing, snake bitless, and still alive. She knew she had left Tasuki hanging, but she was fairly terid. She looked around the group and saw the people sleping. She walked away from them and lid down on the cold dirt ground. She covered her body slightly with her tail. Letting her ears rest she let them lower from their usally perked postion. She slowly started to think about the daily advents. She almost started to dream about Tasuki. Trying to shake it off, but it never worked.

After Kay, Hikari, and Tasuki left Kira had sat and took turns, alternately looking at both of the guys that were still near the fire. She had no idea how many people were going to join their group but she had a good idea that they weren't all there yet.
She then looked into the fire. She wasn't tired yet but she wondered about the others. She felt like she could get up and continue traveling.
"I hope they're alright..." Kira said, referring to the three who were in the woods. "I wonder if we could start traveling. I know it's late but..." She shrugged, "I'm feeling restless."
A sudden thought came to her and she rummaged around in her bag and pulled out a rough map. Guessing where they were she put her finger on it and another finger on the nearest village and looked at the distance.
"I bet we could make the village by sun up if we tried."

"Doubt it." an abrupt cynic voice declared. Celexa, traveling following her instinct found what she was looking for. Her company. Smiling as sweetly as she could as if compensating for her negativity, light as a bell, she said, "Came from that way," she glanced towards the direction of the nearest village, "I'm afraid the terrain and the likes are more unmanageable to make it there by morning."
Dropping her knapsack on the ground, she made herself a sitting place as she gracefully sat on it near Kira glancing at the map, before turning to the other strangers. "Celexa." She said nodding to the others as the way of introduction. She looked from one face to the other as if trying to sum up their abilities and weaknesses in a single look. I am here... now what? she thought in the midst of these new faces.

"But it's at least worth a try. I really need more supplies and I think the town might have a wagon for sale because it seems quite big. I think it's one of the biggest towns in this area." She said looking at the map closely. She then folded it up and put it away.
"I'm Kira," She said brightly with a smile. "Were you summoned to join us? Or did some strange and bizarre occurence happen to bring you here? Either way... You're probably a part of the group. Or at least I would think so." She didn't stop smiling while talking and her voice was bright and cheerful.

For seconds after Kira stopped speaking, Celexa looked blankly at her new aquaintance. Please tell me she isn't always like this. the thickest hood could not shield me from this irritating brightness. Forcing her lips slightly upward as a sign of friendship, Celexa replied "Must be fate. And if Fate requires me to travel with you and a wagon, then I vote off we go." She nodded as if to give more validation to what she was saying. Her ntaure was not to bond with anyone, let alone the likes of Kira, she calls herself, who seems to like rainbows and sunsets.
"This summoning you speak of... how bizarre is bizarre?" she inquired, brows furrowed and attentive to Kira. Celexa did not realize the greater powers at hand. This was no informal gathering. Perhaps, each of these campfire crouchers held some unforeseen merit which had conjured thier presence to this 'group.' She thought to not let her guard down.

Kay walked back into the clearing, following Hikari. She noticed someone else was there, talking to Kira. Kay, not wanting to disturb them, walked over to where her sister was. Sitting down next to Hikari, she sat for a minute, but then she felt... well, weird was the word that came to mind, but not exactly. She had this weird feeling that wouldn't go away. Something bad was going to happen. Kay didn't know how she knew that, but she knew that something bad would happen. "Something bad is going to happen," she said, knowing that she should tell someone, but not exactly sure who. She just sat there and said it. "Something bad's going to happen... "

Free had been walking for hours, doing what that stupid oversized goldfish had told her. After seeing nothing and no one for hours, she caught sight of the fire and heard voices.
"Finaly!" She said, fixing her hair before walking closer. Free smoother her damp clothing and walked into the light from behind the darkness of the trees. The wind had brought, like the Carp had said, to a group of others.
Wondering if they were who she was looking for, she spoke up. "Are you all the other summoned ones?" Free said, looking around the group. It was a rather messy group, wasn't it. Is that guy drunk? Mmm.. He is kinda cute. She lookes like the leader, Free thought, looking at Kira.

Tasuki went back to camp and sat on the base of a tree. He figured he would just lie there, listening to the others till bordom would take over and he would pass out. The others seemed to be excepting of this task at hand but rather confused by it. Tasuki just figured he would go because it seemed more interesting then he was doing. Tasuki finally decided to add in after a yawn and spoke to Celexa. "Apparently we all arrived at this spot for a reason, and all of us were sent away from our homes in some fashion or another. Kira was supposedly spoken to by god, Hikari met a man in a tree who told her, and I was just thrown out of my place because I had this cursed sword and cant go back home till i seal it. All different reasons but apparently in each seperate way. Were ment to destroy evil in some form or another. Atleast thats what I got from all this."
He turned his attention to a new girl when she appeared. He glanced over before he gaped just a bit. She was gorgeous, the best looking of the bunch by far. It was almost scary how good she looked. He smiled and waved once. "Yo. Yeah, we think so." he answered her. "Welcome to our happy little band." He didnt bother getting up though.
