Remie wasn't sure what to do, but she didn't want to walk back into town this late. She looked to the entrance, slightly trembling. "This place has always scared me..." she murmured. She opened the door and stopped, sensing something was wrong. Something tells me that I'm getting into some trouble, she thought, walking in. "Are you s-sure you want t-to stand out t-there all n-night?" she asked Owen.

Owen1223 "I guess it couldn't hurt too much to take a peek, might even find something cool," Owen said as he followed behind her. The doors swung shut after Owen was clear of them, with a sharp clang. "Welcome to my home." Jacob said in a soft voice as he walked down the halls towards them. "I apologize for the condition of the place, but I'm no handyman, and everyone s afraid of me these days... Follow me." he turned and began to walk away. Detritus stood before her, blocking the path. "Ah'm sorry, goil, but we 'ave express orders ta not let ye up dere. Too dangreous."

Remie pulled open her backpack and pulled out her pen along with her sketchbook, looking for a place to sit. "Do you have a place I can sit somewhere?" she asked, looking to the man. "I have to get this sketch out of my head before I lose it," she said with a nervous chuckle.

"Thanks," Remie replied and walked in, hurrying over to the chair. She sat for a moment and grasped the look of the room, gasping. "This room is lovely, reminds me of home," she said. She started to bring her pen to her paper but stopped, staring at it. She then began to draw, her hair draping over her face. She moved it out of the way and continued to draw with a concentrated stare, shutting out the environment around her.

The little sister I never had, he fancied, then shook it from his head. Those thoughts were dangerous.

Remie stopped for a moment to see what she was drawing. It was a picture of a man near a moving object, but she couldn't make out what it was. It had been in her head since she first stepped into the house. She gasped in horror and looked up to see the man standing in the doorway. "O-oh dear...how l-long have you been s-standing there?" she asked solemnly, trying to put away her sketchbook. It fell from her lap and all of her sketches fell out on the floor.
