((I'm still confused but I'll just follow along. ^^; ))
Riku heard Master Martin's request and his ears perked up. Well that was unexpected. He moved slowly towards him noticing the things that he put down and his eyes widening to them. Are we trying to heal a girl or kill her further with things that we don't even know if she is allergic to? He had very much doubt in Master Martin and his healing skills but he decided it was better and much safer for him not to question. He smiled gently and followed Master Martin around, wondering if Mistress Kyu and the girl are alright. Rikudou noticed that he looked back at him and lower his head for a moment to show that he was paying attention.

"Riku? Would you get me the loaf of bead from by the door and then see if you can find Kyu's personal ice box? It should be here, in her appartment, somewhere. I have a feeling she would keep some elegent wines near by for... guests." Martin said, winking at Kyu.

Kyu gave Martin a smile but turned back to the young girl on her bed solemnly. She had found her or more so the girl found her. Made herself noticed while they had been in town and she came home with them. Lily was frail and a little malnourished but still had the look that she would make on e beautiful women one day.
"Do bring me the wash cloth. She is slightly feverish. Though if either of you is worried she should be fine with rest and food. I think she forgot to eat since she used to be so used to not eating and made herself very weak."
((Sorry for taking so long to reply. Only awake 6 hours a day unless it's my days off and so I don't have the brainpower to think up a post on some days or never make it online in the first place. Thank you for being patient.))

Rikudou ears perked as Master Martin spoke, the more he talked the less he liked what he was saying. Of course he would get the bread and the wine. But the winking? I'll kill him. I'll...I'll bash him over the head with the wine bottle and heal the kid and BAM! Just like that everything will be mine. He started to smile, almost in a creepy way. But then it turned sweet again. "Of course. Sorry for hesitating..." He picked himself up and moved over to the spot he indicated, taking the knife out of the bread. Or I can just use the knife, it's easier and more efficient. And especially quiet. He looked back at Master Martin for a moment. I'm just a poor little kid, with quite homicidal thoughts. But that's besides the point! Oh, who and I kidding! Like I will be able to kill a man. He let out a small sigh and picked up the bread, moving slowly to Master Martin. He noticed that the knife was still in his hand and looked at it nervously. When he reached him he laid the bread on his lap, not knowing where to put it, and shoved the knife through it. I hope I didn't hurt him. (Actually I hope I did.) Mistress Kyu spoke as he looked for some sort of refrigerator. He didn't know where the wash cloth was, so he didn't even bother looking for it. (He wasn't paying much attention to anything outside the dream world.) Finding the refrigerator he knelt to it and opened. He ears laid down, he could smell the wine Master Martin was referring to. It's not like Rikudou didn't like wine. (And he's not old enough to drink it.) It's just that he didn't like anything this strong. And plus he didn't want to take care of a drunk old man. Not pointing any fingers. Rikudou seemed to be pausing at each of his movements and this one he seemed to linger on the most. He closed his eyes softly and zoned out, his hands glued to the wine bottle.

Martin noted the slight anger in Riku's motions. I'll have to chat with him, but this is not the time. Martin began to cut the bread. "Kyu I brought some tea. When her fever fades, you should give her some of the tea for stamina and a little for energy, but I also brought concentration for you. And you should use some for energy, too. I don't want you to kill yourself trying to take care of her, and you're to eat a little bread too, too. There is some sause that I made, it's pretty good, sweet and spicy so it will clear her sinuses, and if she doesn't feel like eating she might like it more than straight bread."

"Thank you for your concern Martin but I shall be fine. We need to focus on her." Kyu wet a cloth and dabbed at the girl forehead. She was breathing steadily and just looked to be sleeping besides her damp face and scrunched up features. The girl had not been taking care of herself at all. The wet cloth made the girls face loosen looking more relaxed. She gave the girl some tea and got her to swallow. Kyu then waited. She had to wake up now to eat.
"Riku?!" She called. "Come next to me."

"Yes, ma'am," Martin said, bowing his head slightly. "I asked Riku to get some wine. If she experiences any pain, a spoon full should numb the pain without making her tipsy." Martin left, pausing to scratch Riku behind his ears on his way back to the kitchens.

Rikudou listened slightly to his surroundings, his mind coming more into focus. He opened his eyes gently and focused on the wine. The smell came back to him and he gagged once more, pulling it out of the refrigerator. He noticed that his hand felt dead cold, he must have been sitting there a while. He retracted the wine from the fridge and closed it softly trying not to make a noise. Mistress Kyu started to talk again, but Rikudou stood in his place. He wasn't ready to move just yet, for some reason he didn't seem to want to move. Maybe not to get in the way. Mistress Kyu's voice deepened and called for him, his ears falling down almost on cue. He looked at her and was hesitant to move. He looked over with wide eyes as Master Martin came near. Rikudou tightened his body as Master Martin raised his hand. He scratched him behind the ear. Riku blushed slightly as he walked away. He didn't know if he liked it or was going to go through with his plans after all. But he still blushed all the same. He looked at the wine and walked towards Mistress Kyu. He sat on the ground beside her, putting one paw on her shoe.

Kyu still watching the girl reached out her hand and stroked Riku on the head. She liked him, he was small, cute, cuddly and everything else she liked. Though he meets her on a more serious note. Usually it is Aoi worrying about everything and her taking it easy.
"Are you alright? You seem a little shut. Perhaps I did something to make you uneasy?" Kyu took her eyes off the girl and leaned down on her own lap her head on her knees to look at him. A few strands of her violet hair getting in the way she pushed them away and smiled.

Rikudou tightened up as Mistress Kyu stroked his head. His eyes closed and he purred softly. He was getting tons of attention all of a sudden. First Master Martin, even though he knew I was mad at him, he smiled and pet me, instead of hitting me and pushing me away. Then Mistress Kyu noticed that something was wrong as well, and she is so gentle. Why are they like this? I thought when I do wrong I'm supposed to be punished...but...this is different. It's like I didn't do anything at all. But now Mistress Kyu is blaming herself and that isn't good etheir. Once Mistress Kyu stopped petting him, Rikudou looked up at her. His wide eyes flickered a bit and watched her as she bent of slightly to look at him. He stared at her for a moment and rolled over. "Please Mistress Kyu, do not blame yourself. Anything and everything is my wrong doing." He frowned a bit, and looked away to see if Master Martin was around. When there was no sign of him, he looked back at her. "Master Martin is good too."
He blushed slightly and pawed at her hair.

Martin lit a fire in the stove and grabbed a pan with which he began to fry the fish. Martin threw some spices in a bowl of vegetable oil and poured the mixure into the pan. Martin sat and tended to turning the fish so they wouldn't burn.

Kyu shook her head. "No, I won't blame anyone. I just usually have Aoi around as well and she was better at this kind of thing than I was. Though I am getting older so I am not as childish as I once was." Her eyes faded to another time though she spoke in the present. "I was once like you. Very young, not in the best of places, always thinking it was my fault. Then I found Aoi and we made this place for others that were like we were once could have a better life. Though I will never recover fully from my darker time. But here you can be what you know but around better company." She came back and looked at him. "Do you need an owner dear cat?" She smiled playfully.

((Rikudou has problems, and they really show here. It's really early in the morning. (5:00am) ...So expect a lot of mistakes.))
Rikudou listened to Mistress Kyu talk, and drift away. Her voice, was like...something you would never forget.
Like it was true.
Rikudou's eyes widened and he wasn't sure of what he was hearing. He stopped pawing at her and he looked the other way. But if she was just like me before...how did she become so powerful? Gain such a title? How can she just be a whole different person? Someone who serves...then be the opposite and be someone who is being served. It's too strange for me to think about ever changing...change is so hard. And sometimes others don't like it when you change. I'm pretty sure if I become anymore aggressive then I did today I'd have no friends...not even Mistress Kyu or Master Martin. (Which come to think of it are my only friends.) His ears perked up and came out of his thoughts, his head whipped around to look up at her. His eyes more broad and fuller than they were before, his expression as if someone just died. "Yes...yes I do." He struggled getting up from his spot, and stood beside her. He closed his eyes and pointed his nose upwards. Rikudou's personality changed on cue from happy and playful, to angry and insulted. It was a good thing, since Riku liked Mistress Kyu. But the way she asked made him so mad. He breathed deeply, almost in a calming sigh. Releasing all the negative energy that he was giving off. He looked at her and forced out a small smile, although he felt like he was going to cry. "Thank you, Mistress, for asking for me to be yours. But asking means nothing to me. If you want me...you must claim me. If not, you would have done what you just did. I'm going to walk away now, and if you have any objections..." He turned, his tail stuck, wrapped around his leg.
"Catch me."
He began for the door.

Martin removed the fish, heading upstairs to deliverthem to kyu. He paused on the stairs. Would Riku want some? He said he doesn't eat, but He might just like to sniff it.... Martin continued up the stairs to deliver the fish and posibly see if Riku could spare a moment for that talk.
