Its up to you guys, both work but both have a problem. The first would be a about two turns allowed per day in a 12 hour incriment. The problem with that is if one team has a group of people that misses out with this then the other team will have a major advantage. The second is having everyone go once and then that would be one round and we could move on to the next... the problem with that is that most of us are not on at the same time to really do this and some of us (mainly me) are often called to work at random hours. Its up to all of you though, I'm game for whatever works for the masses.

or we could go in a rotation and if one person doesnt go for a day or two then we could have some one on that team take that persons place for that turn, and if needed the next few after that until that person comes back.
