Subaru-san gets my vote!
To start off, her character herself is very pretty. I don't care if she's a Terijima-ripoff or whatever, I still like her outfit.
She also helped Tsukasa out so much! Mainly starting at the second-half of the series, she's a big help! Along with Mimiru she really helped Tsukasa understand himself and open up a little more. She spent time with him and really assisted in Tsukasa's mission to log out of The World. Since the rest of my explanation has potential spoilers below, I've put it in white. Highlight it with your mouse to see it.
Anyway, it was so sweet to see Subaru fall into Tsukasa's arms! It really moved their relationship along. Even if the two are both girls in real life, Subaru gave Tsukasa a reason to try to log out of The World! And it showed in the last episode, Tsukasa/Ann was really happy to meet Subaru/Mariko in real life.

But really there is hardly anyone in .hack//SIGN I don't like. To me they all have some likeable characteristic.
