Vulpix is cool and all, but a killer bug with SCYTHES FOR ARMS is better than a fluffy little fox thing any day.
It has no limbs replaced with sharp objects.

Please, Persian can bite off those blade arms. It can also scratch, give you money, use other elemental attacks, and it has a cool gem on its forehead! AND it can substitute as a housepet! talk2hand Does Persian turn big and green when it gets angry?

Don't get me wrong. Scyther is really a kickass Pokemon, despite me giving you a bad time.

And Scyther is now my 6th fave Pokemon!
1) Vulpix
2) Bulbasaur
3) Articuno
4) Pikachu
5) Mewtwo (just cause I love using him in the game)
6) SCYTHER.
Doomy has convinced me that he's cool enough to be up there. <3

Don't get me wrong. Scyther is really a kickass Pokemon, despite me giving you a bad time.
It's just not my favorite. I had the blue version and Scyther would never let me catch it.

And you know you could always fly to Cinnabar and surf on the coast to fight him there after leaving the Safari Zone? :B
That reminds me. You know Pokemon in the newer games have assigned genders?
Well, some are [or at least were] obviously supposed to be male in the originals. The thought of a female Charizard or a female Scyther freaks me out.
