I was half assed busted...
The hubby and I were going out of town to pick up an Oz and half of brown bud to give to people as gifts for the hollidays. The dude we were going through told us to drop him off at the dealers place...we told him that it would be best if we went inside cuzz we saw a cop sitting behind some abandoned cars in a lot across from the dealers house. But no, the a*****e dealer was paraniod so we drove off. I had a crack in my windshiled so thats why the cop pulled me over. He said he smells weed and has us get out of the car. Long story short my dumbass let him search the car and he found a pipe and half an 1/8 (b***h stole a deck of cards from my glovebox too). He arrested my husband cuss the s**t was on the passenger side and told me to go home but I couldnt drive my car or hed pop me for DUI. I had to let the retard who came with us drive, and he didn't know how to drive a stick shift. After a while, we got home and my hubby calls from a payphone saying he is out. He faked puking blood in the jail and the cop let him go with a ticket lol.
Hubby had court and only had to pay a fine...the pipe somehow didn't make it to evidence...

This is a nearly busted story, but damn it scared the s**t out of me!
So my friend and I decided to go toke at a place some 100 meters off a nature trail that's been used by stoners for decades, but it was cold and dark so we didn't feel like going in the woods. So since it was really dark we decided to light up some cigs and just hit the bowl right there outside of my truck. Everything went fine, we finished up and I put my bowl back in my pocket, and we just stood there finishing our cigs when a cop pulls up. He doesn't get out of the car, just rolls down the window and asks us if everything's alright. Me being cautious had whipped out my cell phone in advance to make it look like I was waiting for a call or something. So that's what we told the cop, when he asked if we were alright we said yeah, and that we were just waiting for a call. Then he just told us that we needed to get out of there, and waited for us to get into our car before driving away, and we drove away then too.
Proof that cigarettes save lives. But even with them we have no idea how he didn't smell it, because it was some pretty smelly stuff we had.
As for a time when I got truly busted, my mom smelled it in the bathroom after I smoked once, I guess I didn't spray enough parfume, of course that was because I was too high. Didn't even get punished for that one, just swore I'd never smoke again. Lol..

I have never been busted but I almost have been before. One night I waited for my friend to get off work so we could smoke up. I waited until like 4 am for him cuz he had to work some last minute overtime. He finally got off work so we started to go to our favorite smoking spot, on the way there we met a couple of chicks so they came with us to smoke up. We get there all get high as ******** (my friend had BC s**t and anyone who smokes in canada knows what that means biggrin ) we are walking home after wards and Im being a dumbass talking loud and dancing around because I was living in a small town at the time and cops were hardly ever out after 12. Well this particular night one cop happens to be working over time and he pulls up beside us and rolls down the window. I shut up and let matt do the talking but the cop happens to have a werid glowing cell phone in his car and Im staring at it without blinking. matts talking to the cop and finally asks matt "whats wrong with your friend?" Matt was thinking quick though and said "we both work at bps and jus got off work, were just walking home and he cant work nights to often cuz when he dosent get sleep he feels werid" I was so scared we were gonna get busted (matt had about a 1/4 worth of joints on him) but the cop just siad "go straight home and I wont bust you for violating curfew" and gave us a wink and drove away. To this day I think the cop knew what we were doing but was just cool about it.
