Hi everybody! My name's Heather. I listened to the Beatles a lot when I was little becuase my dad was into all the 60's music, but then I strayed away for awhile. But in high school one day I had Here Comes the Sun stuck in my head and I couldn't get it out, so I went to our local record shop and bought Abbey Road. I then listened to it constantly for the next month and began collecting every bit of Beatles music I could.
It wasn't until I saw Hard Days Night that I really began to love the Beatles personalities. And just a few months ago I saw Help! for the first time and became even more obsessed. My favorite is probably John because I love his sillyness and his genius, followed very closely by George who is the handsomest and his songs are so beautiful. Then Ringo who is sweet and goofy, and I do like Paul a lot too, just not as much as the others!
I'm so happy I got into a guild to talk to other fans all the time! I don't know many other big fans in real life.

Hiya everyone. smile My name Matthew, but I kinda like being called by my usual SN, Birdy. Thanks for accepting me into the guild! ^_^ The Beatles is my all-time favorite band, hands down. No band came come even close to me.
So, let me tell you a story about how I first got introduced to The Beatles' music. Before the Beatles, I was basically a music dummy. I knew nothing about music. Back then, I didn't even know who the Beatles were. o.o However, luckily enough, my dad wanted to get me more into music, so he showed me a Beatle album he bought recently. (I think it was called, like, "The Beatles: 1967-1970" I'm not really sure.) So, I put it into my CD player, and all of a sudden, I hear the soft flute (is it flute? <_<) introduction to "Strawberry Fields Forever". I was thinking, "this is interesting.", so I kept on listening. At the end, I am completely bewildered. The wonderful orchastra, the moving lyrics, I never heard songs like it before. So, I had to keep on listening to the CD. I probably listened to that CD for 3 months before moving on to buy more CDs. XP Pretty soon enough, I became a Beatles nut.
Yep. And John rocks! Woo! He's my favorite Beatle.

hey all!
im Lindsay, thanks for letting me join the guild!
im 16 and i live in michigan, the state known for its werid weather (a few years ago it was 80 degrees in february)
i discovered the Beatles about 4 years ago when the Beatles 1 album came out and my dad and my brother and i listened to it in the car just about everywhere. well, i have to say that interest grew so now i listen to them just about every day and have the yellow submarine movie (genius!) and the first us visit dvd. im hoping to increase my collection too.
let's see... i dont really have a genre of music i listen to most. i like the beatles of course, beach boys, strokes, ben kweller, michelle branch, elton john, wings, aerosmith and others i cant afford to remember right now cuz my mom just made PUMPKIN PIE and i have to go test to make sure she didnt poison it. biggrin

I'm a huge Beatles fan and I have a lot of their CDs and books so I can play their songs on the computer. I was so happy when I saw a guild for the Beatles!

Hey! I'm Raselin. I'd like to say thanks to whoever accepted me, cuz the Beatles are my favorite band ever! I'm from Maryland and in eighth grade. I really got into the Beatles a little less than a year ago (sigh, seems so long ago now). Anyway, I love talking about them online because everywhere else I sorta have to restrict my obsession or people tell me to shut up. ><
