Ayumi raised an eyebrow at him wondering what he was planning on doing. She looked around at those around her and noticed that the little squirt was still missing, that Jordan. He was out longer than she had anticipated, besides, it was just a spider and alittle knock on the head.

Glancing at Mina she took a step toward Hawk. Now she had to watch her back with that Mina, she had more guts. Misreading people was becoming a habit of hers...

She kicked the stick in the air that had been Mina's weapon of choise when hitting her a** and the black of her sword cut right through it with a grace that she had not yet witnessed. These we truly great weapons. How did their teacher ever come across all these, where were they from. How the hell did he get this good of a place?

Then there was a scream...

and with that...jordan was gone.....


The sensai rushed upstairs...you could hear his speedy footsteps bounding up the stairs, and far away from you....
gin shiverd...not liking the scream....Ark began to laugh "HA HA! another spider probably....maybe it was big..." he looked over at gin and whisperd, but lou enough for everyone to hear "maybe something got him...long legs...huge fangs...sucking the llife out of him while he screamed....MWHAHAHA" gin turned around and pushed him back
"dotn say things like that!

"I was about to ask you the same question."

Ayumi ran up beside him. She knew that something bad happened. His scream earlier sounded different. This was a different scream, one that she knew well. Looking at the others she motioned towards the wall of weapons.

"If you're coming with us don't bring flimbsy sticks. We may have to split up to find him, also we need to find the teach. I heard footsteps so I think that was him. No one go anywhere alone. This place has been giving me the creeps all night. Are you guys in or not? If you are then we need to know now. I'm with Hawk."

Looking at Hawk she smirks.

"Don't think I was going to let you have all the fun."

Ark ran to the wall "now this is my thing" he pulled out his modified .44 colt and pulled a small dagger off of the racks...

Gin nodded "we have to find them...this isnt right..." she took a very large knife with a long tassl....it looked like a giant kitchin knife!

they began to head out into the main room...then..there was another crash of thunder...adn the world was cast into darkness...

well..atleast till the emergency lanterns activated.....the main hall was lit with an strange white glow...the lights -all though helpful- were not strong enough to reach more then ten feet... Gin picked up one of the lanterns and looked around "were gonna need theese..." she tossed one to hawk, ark, mina and Ayumi...
Ark shrugged and grinned "ill look around the second floor if you dont mind.... and with that he began to walk off into darkness..holding his lantern carefree at his side...
Gin nodded..and looked at mina
"m-mina....will you look with me?"

Ayumi walked close to Hawk. So she was a little weirded out by the lighting and so if it showed a bit it didn't really matter right? She had kept a dagger in each of her boots even before she got there. Why had she done that? Oh well, didn't really matter now did it. Come to find out it was a good thing. She hoped Hawk knew where he was going....

Well, at least now she didnt have to worry about the night being boring. Something seemed to be bothering Hawk, ever since he came back from his first adventure. He even seemed a bit spooked himself...

"What's wrong with you Hawk? Seen a ghost?" She gave a sly smirk.

gin folowed quickly, holding her own lamp..her knife was out... "i think i can smell food...." and food she did smell..you could faintly smell roasting meat..and the sound of water running....
as you move on down the marble hallway, strange shadows jump up out of nowhere, rceing across the wall away from your lights...statues were in this halll...and it was very wierd...but eventualy, you walked dpast some normal things...a window, a phone, some flowers....all very nicely deorated...
then you get to a large door on a hing, it was obviously ment to be the kitching..gin slowly pushed it open...lookign across the ocean of grill tops and steam fryers and stone pizza ovens and ice cream marble slabs...knives were placed in racks on the walls...it looks like there was meat being prepaird...a little fire burning underneaith a large hind leg of an oxen...maybe a treat after the treats?

As they moved up the stairs, hawk and Ayumi saw Ark, peeking into doors on the second flor..scraching his head as he walked around, hands in his pockets...only a finger out to hold the lantern up..he waves and smiles..and moves further on down the hall....
@ayumi: you think you saw more people in the hall he was in...

hawk keeps leadign you to the top of the stairs..and turns to look for the room...and when you make it to the room...the light is out under it..and it appears to be locked....

Ayumi stares at him for a minute.

"A little boy huh? In here? Well, uh, maybe this is a bad time to mention it but I saw, well I think I saw" she begins to stutter a bit "Well, it's not exactly possible is it? Er probable? Anyway, I think I saw some people down on the second floor with the Ark. I'm getting kinda weirded out. Maybe we should just find this kid and regroup. I am getting this really bad feeling about this place. No matter what we need to stay together, this place is just weird."

Ayumi peered passed him into the room.

"So this is where you left him?"
