00Eddy Hmm, its a bit of an extreme idea... but how about ranks? The more active a user is, they are viable to get "promoted" and state their ranks in their sig (if they wish) and there can be a sticky thread showing what rank everyone is currently at. They dont have to be military ranks (if you dont want), they can be forum altered ones, Eg: Light poster, Poller, Topic hound, Info Master, Guilds Elite Forces. Something along those lines... We could even issue rewards and medals for people who do specific things (like running competitions, coming up with idea's, doing great RP's/threads, advertising the guild). Its only rough but its open for picking at 3nodding rolleyes Sounds like a good idea, though it'll be a lot of work with just over 180 members. We'd have to set a scale to show which amount of posts leads to which rank at first. We can discuss the rewards/medals later. If you can come up with a scale and rank-names (the ones you mentioned above sound pretty good so far 3nodding ) then I'll give a shot at going through the memberlist and ranking everyone.
