"Mmm chicken, Tasuki always said I should try haggis but I've no idea what that is," Kouji retorted as he tried to sniff out the food. "Mmm I'm so hungry." His stomach growled in agreement.

I think this is what you're going for...if not...well..you have to run with it anyway! blaugh Niftyness As Nakago spoke, she faintly wondered why this seishi woman kept getting in their way but she held much faith that Nakago would succeed in convincing the seishi girl to stay out of their way without physically harming her. She only wished all of the seishis were as reasonable as Nakago. Her gaze suddenly fell on Nakago the moment he placed his hands on her shoulders. If it were any other man, she would have tensed up but Nakago was someone she truly trusted. He had saved her life and was there for her when she was in need of a friend. "Hai Nakago, I am ready for anything that comes my way." Yui firmly spoke out with a determined look upon her face. If Nakago held such confidence in her than surely she should be able to succeed. There was not one time that she could think of that Nakago was actually wrong about something. Korin-Chan "Tis a surprise!" Subaru continued in a merry voice as she paused by the doorway and took a few sniffs; from within she could smell food, not as strong as she desired but it was certainly there, "But I'm sure you will be absolutely thrilled with it," She pointed out and curled her sleeve-covered hands over the door handles of the door before her,
"But for now, I think I smell food!" She squealed and turned the handles, pulling the door slowly open, "Now do you want chicken or -?" She added, turning her head to gaze towards Kouji as she continued to open the door... Yuki_Yubari "Mmm chicken, Tasuki always said I should try haggis but I've no idea what that is," Kouji retorted as he tried to sniff out the food. "Mmm I'm so hungry." His stomach growled in agreement.  *A smile almost pursed his lips as she responded. This was exactly what he had wanted to hear. He didn't have time to respond, and hadn't yet taken his hands off her shoulders when the door creaked open*
"What timing..."- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Yue Kurine Nuriko could only stare blankly as the two conversed, he was still in moderate shock over her almost instant recovery- not to mention her blabbing about being Suzaku no Miko and all.
"Why dont you just tell EVERYONE? You know, since we're in enemy territory and all why not we just surrender now and get it over with?"
He mumbled sarcastically, scowling at the two.
"And in case you've forgotten we still need to rescue Subaru-san, providing shes still aliv-"
His sentence was cut short by the grumbling of Miaka's stomach. Sweatdropping, Nuriko shook his head.
"Would you PLEASE eat something before we go about anything else... otherwise we're never going to get anywhere." Meilichan Miaka smiled and laughed at Nuriko. "Silly Nuriko-chan! I doubt anyone would really believe I'm the miko?" and then pulled out a megaphone and jumping all over the place started screaming into it, "SUZAKU RULES, SERIYU SUCKS!" and then placed it down and sticking her tounge out. She knew Nuriko was probably going to kill her now but...for some reason she felt a strange boost of energy. She didn't dare tell them that her body and chest were killing her, she just kept it to herself. She turned to Tasuki and smiled, "Would you like to join us for eating? I'm sure we could afford it! Besides, I want to know you more!" she said excitedly.
"Is it just me or does EVERYONE here have just amazing hair?" she thought to herself. Yuki_Yubari Tasuki rubbed his cheeks and scowled. The bandit then clutched his ears when Miaka started to scream 'Suzaku rules! Seiryuu sucks!' "Ah stop it!" he protested. She then asked him to come to lunch. 'Hmm, this Nuriko guy seems suspicious of me but hey, I am a bandit after all!' He stretched his arms and folded them behind his head. "Maybe, I'm meant to be waiting for a friend but obviously he's gotten himself occupied." 'So unreliable Kouji,' he thought scolding in his head. Giving a fanged grin he then consented as his stomach gave a growl, "sure I'll eat with you." 
ninja ninja ninja *Miakas crazy outburst got them the attention they didn't want. Immediately people were talking, gossiping...people backed away staring at the foreigners, especially her.* "Suzaku?" "Suzaku no miko here?" "Dirty foreigners! Call the guards!" "Did she just say Suzaku?" *However...even though the local guard had not been called...there had been enough commotion that one of Nakago's elite slinking around the rooftops, looked down at the strange party. Nakago would be very pleased.*

Directly after Miaka's speech, Nuriko's elbow was driven into her head.
"Baaakaa~"
Nuriko growled, noticing the growing amount of people around them. The warrior glanced around at Tasuki than to Miaka and laughing nervously.
"My friend here doesnt know what shes talking about. She's been sick for a while now and erm... Go Seiryuu!!"
He shouted, trying to cover for them. Technically she -was- sick, so perhaps it would fool them. Taking Miaka by the shoulders and Tasuki by the back of his shirt he started to try and lead them away from the growing audience...

Yep, it was official. No matter how much she had fought to avoid it, no matter how many times she had sworn it would never happen...it had happened. Soi was bored. She sat in the corner of an nameless inn. She was well hidden in the shadows and brooding over a cup of tea. Her fingers toyed with a coin, faintly crackling with electricity as she sent the metal piece rolling and making impossible patterns atop the cheap wooden table. She had lost count on how long it had been since she'd been sent from the capital with some stupid excuse to "scout the surroundings". At this point in her boredom even Tomo would have been welcomed. Well, maybe not exactly welcomed. She frowned. It had been his fault she was stuck out here, him and his little seishi princess attitude. Her fist clenched and the coin fell flat on the table with a sharp snap. She and Tomo had been fighting constantly, so much that Nakago had decided to separate them. Another figure made its way into her mind. Yui...no wait... lady Yui. She practically spat out the title. All this time she had been away, Soi was certain that foul little creature had the Shogun fawning over her. It made her blood boil, that girl was no more worthy than the glorified clown the lighting seishi sparred with. So lost was she in her thoughts that she didn't notice the group of half-drunken men surrounding her. Green eyes snapped up. What do they want? Can't they see I'm sulking?! One of them opened his mouth and spewed the same lewd semi-threatening crap she'd heard many times before. She sighed. Two minutes and five beatings later, she stepped out of the inn and onto the road. "I need to kill something," she muttered and stormed towards the forest nearby.

Unlike Nakago, Yui showed a suprised expression upon her face as the door creaked open and two unfamiliar people appeared right before their very own eyes. This must be the Byakko seishi that had been causing trouble but who was the man with her? "If you wanted to eat all you had to do was ask instead of causing unnecessary commotion about the palace grounds." Yui narrowly spoke up as she quickly regained her composure. Even though this was her first time meeting the woman, the seishi already got on her bad side by giving Nakago a hard time but at least this time she would be here to counter the girl's words.

As an elbow was driven into her skull, and Tasuki's loud mouth screamed at her Miaka felt her eyes spinning as well as her head. She looked around in confusion as everyone crowed around her as Nuriko dragged her away.
"Nuriko! What about Yuichan!" she yelled and protested. Yui was more important than her stomach but Nuriko's grip was so tight and she was scared of getting hit again. Sometimes...no...all the time Nuriko forgot how strong he exactly was. So as she was being dragged she decided there was more time to talk to Tasuki.
"Eh, Tasuki-chan, so...what side are you on. Suzaku...or Seiryu?" she asked calmly. Then turned to Nuriko and smiled wide, "Ah! Nuriko! Can we get some beef stew???!!!"

"Hey what the?!" 'Sheesh this guy's strong!' Tasuki thought as he pulled along. "Well I guess since I'm a Suzaku seishi then I'm on Suzaku's side hmm," he remarked sarcastically to Miaka. "Where are we going again?" he questioned Nuriko.

"Food?! Eat!" Kouji looked excited as he took in the young golden haired girl and the blond man. 'Who are these people?' he wondered curiously. 'They don't look very happy.' "I want to eat!" He ran forward towards the tables. "People don't look happy Kouji," he commented to himself, "maybe you should be careful. Maybe I should shut-up and enjoy the food!" he then scolded himself.

Miaka's eyes buldged at the words,
"Suzaku Seishi"
and then quicker than light jumped loose of Nuriko's grip, on top of Tasuki and screamed in his face with her megaphone once again, "YOU ARE ONE OF MY SUZAKU SEISHI!?!?!" and then stared blankly into his face and then hugged herself and wiggled her top half singing happily to herself and wiggling more...while still on top of Tasuki.
She then squeaked once more out of joy bent down hugged Tasuki as they layed on the ground. She sat back up and clapped and threw her hand in the air, "YES! 2 down!" and then looked up to Nuriko and made a peace sign.
"Aren't you proud Nuriko-chan!!!?" she yelled.

Nuriko hadnt thought about where they were heading. He supposed anywhere away from the growing crowd was good. Just as long as Miaka could keep her mouth shut- Nope it was too late as she started shouting at Tasuki about Suzaku.
Somewhere in the back of his mind he was glad they had found another seishi... but was this really the best time for such an event to happen?
"About as happy as one can get before they're executed..."
Nuriko stated sarcastically, trying to keep moving despite Miaka's... loud display.
"We have no chance in Seiryuu to save your friend if we get caught. Why not at least TRYING to blend in a little better here?"

Miaka's mouth dropped. This was the first time she acutally thought Nuriko was mad at her. She covered her eyes by tilting her head down letting her long bangs cover. She felt...as if she did something disgusting.
"Nuriko...I umm..." she didn't know how to say it correctly. So she just shook her head and smiled at him, "I'll try harder. Yui and Subaru are our main concern right? After all...that's why we came..." she said nodding slowly. That was probably Miaka's 'older more mature' self talking.
She stood up and then smiled, "Lets get into the palace guys! I mean how hard could it be. Nuriko and I could easily pass as women, we can buy clothing here, change our dress and looks and buy Tasuki a wig and sneak it as maids or something right? I mean how hard could it be! Then we'll get Subaru! and...Yuichan..." she said clenching her fist. She then ran at a soft pace into the market to buy some clothing.
"Hey! Guys this one would look good on Tasukichan eh!?" she said laughing as she held up a light maroon outfit.

Suddenly Nuriko felt bad. Perhaps he had been a bit too harsh on her. He placed his hand on her head and smiled.
"Dont worry about it. I told you we would get your friend back and we will, you just have to calm down a bit. We're in Kutou now and all."
He explained as friendly and 'big brother' like as he could. Nuriko glanced over at the dresses blankly for a moment before a large grin came over his face. He was always looking for an excuse to dress up, this was perfect.
"Well, I know WE can pull off the femenine look, however bandit-boy over there will need a little work ne Miaka-chan?"
The warrior followed Miaka about the store, examining the dress she was holding up for Tasuki seriously before nodded in agreement.
"Ah, yes, I think that would look good on him. Their may be hope for him in the cross-dressing life afterall."
His mood now improved Nuriko set about in 'female-mode' mixing and matching clothes and items for the trio to wear. Luckily for them His Majesty was paying for their little shopping spree...

Miaka smiled at Nuriko and nodded as she continued to pull out different outfits. She loved the smile Nuriko had on his face and it reminded her of when she first met him. God he was mean. But something still, made her continue to follow him. He meant alot to her and as he freaked out she just smiled at him.
She then turned around to find a beautiful pink outfit and she picked it up and admired it, "Ah...it's so pretty" she said spinning it around and giggling. This would be fun!! Miaka grabbed another outfit and put it up against Tasuki and then turned to Nuriko.
"I can fix Tasuki up a bit. Are thier wigs in this area?" she smiled at Tasuki and started to slip off his top to prepare him first, since he would probably take the longest, "Just gotta start undressing you..." she said softly while slipping his clothing off.

Nuriko barely heard anything Miaka was saying, he was lost in his little world, accesorizing various outfits. He had picked out a nice pale violet robe for himself and playing with some hair decorations.
"Wow, Kutou actually has some really nice jewelry. If I were female I'd be able to wear this every day!!"
He beamed as he pulled out a matching sash for the robe. He glanced over his shoulder at Miaka trying to dress Tasuki and grinned.
"I believe we passed one on the way over here, but your not going alone, we both know how well you are at keeping out of trouble."
He eyed her seriously for a moment before suddenly appearing next to her and placing a beautiful butterfly clip in her hair. Reaching up he undid the ribbons in her hair, letting her hair fall down.
"Its amazing what the right jewelry can do. We have to change your appearance slightly too after that wonderful display of yours back there."
He winked and ran off again in seach of something else.

ninja ninja ninja *The black cloak skipped from building to building, following them from the roof. Despite their new efforts to blend in better, he knew who he was following. He gathered from the actions they were taking...that they were going to disguis themselves...and so he would find out for sure..then return to the palace ahead of them. Should thatr be there destination...he would make arrangements for them to get in...he was sure Nakago would be interested in these visitors.*
