I don't have too many piercings yet, but I guess the most painful was probably my orbital on the helix, and the less was probably my monroe. xP

I have not had any so far that have been painful at all.
The piercings I have had are:
Monroe
Left side lip
Right side lip
Snakebites
Eyebrow (current but done twice)
Navel (current)
I have been stretching out my ears (started at 20g and put through 14s, now to a 4)
I have one tattoo on my ankle so far which was also not painful.
I don't actually feel any of these. Maybe quick pressure. Which just makes me feel relaxed XD

Least painful would have to be my tongue -- I literally did not feel the needle, and only felt an odd sort of tugging when the jewelry went in. The pinching from the clamp was the only uncomfortable bit!
Most painful, eh, I couldn't really say. Other than the tongue all I've had done are earlobes, a nostril piercing, and some cartilage piercings, none of them in particularly large gauges, and none of them were really all that painful -- a moment's twinge and then it's over. The crunching noise of getting the traguses done was really almost worse than any of the sensations! And my one tattoo to date was really almost *pleasant* for about 95% of the process -- the only bits that even came close to hurting were towards the very end, when some last little bits of fill in were going over bits that had already been inked...and even that really wasn't too bad.

Out of all my mods my Helix's had to be the worst. I had my girlfriend do them and it was hard for her to completely get them threw. They still hurt like hell when something bumps against them.. stressed ... I couldnt even feel my ears when i did them and gauged it. My lip (this is gonna sound kinky) Felt alittle good when i did it, it didnt hurt it was just like a weird pinch lol. My Tattoo wasnt bad at all, it is on my forearm and if it wasnt for me and the artist talkingthe whole time i would have fell asleep 3nodding ... 2. Tattoo (4h total doign mine, outline is worse)
3. Ear
4. Toungue (hardly any pain, only healing that is annoying)

my most painful mod was my snug, now retired, and least painful was my navel, I didn't even feel the needle go in.

My Bridge heart
It didn't hurt...at all neutral like, i was amazed about how much it didnt hurt. And, it felt healed a second after it was peirced. no stinging ever. even moving it when i was leaving the shop didnt hurt. Odd?
Most painful;
EARS! Forsure. Well, not the peircing part, but the stretching. Stretching hurt me like a motha ********>

Least painful was the tattoo on my ankle, most painful was either....musical staff on my ribs, n****e piercing, or my snug piercing.

most: two dermals between my boobs. the procedure took 30 minutes. it was soo damn intense. the nipples was nothing compared to that, in my opinion.
least: septum, or regular lobe piercings. i felt none of them particularly much :]

Most: Nipples! OH MY GOD!, Ripping my lobes open by shoving a pre-mature 6g in...blodd actually was dripping onto my shoulder.. . crying
Least: Lobe piercing, Tattoo on my forearm...
I sure hope my chest plate won't hurt too much....

My most painful mod ever–even more than my nipples–was when I pierced my conch myself when I was 15 or 16. I used one of those piercing studs they use at the mall or whatever. Punching through the cartilage was nothing compared to to the fact that it didn't go through the skin on the back because I didn't have anything to put behind it and hold the skin tight. eek That was a frickin' nightmare. I almost blacked out, and that's saying something.
Most of my piercings (I've had my tongue, lip twice, nostril, both nipples, both lobes three holes each (1/2", 2 ga, and 14 ga stretched lobes with lots of starts and stops in between), conch, and upper cartilage) were nothing. The soreness after I got my nipples done was worse than the piercing itself, but bearable.
I absolutely love the way tattoos feel. I've honestly never experienced something that could be characterized as pain on any of them. The feeling is just so different that what would be painful becomes something else entirely. I can hardly wait to sit through the four-plus hour outline on my half-sleeve, just to see if I can handle that long a session. whee

Most painful would probably be either the first or second time I got my belly button pierced. The first time I did it myself, and I had to take it out. 2 years later I got it pierced professionally, and they had to punch through the scar tissue, which hurt like hell, and I ended up taking it out again 8 months later.
My n****e piercings were more surprising than anything else. I nearly blacked out from the left one, but after it was done it barely hurt. They kept getting infected and sore, even though I had titanium in them, so those came out after about 14 months.
Least painful was my tongue - a pinch, then nothing! It barely even swelled.
Most bloody - cartilage. Who knew an ear could bleed that much??

In terms of the actual 'getting' (rather than the healing process), worst would definately be tragus. Also, the tattoos I was dumb enough to give myself (stick-needle style) were pretty bad, but I suppose I deserved that.
Least painful to get was definately my navel, which hurt even less than earlobe piercings. Healing it has been an entirely different story.
