Ghost Ship
Texas Chainsaw (re-make)

not to whine or anything but when people re-make very good old horror films it makes me sad because they don't seem to put all of their love and care in it like the original directors had put into the movies... stare

I heard the Psycho remake was awful. Being that Psycho is one of my favorite films, I don't think I ever want to see it.

But I liked the remakes of The Thing and The Fly. I still need to see the original versions, but if the remakes were that good, then I have high expectations for the original.

ya the psycho remake was pretty crappy. the thing i remember the most that made it so bad was that vince vaughn (norman bates) masterbated while watching her undress....it was soo pointless to even have that in there...it completely ruined one of hitchcocks greatest, psycho. it made me sad... crying

Mine had to be "The Grudge" Too many ghosts, crappy plot. It was fun to watch, but then after I noticed the plot was stupid. I thought they needed less ghosts, MORE plot.

Probably either the remake of TCM or Jason X. Travesties.

I am most likely the only person in the world who made an attempt to watch Cradle of Fear.

Dani Filth (from the band Cradle of Filth) + Almost non-existant budget = TOTAL s**t!

I've been able to sit through Halloween: Resurrection, Jason X, Friday the 13th, Leprichaun, the first four Child's Play movies...I even got through The Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake! But I could not even make it past the first five minutes of Cradle of Fear

To anyone who thinks that there are movies worse that this one: I dare you to sit through the entire film.

Ankle Biters is probably much worse. It's a movie about midget vampires that attack people. This movie probably only had a $100 budget or less. You can hardly hear what the people are saying. The script was terrible. It sounded like they wrote it as they went along. It probably had the worst actors in the world. Ugh, everything that is terrible in a movie, is in this one. No movie can possibly be worse.

I used to be obsessed with Cradle Of Filth and wanted to see Cradle of Fear but I never got around to it and I am no longer in any way obsessed with cradle of filth so I probably won't ever see Cradle of Fear.

Cradle of Fear is what killed my "obsession" with the band. Seriously, I can no longer think of their music (as awesome as it is) without thinking of how shitty it sounds when played over fuzzy 16mm video.

I remember the last thing I saw before turning off the DVD player while crying in pain was a bunch of gothic ravers jumping up and down (I guess this is what the British call "dancing") to a beat that is entirely different from the Cradle of Filth song playing over the scene. Now that's pain.

Poor thing. :hugs:

I remember in Ankle Biters, there's a rave and it's just one 5 second loop that plays for 15 minutes. It was a terrible loop too. It sounded like someone who had a keyboard decided that they would do the music for their friend's movie. That's pain as well.

The Village, anyone who's seen it knows why. HORRID ending.

I absolutely HATE Cabin Fever. I think the casting was bad and the plot absolutlely sucked. The ending was crap because everyone died, and there was a joke in the end. That should never happen in a horror movie unless it makes sense for everyone to die, which it didn't in this movie.

I actually really want to see the Village because of it's historical stuff ... you know, the whole "utopian village" kind of thing going on.

And I definately have to see Ankle Biters now, though it's probably not up for rent anywhere near where I live.
