Let's see. After DP I like DJ Mangoo, DJ Tiesto, Eiffel 65, and a few by Basshunter. But finding anything I like is hard. Almost all of my songs are by the well known artists.

Yeah my favorite song by Basshunter was Dota but now i like songs like pretty little rave girl >.> wish i knew who sang it but yeah Techno is cool and all but no offense alot of it sounds the same. But with daft punk most of there songs are really different which is supper cool because people love a viratity xD am i right or what?

Yeah Daft Punk seem to know how to make a good song and it not be sickening. I can't tell a difference between Mangoo and Tiesto at all. I usually have to look at the name for the artist. Even Daft Punk's repetitive songs are still good because they're not like 8 minutes long.

Yea i think most techno songs sound the same so that raves are more populer and are making money. Also to keep the ravers on E pumped.

More reason to respect Daft Punk. Their songs are all different and unique. Not just a series of good tunes. It's so nice to hear something original.

Yeah but since they had retired no one has really took a step up and said lets make good techno like, whenever I go to a rave all I here is crappy techno that has been overused to many times. Its sad I think Daft Punk needs to return and show the world what techno really is.

Well I'm not completely sure where they're going but I heard it's a world tour so they should be coming to North America at the very least. It said on their own site the only place they'll release tour dates and locations is their myspace page. I'll keep a watchful eye for that update and make a forum. Apparently someone was selling tickets to a concert in China last year that was never going to happen.
