Maybe a Mario and Luigi knockoff with Wario and Waluigi. It'd be kind of comical because Wario would like pick on Waluigi and whatnot.
I don't have a decent plot idea or villian idea. Probably something involving money since it is Wario.

Waluigi will most likely be secret char. in SSBB. I mean c'mon, Luigi's a semi-secret charecter, why not have Waluigi as one too since Wario's now gonna be in the game?

Waluigi is only in sports games
Fighting is kind of like boxing and wrestling witch are sports

Wario is only in SSBM because he is now a unique character thought Wario Ware. He isn't just bizarro-Mario, he's a motorcycle-riding, slimy, gassy, greasy Hedonist.
Waluigi has great potential. However, he is not yet unique. He can't show up in an SSB game without uniqueness.
Perhaps a new skin of Luigi that changes more than just the clothing. He actually TURNS INTO WALUIGI.
