Levin was sleeping in the lounge at this point, snoring softly. he awakend and looked around, rubbing his eyes and sitting up he squinted to the artificial lights inside the manor. with a sigh he quickly realized where he was. getting up and walking around the hallways for a while he headed to his room got himself washed up and a change of clothing. he then figure he would look around the mannor's library to see what he could learn from it.

A smirk of satisfaction crossed Kraven's lips as he heard the whimper pass the servant girl's lips. It was moments like this that served to remind him of the extent of the power he now possessed. With Amelia out of the way he thought smugly, both great coven's will be mine. Releasing his grip upon Wren's shoulders, he rose to his feet casting an admiring glance at his reflection in one of the many mirrors that littered the room. Turning his dark eyes back to the servant girl, he glowered at her once more. "Don't speak to anyone about what I have instructed you to do"? he re-iterated, "and above all else do not let Levin find out about your additional agenda"?.

Should Levin learn what was taking place before Wren had managed to gather the necessary information, then Kraven would be forced to deal with the creation ahead of schedule. He could hardly have Levin getting in the way of the larger plans that he had in the works. A hiccup in a plan that had been in the works for over six centuries was the last thing that was need at such a critical time. It would not be long before his plans were put into motion, and before he had what he had always desired. Power.

Wren nodded again in response to his questions. He didn't need to tell her what would happen should she fail to meet his expectations. Although she had never been good a lying, she knew that her life depended upon her soon learning to do so. Her dark chestnut eyes remained lowered as she waited to see whether Kraven would continue to inform her of what she was now required to do. When Kraven didn't say another word for sometime, she knew that she was silently being told to leave. Raising herself quietly from the chair, she slipped silently from the room. The silence in the corridor beyond was a great relief after the tyraid that had been directed at her.

The corridors were empty as she made her way back to the servants chambers. Closing the chambers heavy door, she cast a wary eye about the room before creeping quietly to her bed. It would only be a few short hours before her duties began again, and she hoped that sleep would engulf her as she slipped once more beneath the sheets.

after reading for several hours he yawned from bordem and walked back to the lounge. this was a regular thing for him as he did this practically every day. however it was grown dull as he now read every book in the place as far as he knew.

Marc slept in his coffin-like bed, hoping not to be disturbed for a few more precious moments. He did not care if others frowned on his habits, he was more comfortable in the dark and confined spaces where he slept. He sat up, he could resist the call of the night any longer. He walked over to his dresser where he put on his vest. He then walked to his coat that was hanging on the horn of some unfortunate beast. He pulled it on and gave an extra pull to make sure it was on straight. Marc turned to his mirror, nodded his approval, and stepped out in to the hall. Not hearing any summons for a hunt or a raid, Marc decided that he could go for a short read. He walked down the hall, and up some stairs, before he reached the library. Marc was a little surprised that Levin was already inside himself, but his face showed nothing. "Levin," Marc's deep voice echoed throughout the room. He did not like the confined effect of his voice in close quarters.

looking up towards Marc as he was on his way towards the door, he stoped and nodded " Marc ... how goes it? ... i havent seen you around latly" Levin had been quite busy reading latly and he wasnt sure as to how long he was acctually in the library for. he only knew marc for a little while and he was unsure as to how they viewed each other yet.

It seemed like only a short time later that Wren awoke. She was exhausted, every muscle in her body seeming to ache. Her cheek still throbbed and her arms still felt as if they within Kraven''s vice-like grip.

Slipping from her bed, she wrapped a flimsy robe about her petie frame as she scooped her clothes into her arms. She was relived to find that many of the other servant girls were still sleeping as she silently exited the room.

The scoulding heat of the shower came as a welcome relief. Resting her head against the shower tiles she sighed as the water trickled down her back. Her thoughts dwelled upon the task that she was no presented with. Her stomach felt as empty, void of the usual lead feeling it held when she was asked to do things for Kraven.

Levin deserves whatever he gets she told herself, his comments regarding Kraven playing through her head. The idea repeated itself as she dryed and dressed herself before returning her clothing to her bed. Lets just get it over with quickly she added as she made her way downstairs, her path taking her past the library.

shrugging lightly at the other vampire as he didnt respond to him he left the library and proceded down the hallway. his plated claws gently tapping on the wall as he walked. Levin sighed and looked out of the of the windows and gazed into the night sky. it has been a while sense he had been in any form of battle or even just on a simple mission. he had hoped that one of the elders would be awakend or that he would have a chance to deal with someone other then Kraven.

Marc had a great deal of respect for Levin and he did not want to offend him in anyway with his worries of the strength of the coven. He hoped that he could do more than wait for Kraven to make sense of the rumors that have been circulating around the mansion. Marc could not stand letting his concerns go unnoticed, but he feared that someone would accuse him of treason if he did not comply with the current peoples in charge.

Marc left the library, after quickly depositing a novel inside the folds of his coat, and followed after Levin. His presence being made known by Marc's purposeful thudding footsteps.

looking back toward the other vampire Levin shot a quick smile and a nod. latly he has been doing much research and yet he has found many loop holes in the vampire's coven's history. although he has yet to find any disproving evidence of these loop holes which could simply be a missing book or some other thing that he over looked. it worried him that maybe he could be wrong about Kraven. although his instints are usually dead on, he still didnt always completly trust them.

he knew that he didnt trust Kraven, and although he wasnt sure why, due to some of the thing he learned in his lifetime as well as many experiances dealing with people such as Kraven he had his reasons to suspect the vampire of personal gain. althought his feelings for Kraven are well know especially to kraven as Levin has threatend him on several occasions for talking out of line with him. he did obey the current leader of this coven branch.

(( no worries Marc at least you did reply ^^ ))

Marc nodded as he closed the distance between Levin and him so they would not be easily overheard. "Levin, we need to talk." Marc would trust Levin not to betray him to his superiors, but with everyone so power hungry these days that he had to take extra precaution. He took a quick look behind him and then behind Levin. "I am uncomfortable with the way the coven is being handled since Kraven was left in charge." He decided to leave it simple, for now, so he could defend himself if someone should rat him out.

turning around and resting his back against the wall. Levin crossed his arms and listened carfully " oh is that so? " he asked quietly and cautiously. " i have over heard some of the others thinking the same ... although not many are comfortable voiceing thier opinions to me for some reason... "

Wren had been following a short distance behind the male vampires. She was relieved that they hadn't heard her, appearing to be absorbed in their conversation. As the men paused, she ducked swiftly into a off-shooting alcove to avoid being seen. Her slender frame was pressed hard against the wall as she listened to stunned silence to what they were saying.

She hadn't been aware that so many within the coven held such feelings toward Kraven, and knew that her lord would be interested to know that the vampire Marc was in seeming league with Levin.

Placing his hand on the vampires shoulder he smiled and nodded " you mustnt worry about such things. if something is bothering you about the way the coven is being handled maybe you should talk with Kraven or maybe even one of the assistants? from what i hear Kraven dont mind hearing from people within his ranks, although its hard to say what he can do currently ... " although there was some bit of annoyance in his voice, it was obvious that he was speaking the thruth " i'll be honest, i dont like Kraven and he dont like me ... but i still believe that he is loyal to his people right now ... and that is a rare thing in the war."

Wren frowned. That hadn't been the sort of thing that he had said the previous evening, in fact it seemed to be the complete opposite. Does he know I'm here she wondered, pressing herself further against the wall.

She wondered whether Levin was actually aware of her presence. Please don't know I'm here she chanted silently, fearing that Kraven would learn that she had been discovered so early in her mission.
