Is there a tutorial on how to make such cool banners?
I'll probably never be as good as you guys, but I'd like to try my hand, I just don't know how or where to start...

 here is that banner I promised you! having a tad of troulbe making a code appear under it... myeh computor is messing up.

I actually used to use pain before I got photoshop, but the color effects and everything aren't as good. It's also a lttle frusterating, cuz the options are so limited! But I made stuff with it before, and it was OK.
