( Mission: 8/15 )
It was a long hike to the stream, but he would have to make it in order to water the plants in the old man's garden. He could already hear the rushing of the stream, but could not yet see it as he walked along toward it.. This mission was something of a 'low profile' one for it's rank.. Which still bothered him deeply.

He finally reached the stream, either of the banks covered by broken and smoothed rocks alike. Taisaku stepped over them carefully, making sure he didn't slip or trip on the slipper and dangerous rocks as he neared the body of water.. Ready to get the water.

A few more short steps and he would have reached the rushing stream to retrieve the water.. If one key thing had not happened. Rising from beneath the water came a ninja of unknown origin. The unknown ninja threw a fist full of kunai at Taisaku, who fell backward instinctively, but forgot momentarily where he was, and slipped on the rocks, falling back, and the Kunai passed over him.

The kunai crashed against the rock harmlessly, but the ninja seemed intent on killing Taisaku.. Who didn't know why he would have been after him. As the murderous ninja drew forward, he drew a single kunai, holding it in a close quarter combat position as he drew forward, cutting forward toward Taisaku's chest.

Taisaku, in seeing what the ninja was doing drew one of his own Kunai, taking it in his right hand, intercepting the blade with his own before knocking it free of the other ninjas hand. The ninja was standing right over him, and due to that fact Taisaku jammed the blade down toward the flattened foot of the ninja, digging through rock and pinning his foot to the ground before scrambling out from beneath the ninja, who was in dreadful pain.

With his opponent now stuck to the earth, Taisaku had two choices, he could run away, or stay and finish the job. The latter of the two was taken as Taisaku utilized one of his favored techniques, Baika no Jutsu, his body turning into a sphere, arms, legs and head pulled in automatically from the change in his side. His body spun out like a tire on the ground before bouncing into the air, and the entire weight of his body landing on his opponent, crushing him and some of his body into the earth, a few sickening cracks heard from beneath the sphere.

The sphere sat there for a moment in the ground before suddenly, and by some fantastic means of the Akimichi clans ability, he spun forward, grinding over the body of the ninja. He bounced back out before reverting to his natural state, looking down into the perfect sphere dug into the earth, all that was left of the ninja was mangled clothing.. And blood.. Painting the sides of the hole.

He reached down into the hole, plucking his kunai from the earth and replacing it where it had been in his holster before he went and picked up the bucket once more, walking over to the side of the water, putting the bucket holder down and washing himself where it was necessary.. Getting blood off of himself.

After washing himself as best he could, he took the left bucket off of the stick, dipping the wooden object into the water, filling it with water before doing the same with the other bucket, picking the entire thing up on his shoulders.. It was time to go. After a second glance in the hole, he saw the headband of the ninja.. River.. Hm..

He made his way back toward the old man's house, the large open area between the river and his home being rather large. Trees dotted the area, covering it just enough to block the house from view.. And giving him no real idea as to how far it was.. This mission was beginning to be a pain in his a**.

Upon his arrival back to the old man's house, he discovered the old man pointing to yet another object, a watering can almost as large as the entire lower half of Taisaku's body.. Which was saying something. He emptied the two full buckets into the large watering thing.. Looks like he was nearly finished by the look on the old man's face.

He walked along the gardens many rowns, the meticulous movement of his hands watering the many plants in the old mans garden. Being of the Akimichi clan, he knew very well how to garden, and thus knew how to water properly without starving the plant or hurting it due to over-feeding.

After having watered the plants, and emptied the entire bucket of it's contents he made his way back to the old man, laying the bucket aside and bowing to him before departing from the area.. It had been a long and interesting day.. To say the very least.

Gunnerblaster 'Just great...' Cutt thought to himself, as the first drops of water began to cascade down to the land. He pulled his cloak's hood up and over his head, to keep the rain out and keep his body warm.
Cutt took the path towards Konoha's 3rd forest, the route he would follow into the country of Rain. "That's just wonderful..." Cutt said aloud as he realised he'd have to go through the country of Rain. "On top of rain, I hear their having a bad bandit problem..." Cutt muttered, hoping he wouldn't come into an unwanted run-in with the bandits of the Rain.
"Snow? In the Fire Country?" Cutt muttered to himself, from beneath his hood, as he held out his hand and opened it up, a mixture of hail and snow encoating his outstretched hand.
"Something's not right, here..." He said, suspisions of negative activity beginning to brood.
Cutt thought to himself, as he turned back, facing in the general direction of the hidden village of Konoha. "No... I shall let the Hokage and his men handle this. I'm only in this village for the work. I won't let myself be dragged into their affairs..." Cutt said, as he turned back and continued on his way through the 3rd Forest...
