My foray into electronic music was when I had downloaded the Skinny Puppy track
Assimilate in '02. It changed the way I viewed music. Got rid of my collection which consisted of bands like P.O.D., Alien Ant Farm, Creed, Nickelback, blah blah blah.
So yeah, blame it on Skinny. And from there I started getting into ebm something fierce until I got dreadfully bored with it and found out about psytrance. I still listen to psytrance a bit, but lately I have found a love for acts like Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Boards of Canada, Venetian Snares, Otto Von Schirach, Download, Autechre... it's all just been a downward spiral into craziness.
