I've gotta help keep this poor guild alive. Sorry I haven't been online much lately. Sort of forgot I was a member at gaia. domokun
Anyway, what's been pissing me off lately is all the attention DragonForce has been getting from those "trendy", "hardcore", b*****d teens. DragonForce is slowly being put on the level of Avenged Sevenfold and Atreyu. DragonForce was dreadfully overrated to begin with, but I was able to tolerate them quite well anyway.

FinalNightmare I've gotta help keep this poor guild alive. Sorry I haven't been online much lately. Sort of forgot I was a member at gaia. domokun Anyway, what's been pissing me off lately is all the attention DragonForce has been getting from those "trendy", "hardcore", b*****d teens. DragonForce is slowly being put on the level of Avenged Sevenfold and Atreyu. DragonForce was dreadfully overrated to begin with, but I was able to tolerate them quite well anyway. I know exactly what you mean about Dragonforce. It gets on my nerves every time i hear someone talk about them. I honestly don't see what's so good about them. They're too fast to enjoy, and while the musicians are quite competant, the band just isn't enjoyable. It's just another band that kids can come around and make overrated. That's why we need to band together and get rid of all the Dragonforce nutjobs in the forum and the guild!!! xd xd xd xd xd

I swear I've gotten oever them! rofl now I really get a kind of want-to-laugh and want-to-punch feeling when I'm with a friend of mine who was the one to actually introduce me into metal, because he hates whenever I play power metal because he thinks it's gay poser music, lol he even whorships Mago de Oz and dislikes Rhapsody because the song names are "childish" blaugh

Stormbeard What's childish about 'Gargoyles: Angels of Darkness'? Who knows? confused and Durrypoo, you need to hit your friend with a brick. And jeez, talk about having something in common! A 'friend' of mine has a HUGE misconception on a LOT of bands out there, and his arrogance in talking about such bands is so annoying it makes me want to hit him with said brick. And he was the one who got ME into metal, believe it or not!

Worth seeing live once: Yes
Worth seeing again: No
Stuck in a perpetual loop of solo's that seem to have no meaning: Yes
What really pissess me off is that ******** kids would leave a massive show that GAMMA RAY IS HEADLINING BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW WHO THEY ARE!
Also Gamma Ray getting a shitty sound guy. I mean come on, Gamma Ray is ten times the band DragonForce will ever be.

The other day though, I was playing with a pitch shifter and a tempo changer. I slowed down a Dragonforce song to about 75% of it's normal speed. IT WAS AWESOME.

DethFan88 A friend of mine keeps saying that Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Manowar, and Dio are all power metal in every way. Maiden and Priest are NWOBHM, but I think Manowar is the Grandfather of American Power Metal, and why the Hel does he think Dio is Power Metal?
