As Mia went into polite mode (though Duo wondered when the heck that developed), he glanced over at Harpy. She looked troubled. Duo frowned slightly.

Alisha looked at Heero's retreating figure with wide eyes...did he just do what she thought? For a moment she was a little angry. How dare he just make assumptions like that? It wasn't as though she didn't realize it...it was more...denial's work... She simply just didn't want it to be so and had kept beating any such thought back to the back of her mind. After all, anyone that would look at their situation would know it would be at least hard for a relationship, if not impossible. Her anger left though and instead was turned into sadness and embarrassment. She didn't say anything to Quatre, didn't look him, her cheeks were quite visibly red though.

Harpy read at the inscribtion again..it had to mean something..she muttered the words, not noticing Duo was watching her..'This watch contains my heart and even when we are the farthest away we could possibly be, we shall never be truly apart.' were the words she read.

Quatre make a puzzling look at Heero, but as he think it over he relized what Heero meant and his face turn Beet Red and his eyes in shock.. He almost said something to Heero but he left, He looks at Alsha with still wide eyes and see her upset.. but he felt it's more of an sadness than shock..
And he felt terribly guilty, Heero didn't know what had happen a few hours ago... Alisha told him what she is and he... he blew it in her face. Quatre looks away towards the window.. He didn't know that she likes him that way, until now (if she doesn't, she won't act this way... he just seem to know that).
Quatre looks down towards the endtable, terribly upset what he had done. Of all of the people, he is the smartest and good pilot there is, but he has no equation for love and therefore, lost in the game.

Alisha looked up at Quatre, he was looking at the endtable, but...the look on his face made her heart bleed (figuratively). She didn't dare look in his mind...for fear of what she find as well. "Quatre...I'm sorry..." she looked away again...how she hated herself. Why did fate choose this? Why?

Quatre raise his head on her voice and looks at her, "...no.. It's.. not your fault... it's all mine... I didn't think.. I should've acted better.. I-I didn't mean to do that to you...." He looks down, "I.. I should have been open minded..."

I live on Earth, and I'm in charge of a military..." She looked quite sad at her own words.

I can always give my family business to one of my trusted brother-in-laws, since they're in the family. *pauses for some more thinking* and... well... I'll live with you." He gives her a warm smile, a warm smile that shines from his heart of gold. "that is.. if you desired to live on Earth and work the military" he give a small chuckle.

She looked at him, rather touched by that, though thought of something else. "Umm...wouldn't...that be jumping to conclusions too soon...?" Having just met him that week, she couldn't easily imagine that boding well with anyone at all. "I couldn't ask such a thing even if we've known each other for years." She blushed.

"Dunno..." he said. He suddenly grabbed her arm. "Come on." He lead her out and down the hall.
"Where are we going?"
"I wanna show you something," he said.

Duo dragged Mia into the hangar.
"Oh," she said, clearly impressed.
"That's the second one... with an upgrade," he explained. "He's called Deathscythe."
"He?" Duo sweatdropped, giving her a rather sheepish grin. Mia chuckled. "Can I see 'him' up close?" Duo nodded and brought her over. The last thing he expected was for her to know her way around a mobile suit, but she climbed up and looked around the cockpit like she knew what she was doing.
"Uh... whaddya think?" he asked.
"What kind of cockpit system do you have?" she asked him. He shook his head.
"I don't... just a normal one," he said. "Why?"
"No reason..." Duo sat on the hatch as Mia took a seat. "It's a little roomier than mine," she said without thinking.
"Yours?" Mia blushed.
"Umm..." Duo gave her a look that said, 'fess up, girl'. She laughed nervously. "Yeah... mine... kind of a long story." Duo got comfortable.
"I've got time," he said. "It seems we have a lot of catching up to do anyway."

Heero smirked from where he stood listening outside of the room with Alisha and Quatre in it. It seemed that his hunch was correct. With the smallest of smiles, he headed to the hanger to start the hacking.

Hapy sighed and put the watch back in her pocket, she now felt very out of place, she walked to the hanger.
Deathslicer was watching Duo and Mia, she had turned her head to them when they walked in, but they hadn't noticed obviously, she had followed them to Deathscythe and was now just watching and listening in on their conversation.
