Marth's head shot up, his eyes widdening. "Crap! The book!" He stood up and rushed off toward the temple with his sword in hand, cutting through a few undead soldiers that were in his way.

*Jess hesitated on whether or not she should follow, but her curiosity got the best of her. Springing forward, she hurried after Marth to see what this book was, he was fast and she had already lost track of him, but he had also cleared a path from the undead, making it a little easier to locate him. She had no clue on where the temple was or how far it was, but maybe this could lead her to some answers on what is going on. Stopping to catch her breath a little, she gazed around as she covered her nose from the smell of burning flesh. She then noticed a faint shadowed figure close by, it could be Marth, but then again it might not be. Dashing forward, she kept her weapon in hand, just in case it was someone else.*

It was indeed Marth, he was slowly backing away as a man that looked like a pale Marth with silver hair stepped into view, grinning widely. Marth fell back and tried to get up, the man stabbing Marth's shoulder and pinning him to the ground.
"Well...If it isn't Marth...I thought you were the cause of all this trouble..." He let out a snicker and twisted the sword slowly, causing Marth to let out wails of pain that filled the streets.

The man caught the dagger and threw it back twice as fast, aiming for her leg.
Taiki rushed past Jess and caught the dagger, Marth pulling the sword out, the two brothers tackling the man, they seemed different, more violent. They both began to do whatever damage they could to the man, moving back quickly. Marth now having his normal short black hair silver with red highlights, Taiki's eyes changing crimson. (no XD this isnt DBZ this is how Marth and Taiki turn into demons)

*shutting her eyes, she thought for sure that she be hit by her own weapon. Opening her eyes slightly she had then noticed that Taiki was now here and had caught the dagger before it had even hit her. Her heart skipped a beat in relief as she took a deep breath. Stumbling to her feet she then looked up to the twp brothers, as they did a serious amount of attacks to the silver haired man. She had never seen a battle this fierce in all of her life.*

The centaur's senses perked, her slightly pointed ears twitching. Something didn't feel right...but she didn't know what it was. And concidering that she'd been alone for so long, her senses could be off. But, if she was right, she would need to hurry. After her short rest, the centaur went on her way, hoping to reach the town soon.

*Angel kept up with Taiki, gasping as they came to see the fight going on. As Taiki leapt into the fight, Angel back away. There were many things she was capable of, but hurting someone intentionally was not one of them, unless they personally tried to inflict some kind of pain onto her.*
*She ran to hide behind a nearby smouldering building, but the smell of burning flesh changed her mind to go find somewhere that didn't smell so badly.*

The man stood up and glared at the two, moving some hair from his face. "You think you can actually beat me...How sad..."
Marth and Taiki took off toward the man, exchanging blows, working as a team. Marth lifted the man and threw the man through a building, Taiki following after and knocking him further away, Marth rushing past Taiki and behind the man, stopping him and getting him into a grappling stance, the man's arms above his head, unable to move.
Taiki came foward and growled, putting a few signs with his own blood on the man, Marth jumping up into the air, chanting quickly. Dark clouds began to form over them, large bolts of lightning striking the two, eventually Marth dropping the man and falling through the roof of a building.

*All Jess could do was stand there, it was almost as if she had froze into that position, Her hands clutching where her heart was, she watched as the three of them fought. Taking a small step forward she watched Marth was struck down, colliding with the building as he fell through it with a great amount of force.*
Jess:: Marth!!
*Her fists clenched as she watched in dismay while she stood there helplessly.
Damn, what the hell can I do!?
The single sentence kept repeating itself in her mind as she awaited to see what would happen next, hopefully, she would soon pull herself together.*

Marth came through a hole in the side, growling lowly to the man. "Matrea...I will show you my hate....My fear...My pain..." Everyone would hear a sound, not a sound many would hear for many, many years. It sounded like a siren, it would wail throughout the town and die down a bit before roaring again. Darkness began to swallow everyone, only then the fires slowly lit up small areas, creatures even more fearsome looking than the undead that had risen earlier. One creature only stood on two legs, its arms were nowhere on it, its neck seemed to be nowhere since it seemed to just be connected with it's head and chest. (eehh...hard to explain...like if there was skin covering your neck so it looked like you didnt have a neck o.o"....http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v297/demonknightmarth/SilentHill.jpg there xD easier explination) It gasped and choked on unseen fluids as it began to stumble into the light, it's head twisting and turning in unhuman angles. Another creature seemed to be a small child, a wail of a cry had been let out, more came, much more...They began to surround Matrea. A low sound could be heard from behind Jess, like a heavy metal object being dragged. This creature seemed normal, all except for the giant metal object on it's head, shaped like a pyramid. *Confused on what was happening, she glanced around as everything began to change; this was really beginning to creep her out. Her ears flicked forward as she heard a sound like metal being dragged along the ground from behind her. Turning, she looked to see what was coming as she let out a gasp when the creature had come into view. Totally shocked, her whole body froze as she watched as the creature drew closer.*

*Angel, becoming increasingly terrified of the situation she was in, tried not to scream as she saw the creatures pass by where she had chosen to hide, behind a run down wall that just that morning had stood proudly as the side of a house.*
Why is this happening? Are the others all right? Who was that man, and what does he want with Taiki and Marth?
*She asked herself, trying to think of something besides the darkness surrounding her.*

Matrea laughed and shook his head, moving away from the creatures, grinning widely.
Marth appeared behind him and brought him to the ground, glaring down at him, Pyramid Head getting close. It swung it's large knife down to Matrea, but Matrea laughed and disappeared. The creatures began to disappear, the world returning to normal now. Marth fell to his knees, coughing up a bit of blood, Taiki already behind him, looking normal now.

*Jess watched as the creature attempted to strike down Matrea as it failed. As Matrea faded so did the odd world and all the creatures within it.
Taking a deep breath of relief, she then lifted her head upwards as she looked over to Marth and Taiki, who also seemed to have returned to their natural state, running over to them she sat down beside the two of them.*
Jess:: What the heck was all of that!?
*She wasn't pissed off or anything like that; she was more of confused and scared. She had never expected anything like that to come of this battle. She then had noticed that Angel had disappeared. Looking around, she couldn't see Angel within view.*
Jess:: Where's Angel?
