Mika Relie Well, I think that she'd go for the more darker series, I can see that she's a fan of Marilyn Manson (she has a banner of him and a shirt that I've seen so far). Other than that as far as I can tell, we both like a lot of the same things...About completion or not...I'm not sure...I might get her Hellsing manga since she has a scene from the anime as the background on her computer. What do you think? And do what to hear something weird? I had saved one of the TP guild banners on my pc because I liked the pic and it seems that I can have it as a background on my laptop. I think it's cool but odd. *shrugs* whee I'll keep it!! Definately Hellsing for a dark series. Berserk. Angel Sanctuary, I think is supposed to be dark, I haven't read the manga. X/1999. XXXHolic. Hmmm...Oh, and the one where there's all those different stories of kids being addicted to drugs or getting raped. D-Day? X-Day? >_< Which banner is it, Mika???

The one featuring Fruits Basket with Yuki, Kyo, and Tohru. whee I love it! I'll have to see if she's interested in reading the manga. She has told me that she hasn't read many, she might be open to trying out the Hellsing manga. Since it's something that she's familiar with, that might be easier for her.

Well... guess I am... oh well... they just do something for me to read them. I dunno what it is. I think you always just need a sad depressing story every once in a while. ::shrugs::

Neko-Yousei Caitiebear ...Something about Hot Gimmick and Negima! that sparks my interest a little more. 3nodding Now that's what I'm talkin' about! xd I loves me some Hot Gimmick...more so Ryouki though, lol heart Ryoki=teh hotness. I don't know what makes me so fasinated by him.... redface

People have a busy life, You never know they might only have time to check their pms and stuph and possibly like a guild or something and then have to leave^^

Yeah, and by reading depressing stories, you can feel better about your own life. At least it's not as bad as theirs.
Speaking of depressing, something sad happened in the Inuayasha manga that I read online. :sniff: It was very sad...but I guess appropriate for the character... ninja Shutting up now...

Hi everyone!
I talked to my roommate last night about what kind of manga she might like to read and I hit a goldmine. She loves stories about vampires. Do you guys know of any good ones? Stories where vamps aren't just portrayed as monsters and the like.
She's also a pysch major, so she likes a lot of character depth and development, if that's any help at all. sweatdrop

Hey all
Just thought I'd stop by and say hi. Things are just a little bit hectic right now. I'm graduating in 2 weeks (finally! yay!).
I've started doing editing of FanScanlations for AnimeWaves. Currently working on editing PA...had a chapter ready to go only to find out that they had given me the wrong scans...so I have to through and redo it...mental note for next time: Keep the PSD files. heh
Ok...back to work for me. heh
