Now I feel all special! Praise is an excellent tool to use.
Praise is positive reinforcement for a behavior, and as it is reinforcement it makes a behavior more likely to occur. In this situation I am now more likely to say what I've managed and where I still am having trouble, all because someone actually noticed.
Sorry... I just did psych. homework...

A new project for me is Spiritualism and mediumship. (funny that this has appeared on the boards) A friend and I are digging through Buckland's Complete Book of Spirit Communication. Although I suspect he is more interested in contacting a deceased sibling, I want to try to mix this info with invocation, spirit guides, and that kind of work. Hopefully I'm not on crack. If anyone has any helpful hints, please feel free to share! I'll be reading the posts about it throughout the guild.

I've finaly moved a psi wheel to a noticable degree!!!!!!! when I say "to a noticable degree" I mean that I've been able to make a psiwheel like half a millimeter before, so have always just sort of not considered it moving it... but wow!!! I finaly got it to mave alot!!! and in either ddirection of my chosesing!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love latin!!!!!(yes I know that latin part sounds really random, but i was saying turn in latin for a while first, sort of to focus my subconince mind to turning things)

(yes I know that latin part sounds really random, but i was saying turn in latin for a while first, sort of to focus my subconince mind to turning things)very nice yes good rock on you are cool yayayayayayaya! i never knew latin for "turn" but yes good idea i will try that for going into pencil moving (only not the word "turn" but maybe "roll" if i can think on that one) yes you are cool rock on!!!! blaugh blaugh blaugh blaugh Oh, also i have news!!!! since i started up again more fearcely i've been able to move a post-it note on a psiwheel thing now it's so easier if i start on bigger things then move to smaller things that way i know how much more energy i can be using it's cool you guys are awesum!

uh... not sure if this counts as an experiance, but sometimes when i do something that calls for me getting extreme, like fighting, i get into a state of mind thats kinda like a trance... like, i know what im doing, and why im doing it, but i shouldnt be able to know how and why to do it... its confuseing to explain. sweatdrop
