((I'm new to this, so please don't get angry! Its my second RP, like, ever. The other was a Pokemon one...you do the math... sweatdrop ))
"Mmmmmmaaahh," Maria stretched her arms up into the air. It was a beautiful Spring morning, and she couldn't wait to get to the library. She was right in the middle of a great book, and she couldn't wait to finish it.
"Good morning father," she greeted her father with great respect.
((Do we have a Mayor yet...? This could get difficult...I'm in the house with a guy with no player...?))

Alex watched her go, slightly smiling. "Sure thing."
He left the clinic with a pouch slung over his back, a homemade rucksack Martha made him. As he plodded through the town he watched the animals at Blue Sky Ranch graze. He loved living in this town...

Serenity soon approached Jamie's farm, and wandered to his house, which, evidentially, she had never before been in. She knocked on the door, out of curiousity, and to see if he was even there.
In mid knock, though, she peeked around his house, seeing that he wasn't there, and he probably wasn't inside, since he wouldn't be one to sleep in, after all, especially since he seemed to think he had to beat her with everything.
She shrugged, sighed, and began walking towards town.

(XD I'm so rusty at waking up characters, it happens all the time, but...)
Morning in the spring, not too cold, not too hot, nor was it too bright, it shouldn't have been hard for him to get out of bed, it never was, but for some reason, he simply didn't want to 'start the day,' if that's what you'd like to call it. His schedule was the same as according to most days, water plants, take care of animals, fish for a little while, mine, forage, walk around, possibly cook, and then bed. Socializing had no place, anywhere, he didn't mind. Farm life was blissfully uneventful, the way he lived it, maybe that was why he chose to become a farmer. Grudgingly, he got out of bed, put on his usual attire, and prepared to start the day. 'I woke up late, I can still win today.' Jamie thought, as he pushed open the door. Completely unaware Serenity had approached his house,

As Serenity strolled into town, she began to think of the rest of her days events. She usually had this planned out, but, pretty much everything was finished for the day, so, she really had nothing to do. It was sort of a sad case, but, she didn't mind. She just continued towards town, being sure to peek behind her to see if she spotted anything or anyone she might want to see or meet up with, even if she already did so.

Dia closed her book and looked up at the beautiful statue before her. Maria said that this statue used to be a Goddess... I wonder if she told the truth... Dia stood up and ran her hand against the stone. It was smooth and dry. She heard a rustle in the grass behind her. She turned around, dropping her book, and saw two eyes and two pointy ears. She looked at the eyes and ears for a while and finally, the eyes and ears rised, revealing a small, cute racoon. It walked up to her shyly and picked up it's book in her mouth. She sat down and took the book from it, smiling. All of the sudden, a light shone in between them. It glowed and flashed, revealing the magical apperence of a musical note. As if burning in the air, words appeared, spelling: The soft heart of a small friend. Take care of the friendship that has bonded between you and nature. The words glinted and disapeared, and the shining note faded away. Dia turned around and looked straight into the eyes of the statue. "Thank you."

(Good then, it's just that I've noticed a lot shorter posts here and there, so I assumed I'd over done it.)
Jamie took his animals outside, brushed them, talked to them... 'Sometimes I wonder how even animals can feel affection, when I can't? Not that anyone actually cares about me, I'm just here, I never talk to anyone. I don't care about people, anyway.' Truth be told he was kind of shy, and he never got lonely. Life was too busy to get bored or lonely. One of the benefits of living quietly was having time to think, he found himself doing so very often. He decided to stand in the pasture for a little while longer, just to enjoy the gently waving grass around him, then he would go to Sunny Lake to fish. Fishing passed time, and it was the easiest to best his rival at. Simply by catching more species of fish, shipping them, in general the frequent use of his rod would ensure victory.
