"Galshair narukka dair Harutang bashingai no intari Jarishana hak tu rashi"
This was the native words of his people the words translate into a form of gratitude. The language was hardly spoken by Lundarians, except for 4 groups, the exorcists, miisantians, the tricloptic valerians, Northlanders and the Sivarran. He was raised to speak the language fluently so he could commune with his people in case another crusade were to happen. The words he uttered were something similar to a haiku which only few people could do with ease.
~*~
Lance was standing out in the desert unsheathing his fencing saber, he held it tightly in his hand and moved with fluent grace. he cut through the sand leaving it flowing in the air like glitter. He then skidded back and assumed a stance for his technique.
"Thousand.....Thorns.....Strike...."
He winced slightly since he could only use his voice barely but he did a rapid succession strike dealing blows to the sand in one thousand points. He then knelt holding his throat, and coughed up blood lightly. He would only execute this attack by uttering its name.

Elissa turned her head and arched her back to look down over her shoulder at him. She managed a smile, though she had no clue what the words meant. It was quite obvious she didn't understand, because she just gave off a little giggle before absent mindedly responding, assuming it was something along the lines of thanking her.
"You're welcome."
Turning to walk back to the tree, she stopped and blink, lifting her hand to her lips. Did she just welcome him? What in the world? Wasn't she mad at him, didn't she hate him? Shrugging it off, she started to walk slowly towards the tree. Just her good manners. Yes, that was all it was.
---
Adanna heard a cough and grabbed the hilt of her sword as she rushed towards the sound. Seeing Lance holding his throat, she rushed over to him and skidded to a stop, landing on her knees infront of him. She released her sword and looked at him, not hiding the concern that lay upon her face and deep within her eyes.
"Lance, are you okay?"
Looking down, she saw blood, and her eyes filled with something new. Without knowing what was wrong, her face softened and her eyes became rather affectionate, though she was unaware. Without thinking, she slipped her arms over his shoulders and pulled him close, hugging him to her. She kissed his head softly and looked down at him. Sitting back, she tenderly took one of his hands.
"Come on, Lance, let's get you some water and some rest..."

Talon layed down in the sand and closed his eyes, a makr on his back becoming clearly visible it was a celestial glyph which identified him as a master of wind.
~*~
Lance looked at her with eyes that conveyed that he was sorry she had to see him in this state. He also conveyed other emotions to her, that he was possibly feeling the same way she felt about him. he then nodded softly and stood to his feet, he needed to be cautious now.

Elissa looked towards him and found herself smiling. Once she caught herself on this, she blinked and glared at him, though it was a soft glare, and not even directed at him in the least bit! She was just tired. All of this stress was catching up to her. Leaning back against the tree, holding her staff tight in her arms, she began to slip off to sleep.
---
Adanna smiled softly at him. They had a bond, and it was a rather pleasant one. But she was not one to take things too fast, ever. Things could be quickly ruined when they were rushed into, no, they would take things step by step. She held his hand as she led him back towards the camp, her other hand resting elegantly upon the hilt of her sheathed sword. Absent-mindedly, her fingers loosely locked around his as she walked. Though she was too happy to even notice. She walked towards the tent and led him inside of it. Suprisingly enough, she had found a spare sleeping bag and pillow in the wagon and placed them into the tent.
"You can have your bed back, Lance. Thank you for giving me such comfort through all of this. You're the only one I feel safe around, like I can trust. It's been a long time since I've felt like that with someone besides Elissa... So... thank you..."
Adanna smiled at him and sat down on the spare sleeping bag, fluffing up the pillow before she turned to look at him. Blinking, she reached over and moved her armor so his bed would be more comfortable.
"Now get some rest, I'm sure if danger approaches we'll know.."
Adanna then prepared herself to say goodnight to him, though it seemed she got lost gazing at him and the words caught in her throat, though a blush did appear. He was so... elegant and... perfect. In her opinion anyway.

(Pausing Talon stuff for a bit. Cause I got block with him)
Lance nodded softly and got comfortable in his sleeping bag and drifted into sleep. He really didn't need rest but sleep was nice. He did need to rest though his injuries to his vocal chords needed time to heal, when he spoke it caused him to cough up blood and it wasn't something he liked people to see.

Adanna smiled and lay down, pulling the sleeping bag up under her chin, the armor inside the sleeping bag with her. She pulled the sword and sheath from her belt and lay them along with her armor, still inside the sleeping bag.
"Goodnight, Lance."

Lance rested peacefully and serenely. He was a peaceful man, but he served with Jareth out of respect for his father's dying wish to live and save Alexandria from itself.
~*~
While everyone was asleep Jareth had walked off into the desert, he didn't want to fail and lose anyone else. He mounted his unicorn which he had befriended as a child and rode off into the desert night.

Adanna rolled onto her side and slowly woke up. Grumbling as she sat up, she rubbed her eyes and silently stood up, grabbing her sword as she stood and quietly exited the tent. She buckled her sheathed sword back onto her pants and walked over to the wagon. Climbing inside of the wagon, she lay down, head resting on one side, feet hanging over the other side.

Soon enough morning came, and Lance walked out of his tent and stretched lightly he then walked over quietly to Adanna and touched her shoulder. He wanted to wake her up, and this was the best way.
Talon woke up quietly and pulled his shirt on and put his armor back on. He then walked towards Elissa and touched her head lightly. "Time to go angel we have a long ride."

Adanna, sitting in the wagon cutely, turned her head and smiled softly at him, gently placing her hand over his. She scooted over in the wagon and patted beside her, shifting so her feet were hanging over the other side.
"Goodmorning, Lance. Keep me company for a little while?"
---
Elissa slowly stirred and reached up to grab his wrist. Stretching her arms upwards, she wrapped them around his neck. Standing up slowly, she wrapped her legs around his waist and put her head on his shoulder, then looked at him sleepily.
"Why do you keep calling me angel... and do we have to get up so early?"
Her voice was tired, but instead of it's normal hint of aggrivation, it was sweet and gentle. She unhooked her legs and stood up on her own, reaching down for her staff, although she had to admit, being a koala cling-on to him wasn't half bad.

Lance nodded softly and reached into a pack grabbing some granola bars. These had been sold in recent years because of the salvagers finding technology to process foods, and some peoople creating preservatives. He offered her one, they were more like candy bars though.
~*~
"If we leave no we can have breakfast in Shukanis"
He mounted the horse holding her closely in his arms and road fiercely into the distance. He wanted to spend enough time with her but he didn't want her in danger anymore. He was growing fond of her and her snotty ways.
A few hours into the ride they finally reached the city. People waving banners of Northern Lords cheered upon his arrival. It would seem that the desert was feudalistic place.

Adanna smiled and took his offer of the granola bar. Looking down at it, she slowly opened the wrapper and took a bite. Hunger was one of the things she needed to satisfy, company was the other. Without Elissa, she felt lost. She and Elissa had been together since Liss was just a small child, such innocence... though snooty and stubborn. A small giggle came from Adanna as she stared off, thinking about the older days.
---
Elissa gave a heavy, exaggerated sigh before flopping her head onto his shoulder, holding onto him. She was getting used to this particular horse, but not yet too fond of the horse ride. When they reached the city and people began cheering for him, she sat upright with a frown and waved a hand angrily.
"Who are you cheering for? This bandit? He stole me! That's right, stole me! Bah! What would all of you know. You weren't the ones stolen!"
Elissa looked back up at him, though when she did, her frown disappeared. She flopped her head back onto his should and stared out at the cheering people, giving another sigh. What was going on around here? So, apparently, he wasn't exactly a bad guy, but he did steal her.

Lance looked to her wondering why she giggled, he was a curious fencer. He thought it was interesting that she was so different than most people he had been around, it was refreshing to be around someone as gentle and strong as a rose.
~*~
"They cheer because this is my home...."
When he reached his own house he dismounted with her and walked with her to the door.
"I also have kept the Pharoh away...this is one of the last bastions of true freedom......you see ages ago a Pharoh tried to rule over us he was of the line we fled to here to get away from. It was during that time a man named Joshua Dallis appeared and saved us from the Pharoh..."
He pointed to the statue outside that was of a man resembling Jareth except he wore a steel plated headband over his left eye. And he dressed in the clothing of Xianqin he was a man that looked to be regal and noble and honorable.
"He was the Bandit King...the desert has much history....I am sorry if I kidnapped you....but this is the fate I want to make for myself."
On the base of the statue there were words engraved that said 'Forge your own fate. Dont expect the guardians to lead you by the hand. Or expect a sleeping creator to tell you how to live your lives. It is your choices that will make your path clear. - Joshua Dallis'

Adanna began to swing her feet lightly as she sat in the wagon, giggling softly still. When finally her giggles began to die down, she shook it off and looked over to him. Giving a blink, she tilted her head.
"Sorry.. I wasn't laughing at you, just old memories."
---
Elissa tilted her head to the side and looked up at him. At first, she listened silently, but when he talked about choosing his own fate, her face twisted into a frown. Turning away from him, one arm to her side, the other arm crossing her chest to gently hold her still arm.
"Your fate. What about mine? I was in the middle of deciding my fate when you came in and decided that you wanted me for your fate. Is it all about you? I'm sure your a great guy, what with keeping this city safe and all, but that doesn't give you the right to barge in and choose another person's fate for them. What if I already have someone in my life, already have a fate chosen. Hmm, what would you do then?"
Elissa turned and looked up at him angrily. After a few moments, her look of anger began to disappear and left it with a small, solemn expression. She stepped forward and put a hand on his cheek gently.
"Listen, I'm not trying to say that there is no room for you in my life, and I'm not trying to say that your fate doesn't matter. What I am saying is that I should have some decision in what goes on in my life as well. I will not allow myself to be controlled, and my fate decided for me... I still have something I need to do, the reason I came here... The reason I came here. That is my fate... and it is something Adanna and I have to do alone... Do you understand any of that?"
Removing her hand from his face, she turned and put a hand lightly on the window sill, staring out to the large statue.

Lance nodded quietly and ate his granola bar quietly. He removed the cape and threw it to the side, he was no longer a nobleman his family had been nearly killed by Darin and his purity acts. He was now a wild rose traveling with a pack of wolves, two phoenixes, and some chosen warriors.
~*~
"I brought you here because you are a healer....there are many injured people here they need a healer...."
He walked towards an edge of his home, and pointed towards the hospital many injured people were laying about a hospital. His blue eyes shifted to a look of sadness at the site of so many wounded people hurt by the heartless bandits.
"I want to help them....but I can only create blades of wind capable of slaying. My family cannot heal...only special people are gifted with Exerion's Blessing of preserving life. Cassandra Dallis is one of them we tried to get her to come with us but we took the wrong approach and her brother became volatile and was ready to slay us where we stood...perhaps I should of asked you to come with me....but I had no time...I saw Bandage....a twisted woman. She wraps herself in bandages like a mummy and kills any woman who is more attractive than her..."
