✦Your head will collapse But there's nothing in And you'll ask yourself... ✦
✦ Where is my mind? Where is my mind? Where is my mind?✦
✵ The stars, the moon, they have all been blown out You left me in the dark No dawn, no day, I'm always in this twilight ✵
That night Lottie didn't sleep at all. She couldn't stop thinking about Micha'el. A pit in her chest thumped whenever she imagined what he might be thinking or feeling. She knew that this was what he wanted. She knew he wanted to get to the Star, but he was so fixated on it it was like nothing else even mattered at all. And then for her to only find out from piecing things together during the battle that his mother had died- Lottie clung tighter around Tsuna. She was fast asleep now. In fact she fell asleep an hour or so ago whilst reassuring Lottie that they would find Micha'el. What if we don't? she thought, what if Micha'el never comes back... like Lucas. Lottie winced. No, she couldn't give in to those thoughts, she never has before. Unless there is evidence... there is always hope that they will come back! Just like her parents will come back! She had to remain strong, not just for Micha'el but for Tsuna too. She has to be there for them when they can't support themselves. Someone had to remind them of hope.
When Lottie finally felt like she had fallen to sleep she was suddenly awoken to the sound of banging on their dorm door. It turns out Sagiso was sent to make sure they were ready in time to meet with Alexis and Adelia in her office. He didn't seem happy to see them at all. He didn't speak to them the entire way, actually. Lottie could sense the seething anger from Sagiso aimed towards Tsuna, but he was good to not act on it and instead seemed to follow his string orders in delivering what remains of Team Sun to Headmistress Truesvale.
Alexis' office was aglow with the morning, golden light of the sun. It spilled in as though the Heavens themselves had opened their glorious gates. Alexis stood by her desk, draped in the light. Sagiso joined the rest of Team Starwell to the side and on the other side was Adelia. Lottie quickly recognised her from before. Alexis looked impatient, whilst Adelia somehow made looking down on them easy from her shorter stature. "We apologise for being late" Lottie said, raising her chin to stand straight. Alexis raised her hand, catching Tsuna's eyes before rolling her own. "Show them" she said, gesturing towards Adelia and then at her desk. "Captain Verstoßen has... an unexpected report that you should all be aware of."
Adelia stepped forwards and placed a hexagonal sphere on the desk, then turned to face Team Sun and Team Starwell. "The 13th Arcanised Battalion arrived in Bloodholme shortly after dusk yesterday. Initial reconnaissance confirmed heavy Scarred presence across the lower basin and outer structures. Numbers exceeded preliminary estimates, but not beyond our capacity to engage. We prepared to initiate a coordinated assault under cover of night. However… the engagement did not proceed as planned.” Adelia paused briefly. “Before our advance could begin, an unknown party made contact with the enemy forces. At first, we believed it to be a falling star - a misidentification caused by the velocity and intensity of descent. This was… incorrect. What followed were repeated bursts of concentrated light across the battlefield. Controlled. Deliberate. Not artillery. Not any recognised arcanised discharge.” Her tone tightened, becoming more precise as though she was quietly intrigued. “Upon closer observation, we identified a single combatant. Male. Clad in blue and white. No visible insignia. He was… employing a combination of holy and arcane disciplines in a manner I have not previously documented. The Scarred forces were not engaged — they were dismantled.” Adelia took a measured breath as the sphere behind her activated, releasing arcane magic that surrounded them all and recreated the scene that Adelia witnessed, like a memory that played out all tinted blue.
_________________________________________
Micha'el stood at the centre of Necrovalley. He was a shining bright light in the epicentre of a dark, dreadful wasteland dotted with floating ziggurats managed by the necromancers of the region. Micha'el paused for thought as he remembered why he was here. But all the while there had been a great question rising within him. Since the moment he left the Starwell to the very moment he touched down in this awful place. Where is my... mind? Micha'el briefly ignored the amassing armies of undead and Scarred around him. He could sense himself looking inward as if from an outside perspective before suddenly being drawn back in. He knew exactly why he was here, to destroy the demonic threat!
Motes of cyan light drifted around him in orbit, gathering then in his hand where it condensed into a staff, solidifying in an instant - humming with contained force. "Judgement has finally found you" Micha'el moved. His first strike broke bone. His staff came down in a clean, brutal arc, crushing through a Scarred's guard and into shoulder and collar with a crack that carried. The body folded before it hit the ground. Micha'el was already turning, his weapon spinning in his hands with practised precision. A reverse swing caught another across the jaw, snapping the head sideways with violent efficiency. He stepped through the collapsing body without even looking at it.
The army of the dead surged him. Good.
His staffed blurred. Each motion landed with purpose. Ribs caved in, knees shattered, throats crushed. Each strike expressively delivered and deliberately chosen to best dispatch of undead corpse or living body. There was no wasted effort. No flourish. Just impact after impact, each one ending a life. Between strikes his free hand flickered outwards - and spears answered. Dozens of them. They formed above the battlefield in a sudden bloom of white and cyan, long, radiant shafts hanging for the briefest instant like a suspended constellation. Then they dropped. Not randomly. They selected their target. The sky itself seemed to stab downward as the spears drove through the Scarred bodies in a rain of precice violence. The ground shook with each impact.
His staff dissolved mid-spin, scattering into drifting light - and reformed as a blade already in motion. He stepped forward into a tightening circle of enemies, his sword cutting in short, decisive arcs with clean entries and immediate ends. A throat opened, a body split from shoulder to hip.
Micha'el rose slightly off the ground as his wings fully unfurled, stretching far beyond their previous size. His light intensified but instead of bursting outward it compressed around him. Then he vanished. He reappeared mid-strike, then vanished again. And again. And again. It was too fast to track. When he finally stopped he stood still again, wings slowly dimming. Behind him the remaining foes collapse.
He paused again, starring out into the battlefield. Far ahead of him he could see one of the necromancer ziggurats, floating above a crevasse with chains holding it down to the earth. Something within him stirred. Anger. Resentment. Redemption. Everything seemed to turn still, only it hadn't. Something shifted. What had once drifted now pulled, as though gravity had changed its mind. Micha'el tilted his head upwards, beyond the sky. The enemies felt it before they could see it. A vast circle of white and cyan light formed high overhead. It expanded outward in perfect symmetry. It stabilised, its edged sharpening into something geometric and deliverate. Within it, countless points of light gathered, not scattered like stars - but condensed. Focused. Enough power to erase everything below it. Not just the Scarred, but the land, the zigurrats, the very shape of the battlefield. Micha'el raised his hand and for a moment - he hesitated. Something within him battled for control. The air stopped, and then the pressure peaked and reality itself seemed to brace under the weight of what he was about to unleash. The circle brightened, the gathered starfire began to collapse inward but then it stopped. Micha'el's expression turned from inward battle to a moment of realisation. He lowered his hand. The circle dimmed and dispersed. He stood unmoving now as silence returned to the battlefield. "This is justice" he said, as if to reassure himself more than anything else. "No... this is mercy" he said again, more softly, deciding then on a clean purge of his enemies rather than reckless destruction. He looked divided. This was but part of the path towards his justice.
Micha'el returned to the battle, dispatching of every foe he came across.
__________________________
The magical image surrounding them dispersed, returning back once more to the metal sphere.
“Entire clusters were eradicated within seconds. Defensive formations collapsed before they could reorganise. There was no discernible strain, no loss of momentum. His output remained… consistent.” Adelia chose her next words carefully. “Based on observed capability, I assess this individual as operating at a level… comparable to high-command arcanists.” Adelia showed a fraction of a pause — the closest she could get to reluctance. “Myself included.” “We did not intervene. Any attempt to do so would have risked unnecessary losses and compromised our position without strategic benefit. Instead, we maintained observation and withdrew once the battlefield was… effectively decided. The Scarred presence in that region has been severely diminished. Some undead remain but they are mindless and without real orgnisation. Not by our hand. That concludes the primary account. I can provide further detail if required.”
"Thank you, Captain Verstoßen." Alexis said, slowly turning to face Team Sun. "Remind you of someone?" It was hard to read what Alexis was feeling in that moment. Was she happy that her enemy was defeated? Was she afraid? Was she furious that Micha'el had become a possible threat?
✦ I was painting a picture The picture was a painting of you And for a moment I thought you were here But then again, it wasn't true, dah ✦
✦ And all this time I have been lyin' Oh, lyin' in secret to myself I've been putting sorrow on the farthest place on my shelf La-di-da ✦

Tsuna MikiThe banging at the door of their dorm was definitely a rude awakening, but Alexis was true to her word. They were met with a disgruntled Sagiso whom refused to converse with them, especially her. Obviously, he was still licking his wounds from the night before so Tsuna decided to avoid eye contact not wanting to anger him further. They were lead in silence to Alexis's office which felt like being lead to the gallows. Her office was bathed in the warm morning glow of the sunlight that seeped through the wide open windows. Alexis stood behind her desk impatiently as Lottie apologized for their tardy appearance. Tsuna didn't return the sentiment noticing the woman was purely agitated by her presences. No amount of redemption was going to change her mind any time soon. Sagiso joined his teammates on one side of the office while Adelia stood alone on the other side. Her ego hadn't waned a bit upon Team Sun's attendance since she already listed them as beneath her in power ranking. Without further interruptions, Alexis demanded that she show them something that everyone needed to be aware of. Tsuna's stomach was cramping due to the persistent anxiety she felt the moment she stepped into Alexis's chambers.
Adelia came forward placing a hexagonal sphere on the desk facing both teams for a briefing. According to her, at dusk yesterday, the 13th Arcanised Battalion arrived in Bloodholme for initial reconnaissance of heavy Scarred activity in the lower basin and outer structures. The numbers were vast, but not exceeding the battalion's capabilities to reduce the threat. They planned an ambush at night, however, they never engaged due to an unpredictable assailant. At first, they assumed it was a falling star judging by the velocity and descent, but Tsuna speculated by that description alone who was the culprit. The controlled bursts of light that were calculated and precise indicated that it was no object, but a distinct force. Her tone tightened as she chose her words more accurately to explain her experience. A singular combative male clad in blue and white armor with no insignia employing holy and arcane combinations of attack. Micha'el. The Scarred were dismantled, in her words, as the sphere activated to show them the captured memory. The tainted blue light surrounded the room playing out her memory of last nights encounter.
Micha'el stood as an isolated light in a dark wasteland of floating ziggurats that were managed by the Scarred of the region. Cyan lights orbited around him before gathering in his hand to form the staff he had wielded before he left. He muttered something about divine judgment, but that was the Stellria spirit inhabiting him talking. The strikes of his staff broke bone and crushed and twisted the Scarred's bodies as if they were made of brittle materials. As the undead army sieged upon him, he struck each one down with unrelenting precision and unfaltering energy. It was like he was no longer human, but a vengeful deity, not anything like the Micha'el she'd come to known. During his strikes, he unleased a number of spears that suspended in the air above the battlefield. The shafts light up creating a glowing constellation image before impaling specific targets shaking the earth beneath. Rising from the ground with wings unfurled, a lot bigger than the last time, light burned and condensed within them. He disappeared and blinked in and out of existence similar to her, but completely on a different scale. After he appeared and floated for a bit, foes behind him collapsed instantly meaning he had dispatched them all unseen.
Micha'el looked above as a circle of cyan and light spread above the chained ziggurats, the valley, and the remaining Scarred. It expanded outwards in prefect symmetry dotted with stars and constellations within its ring that meddled together. If he were to release this attack it would mean total annihilation to Bloodholme, wiping it off the map as if it never existed. Micha'el raised his hand as the light intensified only for him to have a moment of realization that ultimately caused him to cancel his attack. He seemed to have some kind of morality argument with himself before taking off to dispatch more Scarred. A part of Micha'el was still conscious, somewhere with him.
The sphere's magic dissipated as it turned back into a metal ornament. His magical strength was unwavering and his defense impenetrable causing Adelia to make the decision to observe and retreat. She admitted that Micha'el exceeded her own magical perilous and couldn't not be stopped and would not convict her comrades to slaughter. Although some Scarred reminded, most of the threat was vanquished and what was left was hardly worth fretting over. Alexis thanked her as she turned to Team Sun and her expression were hard to read. Was she happy about her enemies defeat? Did she fear Micha'el? Or was she mad that the power that should have belonged to her was not in his hands? Tsuna was obviously conflicted, not sure of how to conclude Micha'el's actions herself, but responded diplomatically. "What do you want us to do, Professor Truesvale?" A lump rose in her throat as she looked to Lottie hoping she didn't issue the worst. If so, she'd vouch for Lottie's safety over anything and send herself to the grave.

~ Once like a dream you looked at me And everything felt new - time flicked away The path seemed to fade, my hope restored by you ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± Scarlot Tamiya-Satoru ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± Before it's too late... this could all disappear Before the doors close... and it comes to an end With you by my side I will fight and defend I'll fight and defend, yeah, yeah ~
Lottie looked at Tsuna, surprised that she reacted so calmly to Alexis. She followed her stare over towards Alexis, who returned a level glare of her own. Lottie was still trying to understand the sheer mass of power that Micha'el now possessed. Her heart could have jumped right out of her throat when it looked like he was going to decimate the land around him. He looked conflicted at moments - and that worried her more than anything else she saw in that memory sphere. Was he trapped? She dropped the thought and instead focused on analysing Alexis' level stare. Suddenly, all at once, she wish she didn't. She'll want him dead Lottie thought, realising the worst. Lottie instinctively reached for Tsuna's hand, waiting for the order.
A voice cut through the silence from outside the room. "I don't care what she thinks she is doing!" A woman was clearly outraged. Alexis scowled whilst the others turned to look at the closed door too. Lottie thought the voice was familiar, narrowing her brows and staring at Tsuna with a confused expression as she silently said I know that voice?. "And to think" the woman scoffed, heels coming closer to the room, "she's going to drag them down with her?! No, no! Solomon - I don't care if she thinks she's a grown woman - she might as well still be a child!" The door threw itself open and from it spawned a flurry of black layers of fabric and long loosely curled hair. Lottie let out a gasp, stepping back to make way for the woman who marched in, ignoring anyone else and even brushing past Tsuna to stand-off with Alexis. "You tell me where she is right now or so help me you'll wish you weren't immortal." Silence hung in the room, Alexis blinked slowly. "Lumina" she said. "Honestly!" Lumina began. Then a gentleman in fine green fabrics and long dark hair entered the room with a cane. Professor Solomon. He looked measured, as always, and wasn't at all surprised to see Lottie and Tsuna standing behind Lumina. He gave them a small smile. Lumina continued. "Starting a civil war?! Breaking at least 5 Guildeam laws?! Where is Tsuna? I know she's here." Alexis did nothing except tilt her head slightly, eyes shifting towards Tsuna behind the enraged woman. Team Starwell waited patiently. Adelia quietly qrowled and grumbled under her breath, obviously outraged and trying to contain her anger. Solomon glanced her way briefly, as if interested for a second and then forgetting she was there entirely.
~ Keep holding on 'Cause you know we'll make it through - We'll make it through Just stay strong... 'Cause you know I'm here for you - I'm here for you Now I can feel the fire burning deep within me I'll be the hero and no one can stop me ~

Tsuna MikiThe kill warrant was going to be issued, and Tsuna didn't know if she could handle it. Lottie's touch, her eyes pleading to spare their teammate, caused something in Tsuna to break mentally. However, a voice like an Angel of Mercy filled the room like a choir. Instantly, like a dream had manifested and become real, she knew who the voice belonged too. The scuffling of her heels was all to familiar like she was back home again in the kitchen making Tsuna and Ivan breakfast. She was arguing loudly with Solomon, surprising her that he was here in the flesh! Tsuna's mouth jarred in disbelief when Lumina nearly knocked the door off it's hinges upon entering. Her black outfit flowed around her intertwining with her loose, curly black hair. She brushed past Tsuna and Lottie only seeing red for Alexis which would have normally embarrassed her, but she was more grateful and relieved. Alexs tried to reason with her as Solomon appeared in his signature dark green outfit complimenting his dark hair. He simply smiled at them causing Tsuna to wonder how they found them.
She had lost contact with Solomon all the way back in the Land of Crows. She never sent him an messages or eluded to herself being in that region and the Prince of Crow's contract took effect immediately, so how? Her eyes drifted to him and then caught a glimpse of the pale daisy behind him. She asked Nyru to send the flowers over to Ivan, in doing so, he must have sent a note with it. Upon deduction, they went their to discover that she had come here and followed through some kind of transport of their own. News about the stolen jewel and the Guildeams descent had to have gotten around by now. She didn't care much for the other teams reaction or Adelia's scoffing, she just gently reached out and gave a light tug on Lumina's cloak. She acted like she was interacting with a ghost or a cruel dream that would end once Lumina turned around. She didn't realize how awful she must have looked and the effect it may have on Lumina. Lack of sleep made her eyes looked sunken in with dark rings around them. She was thinner than when she left from not eating properly due to everything that had been happening. A dried blood was still prominent her clothing from the wound Alexis's had given her last night. "You're here..." She managed to chock out in an insecure voice.

Professor Solomon Day Headmaster Main Theme
Solomon could feel a tension in the air before he and Lumina had even burst into the room. He was measuring everyone's stance whilst allowing Lumina to take control of the situation how she saw fit. Team Sun... no he paused for thought, what's left of them apparently was nervous. A familiar team from the Hope and Merlin Academy Christmas event was off to the side. They had a mixture of rage, sorrow, and anxiety floating around them. Especially the coral haired young man, who apparently looked at Tsuna in disdain, even during this heartfelt moment as Tsuna reached out for Lumina. Solomon wondered then whether Aoi and her team was getting special treatment - headmasters can't always resist the chance to nudge aspiring individuals into a greater future. He then noticed someone that was almost entirely dismissible. Adela remained off to the site, back so straight you'd think she was tied to a pole. She looked irritated. It only took him a moment to put two and two together. She was the prized little girl that Alexis held close and spared little information. He wanted nothing more than to know exactly how she became so powerful at such a young age.
Lumina finally turned, scowlingm apparently ready to scold Tsuna. Lumina paused, gasping, barely catching her breath before leaning forward to catch Tsuna in her arms. She pulled Tsuna close, burying Tsuna's face in her black locks of hair and squeezing tightly. It was the hug only a desperate mother could give. "Tsuna" she said, "I'm so happy to see you."
Alexis glanced at her students, dismissing them silently as they vacated the room, leaving Tsuna, Lottie, Solomon, Lumina and Alexis alone.
"I left the moment Solomon told me something was wrong." Lumina revealed, pulling away to look Tsuna in the eyes but keeping her in arms reach, firmly clasped on her shoulders. "He told me the charm ended and- and you were fighting undead? Of all things with what's going on at the moment. Are you alright? You look a mess, has she been making you fight for her?!" Lumina shook her head, "The same day we received the medicine from Nyru! We left then. Ivan is stable. Thank you, both of you." Lumina pulled Tsuna in tightly again, "I can't believe you're okay. We've been half way across the world and back. The portals in the Playground were down, then when we finally got to Southmarch we had to travel across the Land of Crows - the Queen... uh, what am I talking about." Lumina finally rested, her body no longer tensing as she sunk her budy against Tsuna and sighed into her shoulder, "I'm glad you're okay, Tsuna."
Time falls away Pain always finds a way to stay The tears that you’ve shed May find a tree to water But only when you’re stronger I promise I’ll be here until the end I promise I’ll be here until the end

Tsuna MikiTsuna clenched her teeth when Lumina turned around ready to scold her. However, the sight of her must have made Lumina think twice and instead nestled her close, desperately clinging to her. Her face got buried in her curly black hair and burrowed deep within was Lil' P. A trembling smile formed as she held back tears and closed her eyes breathing in Lumina's warmly, spicy pumpkin scent. She shakily wrapped her arms arm her adoptive mother wanting to stay like this as long as she could. However, it wasn't meant to be as Lumina pulled back still holding her at arms length. She explained that her and Solomon left the moment they knew something was wrong. It had to have been when communication was cut short once she made the deal with the Prince of Crows. She could see him sneering at this reunion, but she could care less. Similar to any concerned mother, she began bombarding the half therian with information and questions until she gave up to embrace her once more. This time, Tsuna resisted the urge to hug her back knowing that letting her go is about to be the hardest thing she's about to do.
"I've missed you...more than you realize." She breathed out shakily as she stepped back gently pulling herself away from Lumina. She looked to Lottie before gesturing to her pocket and holding out her hand. She waited for Lottie to dig out the crystal that Micha'el had gifted them. Once the crystal, that looked and felt like a heart beating, was in her hands, she passed it to Lumina almost forcing her to take it. She held her hands around Lumina's with the crystal safely cupped in between them. "This is for Ivan. I don't have much time to explain, but it should help him. Micha'el gave it to us last night, when we broke into the Starwell and caused all this panic. The Guildeam is coming, and as promised, I will do as Professor Truesvale commands." She glanced at Alexis before looking to Solomon. "I should have followed your advice. Sticking my nose in other people's business is terribly rude and unconquerable, isn't it?" She shook her head pitting the child within herself that she was now leaving behind by making her first decision as an adult. Her birthday passed and she was now officially eighteen, a young adult, capable of standing on her own. She had to reap the consequences laid out before and do what must be done. Hesitantly, she released herself from Lumina and walked over to stand by Lottie. "I will do as you say, or at least try. Since Professor Lumina and Solomon are here, maybe filling them on a few details, like the cause of this "disease", and everything leading up to this point would be beneficial to you. Help or not, you have it, Professor Truesvale." Tsuna couldn't believe how proper she sounded, but she had to put away her emotions and childish wishes. At the moment, a war was brewing and their dearest friend was gone. She knew she can't defeat Micha'el, but just seeing him and making sure he was okay would be enough. Whether she returns alive or not, well that was a different matter. At the moment, all she could focus on was trying to hold herself together instead of running back home a crying failure.

Professor Solomon Day Headmaster Main Theme
Lumina's eyes watered up with the knowledge that Tsuna had missed her too. Solomon watched as Tsuna announced there was something for Ivan, a gift from Micha'el. Solomon noted how Alexis rolled her eyes, becoming visible irritated whilst turning around to hide her expression as she looked out the great window behind her desk. "W-what, broke into?" Lumina gasped, stumbling through her words as she double took towards Alexis who was now facing them once more with a none-too-impressed expression spread over her face. "Guildeam?" Lumina asked, looking at the orb from Lottie. She glances at Solomon, then at Alexis, who now looked bitterly redeemed. Solomon however shifted from curious cat to concerned. Solomon then gave Tsuna his full attention as she acknowledged him. Solomon nodded subtly, "quite so, Miss Miki." Finally she took her place by Lottie, turning her attention to Alexis. Lumina was now at a loss for words, but with so many questions. She wanted to rebuke Alexis, tear some truth from Tsuna about this breaking into the Starwell situation, and also felt torn between smothering Tsuna with affection and protection whilst also witnessing how this girl was becoming a young woman. "Well" Alexis began, finally taking a seat as an act of defeat. "I suppose there is no getting rid of you."
By the time that Lottie and Tsuna explained their adventure from Hope Academy to here, and that Alexis had confirmed what they knew about the disease, a circular table had extended from Alexis' desk. Green teas in an assortment of flavours and colours had been served from floating teapots. Lottie and Tsuna silently agreed to leave out that part where they were nearly killed by an assassin. There were also details to fill in, such as the Prince of Crows, Zylvanness, once they recalled the basic events. Alexis was speaking, arms crossed with her back firmly against her chair. "And that, I can joyfully confirm is when Micha'el Maeus" she delivered the surname with venom, "stole the power kept hidden within the Starwell and decimated the undead forces in Bloodholme." "I have so many questions... but first - is the Starwell no longer active? The arcane crystals seem to be more than active outside?" Lumina asked. Solomon seemed to nod, approving of the question. "Thankfully, no" Alexis sighed. "The power that Micha'el took existed within the Starwell for so long that it has, in itself, become self-sufficient. That power, however, would have had untapped potential." Solomon moved as if uncomfortable, leaning forwards with his chin resting upon his interlaced fingers. There was an air that surrounded which suddenly became heavy when he spoke. "So now you reinforce the city with everything the Starwell has, to what, defend against a thief? Seems a bit excessive, don't you think" "Micha'el is no longer Micha'el. He has become something else entirely. But he's not why I defend this city." "What did you do?" Solomon asked calmly. "To warrant defending city from the Guildeam?" The room fell silent. From limited information he had already decided in his head what had happened, he just wanted to hear it to really believe it. Alexis stood, her body silhouetted by the morning sun behind her as she summoned the Sapphire Jewel before her chest. Lumina struck her fists on the table, her tea spilling. "Do you want a civil war?!" She looked to Tsuna, to Solomon, "You just can't resist can you? You had one tantrum over being bested by students and now you turn to breaking THE most important law in the Guildeam alliance. Did you even consider the consequences? War, Alexis! You just don't think-" "I do nothing but consider every possible outcome, Lumina, La, Estrella." Alexis responded with a tone of someone exhausted yet confident. She then dismissed the Sapphire Jewel. "I have gone through every possible scenario, I had the perfect solution to scour the world for our enemy and then your students thwarted it. My only solution is the Jewel, and if the Guildeam wants to wage war with me then so be it. There is a greater war at hand and I will not be on the side left dead or better yet walking among the corpses as an undead puppet. But what does it matter? You think I overreact, you think I'm psychotic, emotionally unstable, obsessed. Just like the rest of the Guildeam. Tell me, Lumina, did you ever stop looking for your beloved, or did you just let everyone else tell you he's dead." Lumina recoiled, unable to respond because she couldn't bare to lie to herself. She had Ivan now... but... she couldn't ever stop hoping.
"This is going to get us nowhere." Solomon lowered his hands, calmly taking Alexis' mug and placing it properly on the table. "I like to believe that you didn't start a war for no good reason" "Actually - there isn't one yet. The Injustira Syndicate may be down one Jewel, but do you see them telling anyone yet? I don't see any Guildeam summons? You, of all people, should know that with your infinite knowledge." "And you of all people should know that they certainly suspect you first. War is coming, Miss Truesvale, whether you fear it or not." He turned now to Tsuna and Lottie. "I want to know why you two are still here. You could have left with Micha'el. But you chose to remain here, knowing what was about to happen. You had every reason to suspect Alexis of this arcane disease, yet you chose to stand at her side today. Yes, you enabled Micha'el to do what he did and you may be paying for your transgressions - but Miss Truesvale could have you imprisoned, and dare I say the prisons here are not for the weak of mind. However - she has you sat in her office discussions the plans for the future." He paused, staring at the two of them. "I believe you have found a common cause. Perhaps you can enlighten me as to how my charm was commandeered, and where it is you vanished, Miss Miki, when the rest of Team Sun was here in Merlin. You seem non too bothered by my spying having stopped. And you both were very keen to omit any specific details about Tsuna's movements in those days at the academy. Something I trust you were glazing over for the sake of getting to the events of last night."

Tsuna MikiWithin minutes, Tsuna had raised more motherly concern within Lumina, practically shattering her heart, got Solomon's alignment, and made Alexis concede defeat. She was lucky, all things considered knowing the touchy subjects could have taken a dark turn. After that show, Alexis decided to make themselves confrontable sense that had more than a fair share of explaining to do. Her desk extended into a round table where they were served an assortment of different favored Green Teas. The floating teapots were mystifying, but Tsuna didn't stay distracted for long as they unraveled the tales of their journey. Starting from when they left the Hope Academy, onto the Playground, Land of Crows, and finally ended up at Merlin Academy. Finally, she was able to tell Solomon and Lumina that Ivan's aliment was not Necromancy but Arcane! Of course, to quell any more worry, Lottie and here decided to leave out the more dangerous bits. The Prince of Crows along with Zylvanness were left unchecked at the moment until they recounted all the events. Alexis eventually chimed in recalling the last part of Micha'el, whom she distained now, stole the star in the Starwell and left to decimate the forces of Bloodholme.
Lumina and Solomon had questions, each weighing more than the last as they unloaded them. Lumina was curious about the Starwell's activity since the Arcane crystals outside were still admitting energy. Solomon concurred with her and Alexis simply answered that the Starwell still had power. The star seized from it had become self-sufficient though it's unlocked potential could have helped. Solomon repositioned himself placing his chin on his laced fingers as he dove into why Alexis would use the well's power to protect the city from a thief. She concluded that Micha'el was now a threat since he was no longer himself, but the reason was deeper than that. What she did to warrant such a heavy order against the Guildeam? She revealed it when she stood up from her seat. Her frame was silhouetted by the sun behind her as she conjured the Sapphire Jewel in front of her chest. Lumina slammed her fists on the table spilling tea causing Tsuna's ears to droop as she watched rightfully call Alexis out. She assumed Alexis started a civil war due to being bested by Team Sun, but breaking Guildeam law was far more complex than a lost duel.
In a confident, yet exhausted tone, Alexis fought back unashamed of the road she had chosen; probably the only liable decision that remained. The last chance she was was ruined by Team Sun and if the Sapphire Jewel meant success than a war with the Guildeam was necessary. She briefly commented on another war waging outside of their comprehension and Tsuna secretly agreed that she did not want to end up Zylvanness's undead puppet. Regardless, Lumina thought her insane too, she even threw Lumina's past deceased love in her face. Tsuna noticed her pain and desperately wanted to console her, but she felt like it wasn't her place since she caused all this despair for them. Solomon lightly interjected to relieve the tension between the two women assuming Alexis did all this with strong intentions. She admitted that nothing had surfaced yet with the fractions, but they'll subject her first anyway so war was arriving enviably arriving soon. Suddenly, Solomon's attention turned to Tsuna and Lottie whom had sat quietly at this point. He wondered why they stayed knowing that Alexis could have imprisoned them for their transgressions. They didn't owe Alexis anything, yet they're here in her office discussing a future that may not belong to them. Laying the Wise Professor card on thick, he even acknowledged the cancellation of his spying charm and her disappearance over the last few days at Merlin.
Tsuna felt like a bug writhing under a microscope looking helpless down at the tea swaying lightly in her cup. Breathing in the aroma to calm her nerves, she slowly stood up and glanced at each one of them before speaking. "I wanted more than anything to leave with my teammate. However, whatever entity holds him at the moment, its goals don't exactly align with ours. Plus, I was a little...delayed at the time." She paused trying not to look at her scarred shoulder knowing Lumina would absolutely go ballistic over the wound Alexis gave her. "It's true, we don't owe Professor Truesvale our alliance, but I believe her path to salivation is the right one. The force we are dealing with is much bigger than a war with the Guildeam...incomprehensible." She felt defeated just thinking about Zylvanness and his infinite powers. "As for your charm...there's someone you should meet." She looked behind her feeling her partners familiar cold presences. "Prince of Crows is his title. I'm not sure what exactly to make of him, but like another person I'm about to bring up, I made a deal with him. The deal unintentionally voided your charm." She let him appear and introduce himself annoyingly before continuing. "Last nights escapades wouldn't have been possible without his powers. It's how I was able to thwart Team Starwell and go against you Professor Truesvale." She did a quick demonstration of disappearing from her spot to one side of the room and then the next before returning to her original position. "When I did this at the Starwell days before our ambition I was accidently dragged into the In Between." She paused again trying to collect the right words to properly explain the dimension.
"It's like a crossroads for the dead, where the Prince of Crows resides...as well as another. The real mastermind behind all of this is an ancient elven king and just like the Prince of Crows I made a deal with him too. Basically, he cannot interfere in our bet, cannot harm or control my allies, and let me keep the memories of our encounter. In return, he cursed me from being unable to use his name. Lottie knows it, but I dare not let her speak it. There is another women who knows it and was the one the first informed me of him. Her name is Venedeth, a hemomancer whom we," She paused again, careful not to hint at the assassination attempt, "found on our travels. Our meeting was brief, but if we find her again I believe she'd be able to tell us more about him. Anyway, I do not know the extend of his powers or his intent for humanity, but he's not a force to be trifled with. I was just a pawn he had been waiting for like a spider patiently waiting for a victim to fly into its web. Making a deal with him was the only way I could leave alive and get out of the In Between." She stopped to assess the situation terrified of what reactions she'll receive. The trouble she had gotten herself in was unimaginable, and the worst part was she dragged everyone down with her.

Professor Solomon Day Headmaster Main Theme
Solomon waited eagerly, eyes rising to meet with Tsuna's as she stood. He watched as Lottie reached for Tsuna's hand, taking it firmly, affirming that it was okay to speak. Lottie seemed to nod as Tsuna described Micha'el's current motives. Alexis appeared unmoved. Then Tsuna described their enemy. For a brief second Alexis' face revealed her emotions laid bare. Raw, unfiltered and afraid. But as quickly as it came it was gone again, buried deep behind a façade of bitter strength and resilience. Lumina was putting on a brave face too, but it was obvious she felt uncomfortable knowing just how much Tsuna had gotten herself involved with. Solomon peered behind Tsuna as she introduced the Prince of Crows. Solomon did his best to conceal it, but his entire body filled with surprise, like a flame that caused a hot flush. He had only a limited knowledge on the one named the Prince of Crows. It was infamously difficult to attain any scriptures on it from the Land of Crows, like a bad taste in their mouth it was washed away and ignored. No one was there. Solomon narrowed his eyes, then there it was... a power he did not recognise. No, it was no power at all, it was a numb void. He looked again and before Tsuna could berate the Prince he had appeared when no one was looking. "Well well" the Prince cooed, "what a mess you've found yourself in, little dog." Lumina moved. But Solomon held her wrist, calmly gesturing for her to take a seat. Alexis opened her mouth to speak, but he also gestured to her to remain quiet and allow Tsuna to speak. Neither women looked impressed, it was a single moment they could both agree on something.
Tsuna demonstration of his power was incredible, something that Solomon admired and feared. The power of the In-Between? Was this Limbo? Or some other realm entirely. Lumina however appeared to scowl, and he could recall some old conversation between them about witches that used the power of a world between worlds. Tsuna moved on swiftly to the true danger at hand. Without naming him, she described Zylvanness and almost instantly it looked as though a weight had been lifted from Alexis' shoulders. Another name, Vendeth, was thrown into the mix and Solomon highly suspected there was more to that encounter than they were led to believe. But he chose not to question it further.
In the moments that followed Lumina was speechless. Lottie smiled softly to her teammate. Then their attention was taken by Alexis who was sat still as a statue. Her eyes, now glistening with tears that had not yet fallen made her blue eyes shine brilliantly. Her shoulders were stiff, just like her upper lip as she attempted to hold herself together. "Alexis" Solomon called. She swallowed, allowing the first tear to fall. She finally parted her lips, not looking at anyone, only down at her desk. "I never thought I would hear someone say it..." Alexis looked now at Tsuna. "I never thought..." her words were heavy, almost painful to speak with the weight of her burden. "I cannot even speak as much. No description, no suggestion... No one believed me. I... couldn't even describe..." she struggled to speak her next word, finally admitting defeat as she chose something else, "it." Her lips trembled, but she remained stiff. "And you... you can, if not by name but description." She almost let out a laugh, then a small cry before controlling herself. "And I'm just the world's punching bag because of one cruel trick."
Lumina then stood slowly, moving away from the table to circle around it towards Alexis, who watched her suspiciously and prepared her steely exterior as Lumina stopped beside her. Alexis stiffened. Lumina leaned down. And embraced her. Alexis' well-trained defence was broken down instantly when Lumina spoke quietly. "I'm sorry I did not believe you. I'm sorry for how Occulas has treated you. I cannot make up for all the times I have dismissed you, or your feelings and cries for help. But let us begin now to repair that." Alexis finally sunk into Lumina, barely letting out some more tears as she scrunched her face tight to avoid breaking any further.
"How very touching" the Prince of Crows began, now sat upon Lumina's chair. Solomon jumped, clenching his jaw and narrowing his eyes with irritation and intrigue. "But I would like to correct Tsuna-" Alexis shot an angry blue glare towards the Prince from within Lumina's black curls as the two seperated. "And you are exactly?" "The Prince of Crows - keep up. Usually I only introduce myself to vaguely interesting mortals, but you will all have to do." "You have one minute to say what you mean" Lumina warned, "I've performed plenty of excorcisms, but I give you this head start only because Tsuna apparently trusts you." "Trust is a strong word, isn't it, Tsuna?" he looked towards Tsuna and as everyone followed his gaze his vanished, only to speak this time from the balcony beside them, overlooking them from a small parlour space. "An enemy of thy enemy is a friend... some people say." The Prince took in a deep breath, as if the sentiment bored him. "Anyway. The In-Between is the bridge between existence and Oblivion. Ever heard of the 6 Parallels? Varies from culture to culture but the pillars of existence largely remain the same. You have the Great Expanse, or the known universe, etc etc, and Oblivion, where the mind goes to die. The In-Between sits on the edge of reality, the edge of the universe itself. I have long watched our enemy peering into my realm - never moving, never speaking. Until Tsuna Miki got herself trapped with me. What an interesting choice that was, hm? Only when this being approached Tsuna, she decided to have a private conversation with it for... well, I don't know how long. Time doesn't really exist in my domain. When she was finished, the enemy was no peering into the In-Between. Never has anything ever located the edge of the universe, so whatever this elven king is, it is unlike anything I have ever seen in my long existence. And not only does it want to invade my realm... I have to ask. What was it looking at beyond the edge of the universe?" Everyone paused and Solomon couldn't help but let the hairs on his arms stand up on end. Why would anything or anyone be looking out into... nothing?
"I understand that we may share the same enemy. But why did you approach Miss Miki" Solomon began, "I heard from a few old tales that you much prefer meddling with Daywalkers. Why take control of my observation charm?" The Prince grinned, as if impressed and proud for being recognised. "Not erased me entirely then, has she... What charm?" the Prince looked legitimately uninterested. "I followed the enemy's power when it entered the Land of Crows. When I discovered Tsuna, that same power was already latched onto her. You mean to say that our enemy took control of your charm?" The Prince vanished, appeared next to Lumina who had now taken her seat. He glanced between her and Tsuna. "Once upon a time I asked you what you might do if you could make things right? Solomon thought charming you was right - but instead he single handily allowed our enemy to put his hands around your neck. How fortunate you didn't give in to his offer like you did mine."

Tsuna MikiLumina was left speechless after all was said and done, Lottie supportive, Solomon articulating his thoughts, and Alexis....heartbroken? Usually the women was a statue, unwavering and overly confident in everything she did, yet here she was crying. Tears glistened her blue eyes which surprised everyone in the room as a revolution she had been holding back was now revealed. Her desk top was rained down on as she omitted no longer feeling the strain of loneliness that Zylvanness held over her. To have someone describe him as a living, breathing entity instead of a woman's obsessive delusion was a relief. Tsuna wasn't even positive that her friends would believe her when she told them about him, but they did. Having someone, even a strange believe that you're not insane was enough to forge on ahead. Tsuna's eyes widened seeing a Professor that she admired finally being validated by someone as simple and plain as her was liberating. She still didn't think they'd be friends, but tension between them might ease up just a little. Tsuna wanted to confront her, but knew it wasn't her place since this situation called for a more motherly touch. Lumina, perceptive to the call, arose from her seat and came to Alexis's side pulling her into an embrace. It must have been a while since Alexis experienced such kindness seeing how she stiffened before settling into Lumina's empathetic charm.
Lumina apologized for the years of malcontent and vowed to start a new now that all the pieces were made clear. Of course, the Prince of Crows couldn't resist sneering at a heartfelt moment as he disappeared and reappeared in Lumina's empty seat next to Solomon. His face a mixture of irritation and intrigued by the apparition's presence. His all-knowing arrogance broke through wanting to reexplain the In Between that Tsuna glanced over. Alexis wasn't assumed and even asked whom he was to which he shot back sarcastically. Lumina even threatened him with exorcism, but allowed him to speak since he was aligned with Tsuna. Although, trusting each was not in affiliation with their relation, more like selective backstabbing. Tsuna grunted in frustration as he disappeared again only to appear at the top of a balcony above everyone else. He correctly summarized that the In Between is a bridge between the existence and oblivion. The Six Parallels comprise this idea; The Great Expansion or known universe, Oblivion where minds go to cease, and the In-Between tetters on the edge of reality and the universe itself. He noted that Zylvanness's eyes were lingering for some time until she entered his domain and had contact with him. After words he left, which was a question that had been in the back of mind for some time and now answered. He has no concept of time so her absence was a mystery to him until she woke up and found out how long she had been gone from her teammates. Even he admitted Zylvanness's superiority, but still wondered what he was staring at in the Great Nothingness all this time.
Solomon was just as curious as her as to why the Prince of Crows choose her and she refused to believe it was just for "entertainment value." From old tales, he preferred Daywalkers to her kind, but offered a contact to her anyway. Even he was unbothered by Solomon's charm and claimed he had followed Zylvanness to Tsuna whom had already been marked before she even encountered him. So her suspicions were confirmed causing her stomach to turn again as she glanced away unsteadily from the Prince of Crows. He assumed Solomon's charm had led Zylvanness to her, but it was clear he knew of her existence way before that started with her birth mother. She didn't given into his offer because her primal instincts wouldn't let her and unlike the Prince of Crows, his powers are unmeasurable...unfathomable. "You question is not for me to answer because I can't make things right. I can only move ahead, rewinding time has its own consequences." She bit her lip as she looked to Alexis and Lumina. "Before I left him, after our deal, he said that my..." She choked on her words before blurting out the conclusion. "My birth mother liked playing games too. He knew her. According to my father she died shortly after I was born. It's possible he's be following my family linage before I was even conceived!" The thought made her sick. "I'm no one of importance, no status, or wealth, so why!?" She began to tremble as she looked now at the Prince of Crows. "You reigned as a tyrant over my people years ago. You must recall if there was anyone like me. Any ancestors that may have carried my blood that obtained some complexity!? I told you I'm a nobody, is that not true!?" She felt like she was grappling for a answer that might not be there, but Zylvanness didn't say those words just to distract her. The mentioning of her birth mother was the only link she had no speculating that he knew of her and had his eyes on her way before this point.

Lottie couldn't help but want to reach out and comfort her friend, who was so clearly hurting now that she was revealing what Zylvanness had said about Tsuna's mother. Alexis looked silently in shock. Outstaged completely by Lumina who was scornfully glaring at the Prince of Crows, who no longer had his high perch and was wandering around them instead. Lumina took Tsua's hand, squeezing it firmly. "You are never a nobody. Ever. No one in this world is a nobody." But the Prince of Crows stopped to lean back against Alexis' desk. "There was no mutts like you back then, so if special is what you're going for." Lumina moved, raising a hand, but Solomon interrupted. "Do not give him the satisfaction, Lumina. He is a ghost with no escape from his eternal damnation." The Prince glanced at Solomon, revealing more than the Prince had intended. Lottie wondered what Solomon was eluding to, knowing from that exchange alone that he knew more than he let on. "I read an awful lot" Solomon admitted, nonchalantly, "lets not forget that we are talking about a common enemy, regardless of past transgressions." "Hm." The Prince uttered. "No. There were no Therians with your condition when I ruled the Land of Crows. The first weren't afflicted of course, and once we arrived the infectio had already taken its course. We simply gave them a new purpose. In my very long life time, you are the first Therian I've seen to be unable to choose a side. But I suppose the tail helps with balance, does it not?" "Solomon" Lumina turned to him, "do you know anything else about Tsuna's mother? There must be a lead?" Lumina eyed him, as if reminding him of something previously discussed. Solomon looked from Tsuna then back to Lumina. "Her father covered their tracks very well... the only thing i've been able to uncover is that she was trying to get to Non-Magic Earth before her unfortunate demise. The trail went cold other-"
A metallic hum sounded across the room, coming from the side where the floor was slightly raised with polished white stone and magical markings. It beckoned, summoning attention before the conversation could go further. Alexis sighed, expecting this to happen sooner or later. The air above the platform began to shimmer like a mirage in the scorching desert. "It appears the Guildeam has finally called for a meeting. Please excuse me." "W-what will you tell them?" Lottie asked. Alexis stopped in her path towards the portal and said "they can't prove anything. They can choose to do what they want. The only thing that can contend with the sapphire jewel is another jewel. And no one is as insane as me to actually use one. You can all make yourselves comfortable whilst I deal wit the guilds." With that she was gone, stepping through the portal and vanishig from site along with the shimmer of the portal itself.

Tsuna MikiLottie continued her silent support by taking Tsuna's hand to calm her down. Again, Alexis was hard to read while Lumina was so obviously infuriated by the Prince of Crow's arrogance. Her adoptive mother tried to console her insuring that she was never a "nobody", but she wanted to be in a sense. Zylvanness didn't set his eyes on her by coincidence, clearly she has some kind of secretive importance that he's invested in. There's no way he'd bother with someone of her caliber otherwise, or so she suspected. As she thought to herself, the Prince of Crows couldn't help himself by furling Lumina's feathers. Luckily, Solomon stepped in advising her to not give him any satisfaction seeing that he's a trapped soul regardless. He knocked the Prince of Crows down a peg as he answered Tsuna's query accordingly, throwing a bit of rebait in though. She simply glanced at her tail waging it nonchalantly wondering if it was a reason why she could acrobatically manure herself during fights. Lumina then turned to Solomon asking him about Tsuna's biologically mother, but despite his digging into her past he came up empty. Her father dropped her off at the academy with no rhyme or reason and covering his tracks was what he was best at. She remembered him training her and even she could never pull the wall over his eyes.
Suddenly, a metallic hum surged across the room where a white polished stone with magical markings raised from the floor. It beckoned, cutting through the conversation as the air above the platform began to shimmer like a desert mirage. The Guildeam called for a meeting which concerned them all as Lottie asked her what she'll tell them. She confidently assured them that she couldn't be directly linked to the crime and for right now every thing was a trial of speculation. For now, she distract them while they stayed in her office as she stepped through the portal vanishing along with the portal. Tsuna shook her head trying to recollect herself as she breathed deeply. "Why go to Non-Magic Earth? What's there?" Tsuna randomly questioned not completely tapping out over the subject of her mother.

Lumina had already appeared beside Tsuna when she asked the question then looming over Lottie's mind too. Lumina placed her hand on Tsuna's shoulder. Her grip faultered for a fraction of a second as she processed the question. The Prince of Crows grinned. Lottie noticed it, sly and subtle. She looked to Solomon, who was already staring at her. Lottie looked away, then realising that things might atuall send them to Non-Magic Earth.
"A whole world" Lumina softly cooed. She softly ran her hand down Tsuna's arm before pulling it away, holding herself in her own arms as she smiled. "A wonderful, diasastrous world... just like ours, but entirely different." "A mundane world" the Prince of Crows scoffed. "With pompous pure-bloods and vermin humans scurrying across the surface of a dying world." What came after was the enevitable question from Tsuna. How could the Prince know this if he was held prisoner in the Land of Crows... unless he had marked a host that went there. The Prince grinned again. "A gypsie girl, I helped her defeat the Lord of Betrayal - Lucifial. Couldn't have survived if it weren't for me. Well... might have died if my power didn't balance out that Angel's burning grip on her soul. She later travelled to the other world... I let her keep my powers... and I got to see what most Magic Folk never do." "You're wrong" Lottie said, fists clenched. The Prince stared at her with a scowl, unsure on why she was suddenly so defensive. She looked at her friend, her best friend, Tsuna, as she spoke. "There are people, just like us living there. Sure, its a little less magical, but there are people just trying to live. It's what the Occult fights to protect. My.... my Uncles lived there... before they moved here... with me and Lilly." Lottie forced a smile, using what energy she could to muster some kind of certainty that Non-Magic Earth was good, alive, and filled with great people. She had openly discussed living in Non-Magic Earth with Tsuna and Micha'el before. But never in any detail. She only ever spoke of the time she lived with her Uncles in Osaka, Japan, and she would often move conversation to once she was living in Occulas. She had said her parents were police officers in England, but that was all she'd ever mentioned of her life with her parents before an accident took their lives.

Tsuna MikiBy everyone's expressions and mannerisms it was hard to determine what kind of world this was. Tsuna was closed off to most knowledge of a separate universe, including a lot of stuff in her own. It wasn't out of ignorance, but protection, or so her father lead her to believe. Maybe if he had told her the truth about her mother, he may have feared her taking off after her. Perhaps their last encounter was him trying to earn a ticket to this world through any means necessary to join her. What if she was never dead? As questioned raced through her mind, Lumina griped her shoulder, hesitating a bit before tell her of this world legitimacy. She held her hand as if preparing her for the new path up ahead, one that she could not follow. Lottie seemed apprehensive, meanwhile the Prince of Crows soaked in the opportunity to let her in on a little secret. He dismissed the world and its people as beneath him giving Tsuna all the insight she needed to know. "Obviously, you've been there. Care to indulge us?" She raised a brow as he explained that he possessed the Gypsy woman in Team Exiler's party to defeat Lucifial. Without his assistance they all would have perished and as a gracious award he let her keep his powers. "How admiral of you." Tsuna boosted sarcastically, unimpressed by his snobbery.
Lottie suddenly became defensive hearing the prejudice views of Non-Magic Earth since she originally hailed from there. Her Uncles lived there with her and her sister in a place called Osaka, Japan. She remember Lottie eluding to her upbringing, but not in full detail. Her parents served as law enforcement in a place called England before meeting their end. She had never asked Lottie about it in fear of upsetting her, but she knew that she should because she felt like she knew next to nothing about her. Tsuna always kept this polite distance between her and her teammates unable to give them her trust. What a blind fools she's been. Lottie explained that the people of Non-Magic Earth are just trying to live their lives and not relying on magical capabilities like them. Tsuna tilted her head and placed a hand on her chin as she began to pace back and forth in deep contemplation. She was searching for the right questions to ask before she stopped looking at all of them straight on. "Is magic completely cut off from the average individuals? Are any of them aware that our world exists?" she paused landing on the real question she wanted to ask. "And the time there. What is it like compared to time flow here? Could the Arcane reach them and manifest in Non-Magic Earth?"

Lottie watched Tsuna begin to pace. Tsuna was holding her chin, as if deep in thought, marching through a sea of questions until she finally decided on one question to begin with. Lottie felt compelled to answer, but held herself back, looking to the adults in the room so that they can answer instead. "Well" Lumina softly began, "yes. And... yes" she tilted her head, then shook it as if weighing up the different sides to her answer. "Most humans can't use magic... it's a case of them never really being meant for magic in the first place. Hence the 'Non-Magic Folk' term." "Most of the population have no idea we or Magic Earth at all" Solomon chimed in. "The Occult, is a sercretive organisation that operates in Non-Magic Earth to keep all Magic Folk hidden, including our world and our magic. They protect the world from what it has no ability to defend itself or comprehend. You may have heard of the Non-Magic Earth Embassy. They manage the border on this side, its a small sub-devision of the Occult."
Tsuna's next queestion was one that no one expected, but Solomon was very impressed that she asked. "It flows relative to our world. Good question, however." Solomon took a moment to admire the china cup sat before him The brew within was now cold and would be revolting should he attempt a sip. "A wise man once said that though we are two different worlds, we share the same sky. Both Earth's are like two layers of the same world." "Like onions?" Lottie asked. Solomon paused taken aback by the sudden change of topic. But Lumina let out a small laugh. "Exactly like an onion. Magic there is dampened, Tsuna, arcane magic is certainly much less potent. I'd be surprised if the arcane disease could take hold there, if that is what you are wondering. My magic took years to master there..." "So we... need to go to Non-Magic Earth?" Lottie asked, sheepishly. "We need to leave... to stop... him right?
