Leon stood back after giving his gift to them. It seemed Azalea felt bad about the incident involving Red. He found it rather unneeded of her to feel bad about the situation. Red was fine, and he knew she did not do it on purpose. If she did he would of done something about it. Though he figured he would let Terra make her feel better since Terra and her seemed more acquainted and likely Terra would be more successful with this than Leon. Hearing her wanting to leave Leon gave a smile and a bow to Azalea and Terra. "If you two are leaving then I wish you both a safe travel back, and that you two enjoy the rest of the day." This was strange. He was being nice, but there was already an answer to why he was. It was because these two had helped save Red's life, and that was reason enough to treat them better. How strange of him to act such just because of one person. He looked back at Red and had a sincere look on his face as he gazed upon her. "You are more special than I realized." He thought to himself as he looked at her.
Rendeline smiled shyly. It was kind of her to dismiss her rudeness. She was not certain but it looks like her presence had somehow affected Azalea's mood and she could not help but feel guilt. When Terra had asked her about the reason as to why they were celebrating she found herself blushing a little. Why were they celebrating again? Right. It was because they have just strengthen their bond as a master and guardian. But right before she had the chance to say it to her, Terra had already turned her attention back to Azalea.
Feeling guilty and curious as the same time, Rendeline came closer to the group and encouraged Azalea to take Leon's gift. She sighed inwardly the moment she heard her response. She only made it worse. "I see" was the only words she got to say and lowered her head. She was starting to feel awkward. Her hand instinctively reached for Leon's sleeve.
When the two of them had decided to head out, Rendeline lifted her head and offered them a friendly smile. She had let Leon speak first before she spoke. "Again, I am sorry for disturbing the two of you. But it is really nice to meet you Azalea and I hope that your lessons with Renton would go on smoothly Terra." She felt Leon's gaze on her but decided to keep her eyes on the two instead.

The fact made the bookworm happy, and she smiled with her slightly reddened cheeks. "W-well alright then. Since you asked so kindly I guess I'll tag along." She then grabbed her notebook and the harp, turning to Red and Leon. "It was good to see the both of you again. I do hope your celebration goes well. Leon, thank you for the gift. I'll make sure not to use it irresponsibly. Oh, and Red..." Terra glanced over at the girl, walking to her. "Please, don't let think of yourself as a bother in any way. Lea is put in an odd place right now, and I have no doubt in regular terms that the two of you could get along quite nicely. There is just, well, more to the story that will be explained in all due time. So please don't believe she doesn't like you. You are a very kind girl, and I would bet she would be delighted to have you as a friend." The demon said in a hushed voice. She took her notebook and flipped to a clear page, scribbling down some numbers. Tearing off a piece, she handed it to Red. "Here. Maybe the next time all of us meet, it wont be by coincidence. I figured this would be more appropriate then summoning you, yes? Just give me a ring if I'm needed." With that, she turned to Azalea and grabbed onto her sleeve, just like she had done to Terra before. "Shall we go then?" The demon waved goodbye to the duo and walked out of the store with Lea leading her.

Leon nodded to Terra when she thanked him for the gift. He was pleased with giving it to the both of them, and well they deserved it. He then watched as Terra did her best to make Red feel better about the situation. She seemed like a very nice girl, and this he saw that Terra was really kind. For some reason he kind of envied her. He couldn't see himself capable of being that kind to someone he just met. It was only with his master really, and the act of him giving a gift and thanking someone was as far as he had ever gone to be nice to someone he barely knew. Surely it was because of his master Red. It seemed more and more likely that she had a greater effect on him. It was possible that depending on how his master was would determine how he was, which could be confirmed by previous masters he has had.
xxRubeus entered the cafe that was in town. For once he would like something that was not alcoholic. The chain between the two was long enough for them to sit across one another and so Rubeus walked into the cafe with Vincent. He asked for a table for two and the waitress was kind enough to lead them to it. "I have never been in here before, it should be nice." the demon chimed and sat down. He waited for his vampire friend to sit down as well hoping that he was right about the chain. He wouldn't want it to be uncomfortable.

Having never been to this side of the town, Vincent could not help but look around as they walked inside of the shop. Evangeline's family created each of these buildings and he couldn't help but marvel at the fact that thy were so different from the school. The school was dark but the town had a lighter air to it. It was a strange change of pace.
Hearing Rubeus speak again,his attention turned to companion and he nod in agreement. The demon sits down first and Vincent followed suit shortly after, his gaze resting on the other man as he relaxed in his seat."It is strange...the town is completely different from the school."
xxRubeus looked around the shop, his cheeks were a little pink when he caught Vincent looking at him. Rubeus did not want to admit it but he was liking the vampire more and more. "I agree, the school is very dark but its nice to know there is a light somewhere." he said with a smile, the waitress brought over to glasses of water but Rubeus did not touch his. "How are you feeling?" he asked.

After merely glancing at the water, he thanked the woman kindly before turning back to Rubeus and smiling. His finger lightly ran along the rim of the glass sitting in front of him, his ruby eyes shifting back to it as he sighed. He felt a little better than before despite the annoying pulse he felt against his fangs and gums."I am better, thank you. I am still a little horrified by my previous behavior in the garden. I have never gotten so bad that I am lapping blood off of someone's hand while at my knees. I've never done anything that humiliating before..."
xxRubeus smiled lightly at the vampire. He knew it was embarrassing for him to do that but Rubeus could not help but think it was cute. "I should have been more careful I am the one to blame for what happened next." The demon thought back to when he felt the sharp fangs dug into his neck and how the mixed feelings of pain and pleasure were involved. Rubeus grabbed hold of the spot on his neck where Vincent bit him, it started to burn but in a good way. "We all have humiliating things that happen, its a part of life." he added only to make the vampire feel better about what he had done. It was not guaranteed to help but Rubeus was willing to try.

Rendeline nodded with a smile. "Thanks Terra." Her soothing words had somehow help her out think of things better. She was not sure what it was but if it was not told to her then she just needed to respect that. Such things should not affect her that much anymore since it has always been like that. Maybe she had done something to the poor girl while she was unaware of her surroundings. Memory lapses was nothing new to her but still she found her self apologizing. "Please extend my apologies to her. I am not sure of what I may have done during my memory lapse but if there's anything I could do to make it up to her I will." She added and kept the piece of paper that Terra had given her.
The festive feeling that was once there was no longer that strong. She was the one to invite Leon here so it would be rude of her it she was not to continued on with it. Turning to face him she would give him the best smile she could have. "Which ones would you like to have?" She asked and leaned closer to the stand again to get a better view of the pastries. "Maybe cake would be good to have today. Hm, and some frappuccino, I wonder if they have those here." She said thinking out loud, trying her best not to show her true feelings. She would not like to worry Leon about her.
Leon walked up to Red as she turned to face him. She might of been able to sense something different about Leon when he looked at her. She was bound by contract with him, and by soul. In a sense he was her familiar, and he could listen to her on a whole other level. He could feel her true feelings, and she could feel his if she truly tried to sense it. It was one perk of having a soul bound contract. It created a link between the two of them more stronger than metaphorical links. It was like an invisible electrical tether between the two of them. So Red's little charade of hiding her true feelings did not go unnoticed by Leon. Just like before Leon wrapped his arms around Red, and held her once more. His hand reached to the back of her head and he spoke softly to her. "You did nothing wrong Red. She isn't upset with you. She's upset at herself. Like Terra said in time you two will be friends. One more thing, please don't try to hide your feelings from me. I'm your servant, and it's my job to make you happy."

Hearing what Rubeus said first, the vampire frowned. He didn't really agree with the demon blaming himself when the vampire knew it was his own fault. If he hadn't starved himself so long, he would never of burdened Rubeus. Before he could open his mouth and protest yet again, Rubeus spoke. The man's words held truth, and Vincent agreed even though he didn't necessarily like it. He would prefer to go on without the embarrassment."Although I agree with that statement, I must disagree with you trying to take the blame onto yourself. As I had told you before, it was my fault for not feeding properly. If I had stayed nourished, your blood wouldn't have bothered me so much."The vampire stated with a frown as he removed his finger from the glass. He would have liked to cross his arms, but with the cuff on one of his hands, he would only drag Rubeus's arm forward. Instead, his rest his head on his free hand and turned his gaze away. His cheeks became lightly tinted with pink as his voice became quieter."Anyways, despite the humiliation, I am still grateful for your help. I am also sorry that you got into trouble with Evangeline thanks to me."
Azalea was upset at herself but she still had something to do with it so she still felt a little guilty. Lingering to much towards such feelings are not good thus she continued to pretend that she was not affected by it. Leon was not easy to fool. It felt nice to know that someone would be able to see through her pretense. Rendeline looked up to him, maintaining the same smile. "Of course. Thank you Leon but..." Reaching for his cheek she gave it a gentle tap. "...You worry too much. I'm fine. See?" She pointed to herself as she offered him another smile. "And you are NOT my servant but my GUARDIAN. Just so you know, your mere presence gives me happiness so don't you dare degrade yourself as a servant. You are more than that." It sounded like she was actually scolding him so she forced out an awkward giggle and faced the pastries once more. "So... You want any cake or a danish maybe? Or would you prefer something else?"

He looked kind of puzzled as if it was a difficult decision to make, but he eventually decided to pick something. "Cake." He said in assurance to her.
Rendeline blinked and bit her lower lip. Right, they did have that special bond. She was not fully familiar with all of the rules that may have been implemented between them the moment she agreed to be his master. The reason she agreed was because she was Leon and there was nothing for her to regret of it. Through her journey being his master she had never been treated any better than he did. He alone was the one who was able to understand her completely. Even without the contract to bind them, he still prevented her to harm others in her werewolf form and that she was truly thankful of. "Oh, I forgot about that" She giggled. "But really I'm okay. A sweet genuine smile would be painted on her lips upon hearing him say that she was the source of his happiness. "Even without a contract I believe that a person like you would do such things. Like I have mentioned before Leon, even if you may claim that you possess no ability to feel emotions, you are naturally a kind person." Looking back at the stand she pointed over one of the cakes for Leon and one for hers for their orders. "Good choice. Would you be kind enough to find us a seat? I'll join you once I finish our orders." She said maintaining her smile and talked to the cashier again to add a few more things to her order.
