Fallen looked around the room befor walking out of the meeting not really caring if had to do or say anything for as he cares he was the deporment of healing not fighting he glared at the other captins befor leaving before making it to his house in middle of the base far away from his family or anyone eles house he then laid on his chouch looking up at the cilling

"i have LOTS of things to do and dont wish to be sitting here listning to random conversations" she crossed her arms and leaned back letting her long hair hide her face.

Rico's teal eyes began to glow to a lighter shade of teal. Then, the temperature in the room dropped. Finally, ice froze the limbs of the arguing captains. He then spoke. "We're here to not discuss the past. We're here to discuss the future. What my daughter is saying id true. This is a meeting, not a full out brawl. Now, you will all sit in your assigned seat and listen up!" He shouted as he withdrew his power slowly. Fang tensed up as she sensed his anger and let out a growl. ~"Look at all of you, embarassing Rico, in front of the original head.Rico is trying to proove that he can run this society, and you're all ruining his reputation by arguing over the past. Why don't you all pull your heads from your asses and grow up!"~ Fang added, she then sat back down, in disgust. Rico's eyes returned to normal, but their were still signs of his spirit pressure all around the room, which called for silence.

Robomecha Kenpachi shrugged but the captain had caught his interest. "If you want to run things fine, I don't care, but if you intend to order me around, you had better have the power to back it up." he stood in the doorway with a slight grin, waiting to see what Rico would do about the challenge. "I'll have to remove you from command ifyou're not going to follow orders. However, I'm feeling generoustoday, if you're going to continue to challenge me, you know you're out matched. So my advice to you, is grow up, you're the biggest kid here, and both my kids are younger than you. Now, with you, I'm going to do a three strikes and you're out trick. You get three chances, you ruin all three, and you're out and your liutenet will take over." Rico said calmly, he was tired of the bullshit of each captain of squad 11 thinking they're the strongest, but however, Rico is not one to change tradition, but if it comes to that, he maight just have to alter something. He looked to the others. "You know what, because of all of you, I'll have to cancle this mission and appologise to my grandfather. I'm sure by now, he's not going to allow us to stay as captains if this is how you are presenting yourselves. Dismissed." Rico said to them, he then motioned for his grandfather to join him in the next room. Fang stayed behind. ~"Well, I hope you're all happy. Rico is in there apologising for all ofyour misconduct. Can't you see he's trying his best to allow this new generation happen. Well, now I'm guessing he can't prove that you selected captains are worhty of the title. If you love this place as much as you say you do, prove it. Oh, and once again, I hope you're happy with yourselves and how badly you made Rico embarased, who of all people faought to get you all in these possitions. He cares about you guys, all of you. Well, I'll let you choose weather or not you're greatful for his deed or not. Topsh, I'm sorry you had to see your father upset."~ Fang said, she then turned to join Rico and Yammamoto in the other room, as a tear from her eye hit the floor. The room was silent again. Back in the other room, Rico finished his apologies and awaited his punishment for this clearly foolish mistake. "I thought they had what it takes, I guess I was wrong. You may revoke me of my ties to the Soul Society." Rico said to Yammamoto. The room was silent and Rico awaited the verdict of his grandfather. Akira sighed and sat back in a more comfortable position and shook the icicles out of his air. He put a childish pout on his face and thought he that he should have interfered...then this wouldn't had happened. He acted as if he was cleaning his ear with his little finger and then sat back in his original position with a sigh. Akira was pretty close with Rico and he was pretty sure Rico was a lot pissed but he couldn't cheer him up cuz he was with his grandfather. He looked at the other captains to see if anyone was leaving. Fallen had already left and Akira was tempted to leave with him but then again, only he could take Rico's rages...other than his grandfather. He sighed and just sat there waiting silently, thinking WHY Kenpachi couldn't keep his d**k in his pants.

"Its only natural to see how your leader will respond to challenges. He didn't even try to face me, only deflect. However things are getting interesting indeed. If he hadnt held his anger, then he wouldnt have been worthy, but sidestepping a challenge could also be a problem." Looking to the sun with his sword still being held on his shoulders he reflected on his fight with the previous Kenpachi. "I wonder how he'll turn out on the battlefield." Looking at the squad barracks, he decided to sharpen his blade and headed to the Sekaimon. "I need some action to loosen these shoulders."

Besides, the tensions between the captains of the squads have always been there since Aizen betrayed us all those years ago. I understand that you want to restore the Soul Society, which is why I'm allowing you to stay the captain of squad one and head of the society. This place needs some new, young blood. Besides, you're my great tothe tenth grandson. It was inevitable that you'd inherit the Soul Society." he said, he smiled behind his massive beard and gave Rico a pat on the shoulder. "You keep trying to restore this place to the best of your abilities. I trust that you will always be here to honor and defendthe old ways, and perhaps add a few newer ones. Remember what the insignia for the First squad stands for, and I want you to protect it. Can I count on you to do that?" He added. Rico was overwhelmed, but when he answered, he was sure of it. " Yes, grandfather, I shall do just that. Fang, I want you to use your telekinesis to inform the other captains of a newer meeting after three days from now." he said, with joy in his voice. Fang nodded and sent out the announcement, and ensured it rang in their ears. ~"I hope they don't get into another argument again. If Kenpatchi wasn't so headstrong and pulled his head out of his a**, this probably wouldn't have happened."~ she said. Rico then used telekinesis to speak to her silently. ~"Don't worry about him, all of the Kenpatchies are like that. Trust me, we were once in squad 11, don't forget."~ he told her. Fang nodded and then they turned to Kikyo. "So, what was it that you wanted to ask me?"

Akira was almost laying down and was looking at the ceiling and counting how many designs were up there when he got Fang's message. Akira sighed and muttered."So much for walking all the way....Next time, I'll Flash Step over, screw the pressure drain" and got up and dusted his garments. He glanced over at the remaining captains "Ok. Then, see you all three days later" and went out of the cabin, into the grounds. After the temperature in the room, it felt like a furnace but Akira ignored it"Seems Rico will be all right." thought Akira and [Flash Stepped] in the direction of his Squad HQ

"You keep trying to restore this place to the best of your abilities. I trust that you will always be here to honor and defendthe old ways, and perhaps add a few newer ones. Remember what the insignia for the First squad stands for, and I want you to protect it. Can I count on you to do that?" He added. Rico was overwhelmed, but when he answered, he was sure of it. " Yes, grandfather, I shall do just that. Fang, I want you to use your telekinesis to inform the other captains of a newer meeting after three days from now." he said, with joy in his voice. Fang nodded and sent out the announcement, and ensured it rang in their ears. ~"I hope they don't get into another argument again. If Kenpatchi wasn't so headstrong and pulled his head out of his a**, this probably wouldn't have happened."~ she said. Rico then used telekinesis to speak to her silently. ~"Don't worry about him, all of the Kenpatchies are like that. Trust me, we were once in squad 11, don't forget."~ he told her. Fang nodded and then they turned to Kikyo. "So, what was it that you wanted to ask me?" She bows deeply to Rico and Head Captain Yamamoto. "Excuse me, but i heard you yelling at the captains, and....well, i wasn't aware if i was to blame as well....and....if it was okay with you....i was going to ask if i could make you dinner sometime....because i don't like my superiors to be upset, if there's something i can do to help...." She looks down, hugging her tails. "No. you're not to blame in my yelling at of the other captains, it's just that they brought upa subject that shouldn't have been brought up. As far as dinner goes, if you want to, it doesn't matter to me. So, you're the new captain for squad 5, nice to meet you." Rico said to Kikyo. he then awaited her to respond.
