She sighed and looked up at James. "We were in love. I was a human and he didn't mind until he asked me if he can have a taste of my blood. I let him bite my neck an after that, everyday he'd ask for my blood. Soon he did it out of nowhere, every minute of everyday untill my body gave out and I died." she explained.

Naniko turned to James. "M-Mei? Yes I knew her...she's Kyon's ex-girlfriend. She broke up with him three years ago and moved to Japan for a job." Naniko explained. Mei's eyes widened. "Kyon told everyone that I moved away, but Naniko knows the truth." Mei told James. Mei became a demi-goddess when she died, the goddess of sorrow and depression.

"I know she's dead..Kyon killed her. She's not an ordinary ghost...." her voice drifted off. "She's a goddess.." Naniko finished. Mei went into Kyon's bedroom and saw he was sound asleep. She let out a growl.

Mei knelt down beside his bed and let out an evil smile, followed by pulling out a huge knife covered in black blood. "You look so cute when you sleep...it's a shame you had to do this to me.." she said to herself and she played with the knife a little and looked back at Kyon.

I sprinted to kyon's room and quietly opening the door. "Mei, don't do this." I said as I walked up to her.

Mei giggled. She climbed on top of Kyon and smiled. She licked the blood of the knife and smiled at James. "James, did you know I can see the future?" she asked, trying to get off the subject.
