❀Nimbus had closed her eyes, and waited as time passed. The slightest sound she listened to, actually listen to the openings he was making, or the right adjustments he was doing in order to attack her. She felt it in the air, how strong he will be, or what he could be storing inside of his body. She felt the vibe in his aura change frequently, just as a human's aura usually did, and it settled for a serious, but calm stance. He was determined, and ready to go to his master's every command, but she would not always give commands. She was not that kind of person to stand over her padawan and make him to want ever she wanted, he would not be molded, he would be created. Now, her closed eyes pressed slightly closer together. She could feel power begin to store within his his left first, and was not going to the rest of his arm, which he needed to do also for a stronger punch, or else his arm would be open for it to be broken by a swift shuffle of a master's feet. His stance was average, for him being a padawan, he could have experienced fighting in his life and this was the way he stood. But when he began to close the gap, which she could feel within the air, the sound of his feet, and the air escaping off his body, she then thrusted his body at her, his left arm extending out, and slowly she opens her eyes, and lets the punch his her chest. She felt the pain grapple at her chest. He was powerful just from one punch. She leaned forward in the sudden pain that reached her chest, but she didn't let this hold for long. She suddenly used her momentum from leaning forward to fall, but suddenly rolling past him, and is quickly behind in, but what was surprising, was that her staff was extended and pointing to his neck. She closed her eyes and spoke softly. "I know what you are capable of now. You will become a great man one day...so great that you may surpass me." She backed up off of him, having got her staff because of Force pull, slowly backing away from him. "What I will teach you first, is to trust your body while learning your first form. The first Jedi Saber form. But you need to trust your body in order to even be able to wheild a light saber." She backed up holding her pole in both of her hands, smiling softly. "You will attack me many times, but many times I shall stop you. I will deflect you, and I will try to kill you, but that stage will only come when you are ready." She turned putting her back to him. The hardest part about a Padawan and a Master's relationship...trust. "Do you trust me Rane? Do you trust that I will protect you if you are dying, if you seem lost I will find you, if you are in need, I will be there. Do you trust that I will do that for you? To be there for you...?" She turned back slowly, her eyes looked pained...As if she would break, but she looked so strong then, her strongest side of her. The part she has created, building, for over 500 years...❀

Rane Starkiller Padawan-Jedi Guardian-Lightsaber Specialist- Energy Pool: 220/220-Master/Teacher: Rekoa NimbusRane felt the staff being suddenly placed to his neck. He knew the first attack was pointless once it made contact, he was careless. He expected to be shoved to the ground by the Master that outmatched him. Instead she backed off of him, stating he had power. If he did, Rane couldn't feel one bit of it in his body. Then she did a very surprising thing, she asked for his trust. Trust was a very common thing to Rane, but he only trusted once he knew a person for so long. Do not take it wrong, Rane was a very trusting person. But once the Master asked him for his trust, Rane already knew she had. For some reason, Rane felt safe around her. As the staff pulled away Rane nodded, "Of course you do. You're my teacher. And I have this strange comfort around you." He bowed to her, "You have my full trust." He rose from the bow of respect, Now, about this saber form. How difficult will it to learn this?"

❀Nimbus smiled widely at her Padawan. He would become someone so great one day. He had this possible inside of him, she could see the aura around him get strong just by her presence in the room. This reminded Nimbus too much of her younger self and when she was little, how she would always fight with her master, being petulant, forcing her master to back out of her training, telling him she did not need him, tell that red haired fool that he was just a nuisance in her learning process...the way she had been when she was small was not like she was to this day. And one day, Rane would find out everything out...just with a few words that would dig up horrible memories, and possibly cause all of the old memories to come back into her fading dreams...she rarely had dreams anymore, she just had nightmare after nightmare, and if Marcus found out that she couldn't sleep at night sometimes, or the fact that she cried her self to sleep, or forcing herself to train at night when mostly everyone was asleep, he would scold her and try to figure out everything, but...only her Padawans are allowed to see everything, because she has incorporated into her training. It was the only way for them to see...just how awful the world could be to you when you train, when you are alone, and when you go out to that battle field.
He trusted her. He trusted her of not hiding anything. In due time that would be exposed. He trusted her for being his shield, even if it meant death. She would die a hundred times if it meant his protection, if it meant to keep him safe. She would take back all of her years and give him some that he rightfully deserved. She would take a thousand times to the heart if it meant his, or anyone's protection was to be kept. She became stronger, she became faster, she became the Master of the Order. She had no more excuses for letting anyone die. She would...not experience her past anymore. He trusted her with his full heart, and she could see this. She gazed down at her staff, her smile already gone. She squeezed her staff, closing her eyes, still feeling that presence. She then looked up, bringing herself back into the reality of the situation. She held out her staff and spoke calmly. "This staff," She gazed into Rane's eyes, her eyes cool and unmoving. "This staff will one day be your's, when you are ready to wield it. This weapon is only kind to those who wish to but their full trust, body, and heart into it, and you will see what it can become. It will become like another part of your body. That should be the same feeling for any weapon." She retracted her staff, and Force pulled two practice sabers, throwing one to Rane. "You must trust your body to do what you want." She activated the saber and began to do almost the exact same thing she did with her staff and having it wiz past her head as she spun it to both sides, tossing it in the air in a spinning formation, her face relaxed and cool, her eyes only on her Padawan. "You must know where the deadly part on the saber is-" She then caught it with ease and stood with it at her side, deactivating the green Saber, "And where the side with protection side is. This is the same exact thing with taking sides, my friend." She glanced down at his saber, smiling gently. "I have noticed because of the Dark force that had entered the temple. It has been hurting you. But this is only because you are not sure who to go to because you have just started being a Padawan. It's normal, you were just exposed to it much too early." She slowly took calm steps to her padawan, placing a hand on his shoulder, her smile vanished with the air itself. "Only you can choose a side for yourself. If you wish to protect people, or if you wish to gain a greater strength that could be used for any way you wish. The Jedi Side, the Sith Side. I will not choose for you, I will not be mad if you change sides, but you must know. " Her eyes changed quickly into cold stone feelings, glaring at him with something deeper than her emotion's before. "I will kill you if you try and touch a hair on anyone's head. I stand for the protection of the Universe, and that count for every Sith, even the Sith Lord." She backed away from him, turning her gaze down. " I will not mold for who you should be, I am not like that, I will create something inside you that will make you realize who you truly are. That is who I am and what I do." Nimbus suddenly bowed, smiling softly. She must have been frightening him, so she rose up from her bow, smiling softly like before, but this was much more pained, as he should start to realize, her smiles were mostly painful to her, for memories were nipping at her tongue and throat. "My apologizes. I must be thrusting everything onto you, but to answer your question, every step towards becoming your true strength is a difficult step. I will help you, teach you, and let you find out for yourself." ❀

Rane Starkiller Padawan-Jedi Guardian-Lightsaber Specialist- Energy Pool: 220/220-Master/Teacher: Rekoa NimbusRane peered at the staff which his Master held in her hands. She was saying that the weapon would be his one day. Did this mean that she was eventually going to leave? The young padawan wondered solemnly if she meant by her own doing, or by death. However, Rane's insides turned cold as Master Nimbus spoke to him of his path. He never thought of ever joining the Sith, or hurting another in that case. In fact, he feared the dark side of the force. Having heard all the stories of a one great Jedi that turned against the order and almost eradicated every last one of them. Rane would not become any form of help to the Sith as long as he had full control of his mind. Rane felt his eyes begin to show the fear that he held inside, so he quickly shut them to keep them away from his Master. His mind flashed back to his last meditation dream, his only, and the darkness crept back in. Rane snapped his eyes back open and looked at his Master, "How hard is it for one to fall to the Dark side? I've read every text book on this topic, about great Jedi who fell so easily from the light. And some who fought so hard against Dark torture, but still it was in vain." Rane activated the training saber, the blade was a light green. He shook his head as he deactivated it and walked over to his robe, where his first lightsaber lay. He grabbed it and activated it, a dark piercing blue blade emerged from the small cylinder. He held the blade vertically toward his face, which was only a few mere inches away. Rane closed his eyes and directed his voice toward Master Nimbus, "I swear to you, as you teach me to wield this blade for good, to use it to protect the innocent and others around me, I will never fall from my path as a Jedi. And if I do, I want you to be the one to strike me down." Rane deactivated his blade and tossed it back at his robes on the ground. He reactivated the training blade and held it in one hand, it lazily pointing down. Rane put on a quick smile, "No use in sitting around any longer right? Best get this training on a roll."

❀Nimbus smiled softly at her Padawan. He already was used to her morale speech, with wise questions and the eager push to start learning for the techniques. She couldn't help but laugh. There was no difference when falling to the Dark side and falling to the Light side. She held her staff close to her side, standing tall and debating on how to answer his question. "There is a thin line between the Dark side and the Light side of the force. It is whatever body feels more comfortable and draws more closer to. It's only natural. Most people assume that they are all meant for the light side, which is good, but they know that the dark side calls them. So simply, it's like a Sith falling back to the light side, not hurting anyone, unable to touch a soul or cause them damage. The Dark side have the same problems. So you are not alone, but if you struggle with the Dark side consuming you and you wish desperately to hang onto the Light side, I will draw the Dark side out of you so it will not cause you anymore pain." She knew what it meant to do that, but she has done it with so many students in the past that the memories of the Dark side effect her in her dreams, memories she has never had, but the Dark side has never imprinted a single thought of hurting another within her body. She has never had that trouble like her young Padawan.
Now, as she listened to his determination to never hurt a soul, she decided to begin his training, seeing if she didn't have to resort to pulling the Dark Force out of his body. She walked over to the practice saber, placing her staff down and walking back over, igniting it with a cool look of a teacher. "Alright, let's begin then." She held her saber lazily next to her, smiling. "It is your decision if continue with the Forms, but you at least need to learn three of the techniques. I will teach you the first basic one. As you begin to gain experience in missions and training sessions, you will learn more from either this form, or another form. For now, we learn the first one." She brought her saber up to her second hand and began to move it around with both of her hand, around her body, and then back in front of her, not having to move from her spot. "Form l is called Shii-Cho, and I wish of you to start practicing with just simple slashes and movement of the saber to allow you body to get used to you moving the saber at least in front of your body before you start attempting to cut off your own hair with a simple swing around your back." She smiled softly, but it reverted back to a cool gaze, taking a few steps back to allow him and his body to start connecting with each other. It was important to allow the body to feel the tension of the saber. She disengaged her saber and just watched simply, closing her eyes and feeling the aura around him, sensing his movements and where he would place the saber.❀

Rane Starkiller Padawan-Jedi Guardian-Lightsaber Specialist- Energy Pool: 220/220-Master/Teacher: Rekoa Nimbus"Shii-Cho," Rane repeated as Master Nimbus demonstrated the form. He held out the green practice saber in front of him, relaxing his muscles. The saber felt light as air, as if he were just holding out a small cylinder, nothing attached. But that was an obvious lie, the soft green blade of light danced in front of him as his breathing moved his body. Rane centered himself and slashed diagonally upward to the right. He moved the blade back to the middle and slashed diagonally in the opposite direction. The padawan lashed out again, but vertically, went back to the ready position and then slashed the opposite direction once more. Rane lifted the saber up and then back down. It felt good to be actually working with a saber, rather than just having one clipped to his belt, unused. Once it felt normal slashing left and right, up and down, he flicked the blade in between his fingers and the cylinder flipped upside down. Before he could take it right back to the middle the blade hit his leg, and the practice blade bounced off as it stung, "Son of a gundark!" Rane grasped at the newly forming bruise. He shook it off as he looked back at Master Nimbus, her eyes closed, "Maybe I should just stick to the basics. It seems pretty natural to me though." Rane reactivated his saber and once again and successfully danced it around in his hand, making sure to be careful this time. He chuckled at his own simplicity. ❀She watched him have some fun with the saber, her eyes still closed, but she knew what his movements are, her expert senses making the outline of his body and his saber, and his aura only added detail to his body. However, her eyes shot open when he hurt himself, on standby to help him, but he easily walked it off. She sighed softly in relief, and activated her saber once more when he seemed to have a handle on it. Suddenly, when he swung his saber, her saber clashed with his, then pushing him back with the strength of her saber. [b"Next, You will learn how to block and dodge my attacks. Watch." She glanced over at a master and sent a Force ripple to him, and he turned to her, telling his Padawan to keep practicing and ran over to her. He bowed deeply, his face a cool of seriousness. He was a strange being with a very long neck and small head, and master Nimbus bowed to him and smiled. "Thank you master Gyum." He nodded and then activated his saber just as Nimbus activated her's. He then charged at her, and she easily deflected his saber, slipping out of the clash, but she got low to the ground, rolling when he tried to hit her with all of his force, and she easily deflect a blow above her head with her seeming to be in a awkward position, but her saber was held tightly and strong. The master backed off, bowing again as Nimbus rose up from the ground, bowing and watched as the master ran back to his Padawan in worry, noticing he was failing at something simple. Nimbus turned to her Padawan, her small black eyes and her soft color's on her scales flickering, holding her saber tightly in her arms. "Are you ready?"❀

Rane Starkiller Padawan-Jedi Guardian-Lightsaber Specialist- Energy Pool: 220/220-Master/Teacher: Rekoa NimbusRane watched intently as he saw the two Masters clash. Master Nimbus was so graceful, probably due to her slender size and petite figure. She blocked the attacks so easily sent from the alien Master. He took mental notes on how to move against his enemy and flow around their attacks. Rane wondered how he would hold up against his master. Rane sighed and gripped his saber in hand. He readied himself and nodded, "I'm ready when you are, Master."(((Weak post, I know....)))

❀Her eyes, like black glass, her hands, three slender fingers on each hand which surprised many as to how she even held any weapon with such small hands, her aura, softly floating around her unaffected by the auras blasting to life around her's, her very small waist that one could easily wrap a whole hand around, her long, slender legs that bounce on her active six toes that were the only limbs keeping her on the ground with an 50 degree arch, her heels never meeting the ground. The vibrate colors on her sleek scales that was always deserived as just ever-changing colors on her skin, but skin she did not have. Her wings behind her back fluttered softly, pressed tightly against her back in order to not be scrapped by the blade that would soon be swung within the air, and finally back to her eyes, that were stone cold glass that were not like human eyes. They were arched up, and they were small slits, it was hard to think that she could even possibly see through those small sockets. But she didn't need her eyes. She rarely needed her eyes anyways, she was so deeply within the force she could sense everyone from more than 300 feet away, feeling their aura, sensing what they were doing, where they were headed, and to her disadvantage, the Temple it's stretched farther than 300 feet so she couldn't sense beings outsider of the temple that could possibly hurt anyone within the temple. She tried to have Jedi stand by the temple doors so that they could sense the beings from the outside, but even they couldn't go past 200 feet. And now, as she opened her eyes, she could only sense most of the Jedi within the very large room. A disadvantage to her indeed.
Nimbus moves, shifting slowly on her feet so that he could take in her movements, examine why she was moving so carefully, but then the momentum of the small shifts turned into a quick strike, her saber pressing against his within three seconds of movement. She was nothing that could really be describe as good, but she didn't place much power on the saber, for it she did, he would loss the power he already had and lose his saber from his hands. She matched his strength, so it was mimicking his strength so he could at least he could push against his own, seeing how well he would do before he move onto weaker or stronger strengths. For weaker strengths could be deadly for quick reflexes, and stronger ones could just break the young Padawan.❀

Rane Starkiller Padawan-Jedi Guardian-Lightsaber Specialist- Energy Pool: 220/220-Master/Teacher: Rekoa NimbusThe padawan tracked the master's movements with some difficulty, but soon she was upon him with a second. Rane brought up his saber quickly and almost lost his balance once Rekoa's weapon came in contact with Rane's. He pushed his foot back and caught himself before he fell. He regained his footing and finally kept the sabers locked in. Rane realized the two might of the Jedi were equal, and it was the same power he used every time. He pushed a little harder and sent more power into his arms to break the lock in between the two. Rane's feet skidded against the floor as he got away from the saber lock. Rane looked at Master Nimbus and smiled, I'm guessing the Sith won't be too lenient with their attacks as you are, will they?"Quote: Cho Se Simple :: Rank E This is the act of blocking and/ parry with ones blade in order t defend one's self from another's attack. ❀His strength was good, pushing stronger against his own strength, and as she tried her best to keep his strength, he finally broke from the lock, skidding away from her with his breath becoming heavy and hearty. He should now know that he was alive with his senses. Nimbus smiled at his childish comment and she shook her head with a fun touch in her aura. "No, young one, they will be much worse and much quicker. they will seem like blurs to you, and their strength will be great, but that is why I am training you. So that you may be faster, or just as fast as they are." She then began to focus once more, almost in an instant she changed. her feet pushing slowly against the ground, her body tensing up and her saber was brought close to her body, the glowing green light pointing upwards. She gazed at her padawan and spoke softly. "This is the Shii-Cho Yuu, the Closed Stance. it allows your opponent no openings and you must keep a firm relaxation, but also tension to spring if someone were to attack-" Thats when the Alien master came out of no where from the air, his saber flying down toward her body, and she closed her eyes and her saber suddenly flinched above her head, blocking the master's powerful attack, and she pushed him away, with them bowing and turning back to their padawan's. "Are you ready?"❀

He smiled, Well, I'll be ready once I complete all of your training. It won't be long before I may even match your strength Master." He chuckled a bit. She seemed so intent on explaining the form to Rane that it looked as though his didn't see the attack coming. But that is why she was the Grand Master. Always alert even if not showing her mind working. He went over what he just saw in his mind, how quickly the saber was deflected, how close the defense had to be to his own body. ❀He could see her strategically use the Master for her training, and after this one last lesson, she would let him practice on his own for a while. Once he found himself in a comfortable position, he held the saber close to his body, allowing very few openings, but this didn't matter for her next lesson. Suddenly, she came up to him with swift feet, and by grazing his hand with the saber, she would disarm his saber from his hand, but when it was disarmed, she used her own saber to push his saber into the air and she caught it with her other free hand, not using any kind of force at all. She smiled softly and pointed two sabers at her students, then lowered them. "The last form for today is Sun Djem, the Disarming technique. This is where you try and aim for the opponent's hand's to scare them, but if that doesn't scare them, you hit their hands to disarm them. This can be used for opponent's with multiple sabers." She flipped the saber in her hand and gave it back to her Padawan, and just as she took form, a Jedi ran in, calling, "Grand master! We need you to evaluate a few things." Nimbus nodded and took her stance again, gazing at her student. "I must leave after this, so I wish for you to train on your own once I am gone, and make sure you meditate." ❀

Rane pulled himself up once Master Nimbus handed him back his practice saber. "Hopefully this won't back-fire and land me right back on my arse again." He knew he had to make this quick so Master Nimbus could go back to her duties, "I'll be sure to meditate as much as I can in your absence." ❀Nimbus laughed softly at his sarcasm, holding her defenses up as she tried to be weak for his sake, but she could be defenseless because he could accidentally make the wrong move and cut her easily. A fact about her body that was the weakness behind her strong power: She had a very weak body. She could get cut easily, just from a simple strike from her Padawan, or a bashing motion of a bat to her arm could cause not just her arm to break, but her ribs as well from the impact of her arm. She was not that weak to allow that to happen, so when he took a strike at her hands, she did flinch so that the saber would not hit her hands, and her saber was in the air, but with a quick turn around, she smirked, dropping to the floor quickly and sweeping her leg under his legs, causing his body to tilt backward, hoping to have him defenseless and disarmed once more as she stood back up and reached out for her saber, then twirled it in her hand. She deactivated it, reaching her hand down to her Padawan, pulling him up from the ground. "Well done, Rane. I am proud." She smiled brightly, but just as sh had a very touching moment with her padawan, Nimbus was called again, and she sighed softly, holding her Padawan's shoulder. "May the force be with you, always." She turned, quickly running to grab her things, putting her belt on and her cloak and running to the man that bowed before her, and she also bowed to him, then the two exited to discuss outside of the training area.
