Sabine pulled away a little when he flinched but she went back to using the alcohol before wrapping his shoulder. "I don't know....I haven't met the teams yet and I don't know who is capable of what....but I have heard of Team Urameshi before....once while here, a demon in the audience said he wondered if Team Urameshi was going to wipe away the competition again. So I guess that means they are really good." She had almost finished wrapping his shoulder while looking out the window.

"Mmm, yeah. Well, they beat Jolly Devil Six the first time around, odds are they'll be able to do it again. Just depends on how strong their replacements for the dead guys are." While Sabine finished wrapping his shoulder, Mizuumi looked down to his bloodstained shirt. No way was he putting that back on. The problem was he didn't really have many other clothing options, and it was almost time to go watch the fights. He'd probably have to do some makeshift work with some of the extra cloth he kept with him. "Any idea where Chrome is? It worries me that he never came back."

Sabine finishes wrapping his shoulder and puts the bandages away and hears the tea kettle and she goes over and takes it off the stove and pours a cup of tea and goes back to sit next to Mizuumi, trying not to blush at him not having a shirt and she looks at her feet. She was worried about Chrome and she was thinking about how he might be, looking back over to her sleeping spirit dog by the pillows. "I don't know...I hope he is ok....and that he won...."

"Oh, he won," Mizuumi assured her. He knew Chrome, and the boy wouldn't be defeated by just any old opponent. He likely got off without a scratch, unless he'd decided to be masochistic or something, which he was known to do from time to time. Mizuumi smirked at the thought. Fishing through his bag that he'd left under the table after his initial visit to the room, Mizuumi pulled out a white tank top and slid it over his head, not really caring if the color didn't quite match the bandages. He then set about the tedious task of getting his mass of hair out from inside his shirt, wincing whenever it decided to knot itself and refuse to cooperate.
"Him being okay might be another story. Likely he went to check on Mukuro after her fight with whoever that was died down, and is either taking care of her or got blown up and is being taken care of." Morbid, but likely true. Mizuumi had never really understood the intense loyalty the other had for his boss. How could he bear essentially being a slave to her? Bah, it wasn't his problem. That kid was like a puppy with the way he followed Mukuro around, but she hadn't done anything more than give him a marshmallow and a place to sleep. Chrome's standards left something to be desired.

She felt relieved hearing that Chrome most likely won his match but she got worried again about not knowing if he was ok or not. This made her stare at her feet while twiddling her thumbs. "Well....should we go look for him or something?"

As the door squeaked open and a mass of green and purple slid across the floor, eventually colliding with the wall on the opposite side, Mizuumi smirked. "Looks like we don't need to," he informed Sabine, standing up and gliding easily over to Chrome, who apparently still hadn't gotten used to the ridiculously slippery floor. Grasping the boy by his upper arms to keep him steady, Mizuumi asked in a voice that hinted he had something not quite so helpful on his mind, "You need help getting somewhere?"
"Get off me!" Chrome shouted, struggling to free himself from Mizuumi's grip. "I don't need your-aah!" Of course, the way he managed to break free was by slipping and falling to the floor, landing hard on his bum. "Ouch... Aw shoot, I got blood on the wall..."
"Blood...?" Mizuumi muttered, looking at the wall where Chrome had left bloody handprints, then to the one who'd left them. Raising an eyebrow, Captain Obvious pointed out, "You're covered in it..."
"Don't worry, it's not mine," the violet-haired apparition assured the occupants of the room. He attempted to get to his feet, but did nothing but spread blood around the place he'd fallen.
"Are you sure you don't need me to help you to the sink?" Mizuumi asked, eyebrow still raised. Wasn't Chrome supposed to have better balance than this?
"I'm fine."
"You haven't been able to move from that spot in two minutes."
"I said I'm fine!"
"Fine, fine, what are you going to wear? You can't run around in that human blood-soaked thing if you intend to go watch the matches, which is why I assume you're here."
"I'll find something." Eventually Chrome managed to get up, forced to brace himself against the wall because he refused to accept Mizuumi's help. The blacksmith watched Chrome stumble to the sink and hurriedly try to wash off all the blood. What had he been doing that got himself that dirty? Surely he hadn't been fighting a human. Chrome hated confrontation, and without the rules of a tournament or the necessity of fighting to save his boss or someone else he cared about, the boy would rather run than fight. He must've been trying to help someone that was hurt, but why would that cause him to be bled on? Chrome's healing powers were spectacular, and didn't even require he directly touch the person. Unless...
Chrome was oblivious to Mizuumi's skin paling. He was making a point to not look at his antagonist if he could avoid it. "Are you two going to come with me to watch the fights, or are you going to stay here and flirt all day?" Oh yes, he'd noticed Sabine was comfortable with Mizuumi's presence. He wasn't stupid. He knew Mizuumi had gained her trust and turned her against him. And he was not pleased.

When she heard a thud come through the door, she gasped at seeing Chrome covered in blood and she rushed over to help him. "Chrome! Are you ok? Why are you covered in so much blood?" She watched him struggle to get to the sink and she walked beside him to try and help him. But his last comment threw her off guard; if anything, Mizuumi was the only one flirting and she didn't like that assumption and she didn't mention anything about his 'flirting' during their training. "Flirting? What are you talking about? We aren't flirting at all. We were just waiting for you."

"Tch, please, I know Mizuumi, and if nothing else he's been flirting with you," Chrome accused, shooting a dark glare at the offending redhead, who just smirked back, smug as ever. Turning back to his fervent washing, Chrome was content to leave it at that, but Mizuumi wasn't going to drop the subject just yet. This was far too brilliant of an opportunity.
"Hey, come on, what's so bad about some harmless flirting?" Mizuumi asked, shrugging nonchalantly. Chrome's glare just made him smirk wider. Oh, how he loved antagonizing the other boy. It was so fun, getting him all defensive. It was even more fun breaking him down.
"Oh please, I know what you're doing. Don't treat me like a fool. You're trying to make me seem like an overreacting, bumbling idiot. And you know what? I don't care. Make her think that, go ahead. It doesn't matter as long as you don't touch me." Chrome was all too aware that Sabine was listening to this whole fight, and that every word he said just reinforced whatever point Mizuumi made about him being an overreacting crybaby. It hurt to know he'd likely already lost the first somewhat friend he'd made in years, but it was more important that he make the boundary between what Mizuumi was and wasn't allowed to do perfectly clear.
"Relax," Mizuumi said in an attempt to reassure his teammate, though the drawn-out tone of voice made the other boy cringe. "I told Mukuro I wasn't going to touch you until the tournament was over, and I won't."
"Tch, since when have Mukuro-sama's rules ever stopped you before?"
"Mmm... Probably never~" The two of them, unless interrupted, could probably go on like this for quite a while more...

She sheepishly shrugged her shoulders, somewhat admitting that he was flirting with her. "But he was helping me. I...needed some extra help with training....just in case I couldn't use Randi in my fights....Mizuumi helped to train me a little in my swordsmanship and...." She tugged a little to keep her shirt from ripping anymore; at this point, looking at her outfit, she had one long slash in her shirt right under her bust line, several smaller scratches on shoulders and sleeves, and a few small scratches on her skirt but not revealing anything since they were mostly at the bottom of the skirt. "....well, it got a little out of hand....but I learned so much..." She went back over to try and help Chrome. "Come on Chrome, let me help you wash some of that blood off."

Glancing at Sabine, Chrome glared. Oh yeah, Mizuumi'd been flirting all right, and by the looks of things was about to use her as an outlet for his pent-up frustration at not being able to touch the lavender-haired boy. "I'm fine. I don't need any he-aaah!" he insisted, trying to push her away with one of his now-clean-but-still-wet hands. Of course, he had absolutely terrible balance on this floor, and was sent crumpling to it as his feet flew out from under him. He whimpered and held his head after he banged it on the cabinet under the sink. Things were just not going his way today.
Immediate concern washed over Mizuumi. "Hey, are you okay?" he asked before he even really had time to think. He wanted to go over and help Chrome up, but with the kind of mood he was in, it would likely only result in the off-balance apparition staying on the floor in worse shape than he was already in.

She sighed and was even more concerned when he fell and she went over and helped him back on his feet. "Too bad. I'm helping you clean off....whether you like it or not. And if you don't, you can kick me off the team for all I care..." Randi, who had been sleeping the whole time, peeked an eye open at hearing Sabine's change in her behavior; stubborn, but helpful and willing. He was pleased that it was about time that Sabine felt her own courage to stick with something without his help. Not wanting to get involved, he closed his eye and pretended to go back to sleep.

Chrome growled, frustrated by the whole situation. "It's this stupid floor," he grumbled, trying to regain proper footing. On top of looking pathetic for not being able to stand, now he was in pain. Stupid shapeshifter didn't even have to touch him to hurt him... "I'm going to change and then I'm going to go to the stadium to watch the matches. I don't care what the rest of you do."
"Change? Into what?" Mizuumi asked, head tilted slightly as he raised an eyebrow. Sure, he'd been the one to suggest the boy change out of his bloodstained clothes to begin with, but he was still curious what other clothes Chrome owned. From the glare he received, the hidden meaning of his question didn't go unnoticed, either. The mercenary watched in amusement as Chrome fought to get back to his bed where his belongings were. Too bad for him that the room wasn't empty, teleportation was so much simpler than walking. But Mizuumi couldn't begrudge him for not wanting to give himself away. After all, few people were able to get away with being Shifters in the way Mizuumi did. Should Chrome be outed for what he really was, it would probably lead to his untimely death.
"Shut up, Mizuumi..."

Sabine rolled her eyes and shot Mizuumi a 'We really don't need this now' kind of look. "Mizuumi, knock it off. This is not the time to be teasing anyone." Sabine still turned and helped Chrome walk to the bathroom and she made him sit down. "Sit." She took a rag and wet it with lukewarm water and started cleaning off the blood from his face and skin that was showing. "Like it or not, I'm helping you clean off this blood and I'm not taking 'no' for an answer." Even if he couldn't tell, Sabine was somewhat hurt that Chrome didn't trust her or even thought she didn't like him anymore but she continued to help clean the blood as best she could.

Chrome fidgeted and glared at the floor as Sabine took to washing him. He was really uncomfortable being touched; understandable with Mizuumi in the room. Thankfully, Mizuumi seemed to have listened to Sabine and stopped tormenting him for the time being, instead opting to... search through his stuff?
"Hey, leave my stuff alone!" Chrome complained, looking around Sabine to glare at the offending swordsman. He didn't have any sensitive material in there, but still, he hated people going through his things.
"Oh just chill. All I'm looking for is another shirt for you to wear," Mizuumi grumbled in response, continuing his search. Honestly, didn't this kid have any other set of clothes? And just the weirdest things were in his bag...

Sabine noticed how uncomfortable Chrome was with her helping to clean him but she sighed and kept at it, cleaning good but not enough to hurt him or anything. She looked behind her to see Mizuumi looking through Chrome's stuff and she rolled her eyes a little and went back to cleaning Chrome off, doing quite a good job. "Stop fidgeting...I'm almost done here....."
