eiei...OMGWTFBBQ blakat1313 eiei...OMGWTFBBQ blakat1313 Here's a tough question for you. Where do I get this stuff? I live in the middle of nowhere, and the closest thing to a shop that carries herbs is GNC.(I've tried to find some things there, but all they had was feverfew and it was labeled as "for general health" probably a bit weak for my migrains) Is there anywhere I may have overlooked? Well, I know I don't know too much about his, and it would take a while to do, but maybe you could grow the herbs yourself. It's good because as long as you keep them well-watered and such, they can supply you with herbs more cheaply, and you know that they didn't add anything to something you grew yourself. Lots of stores sell herb seeds. The small Walmart near my house has a whole little display full of herb seeds. 3nodding Thanks, I'll try that. Hopefully I don't kill them.(I have a....wilted(?) thumb) What parts do I take though? What parts of the plants? Well, it depends on the plants. Mints, for example, you can take the leaves and sometimes other parts, but tomatoes, you can only eat the fruit(the rest is poisonous) There's a good site out there that you can search and it'll tell you what parts of the plant are good for internal consumption. Go to google, and search for "plants for a future" or "PFAF" It doesn't have any information on psychic-related stuff, but it's a good and accurate reference site. Thanks, I'll try that. (the thing about tomatoes also rings true for potatoes, rhubarb, and one other thing I can't remember. They're all members of the nightshade family) edit: there are two other plants that are members of the nightshade family I missed, eggplant and peppers.

x-x Haven't been here in a long time. But is there any teas to help with menstral cramps? Everytime I start my first day, my cramps make me double over in pain. I think I might need to visit the doctor for this, but I just need a temporary cure.

GoGoZombie Uh, Im not sure if this is possible.. I think it is..
But is there any tea or herb I can take or smell or something that will help me remember my dreams?
For some reason I never can.. I remember parts throughout the day, but Nothing significant..
I've found Peppermint tea, or the smell of roses help with mine...

There, most of the questions have a little bit of an update. I do appologize for the wait, there has been unrestrained chaos in my life, and things are just starting to settle. They'll never be back to normal, but it'll do, and Ill be ready to answer more questions

I used them a fair bit to stop morning-sickness

A drop or so rubbed against your temples. Or even lavender scented bath oil/candles seem to help.
