Archer, Ovander Don't get the wrong idea...I didn't save you for your own good. I'm not that kind of guy...Honestly. "Screw you, Ovander hissed, cenchng his teeth only because as she rolled him over he wanted to puke again. He clenched his stomach and took a few deep gulps of air. Kiani busily flufed the pillow and squeezed it under his stubborn head. Just like mommy used to do, before she went stone cold dead. She tucked him in with the sheets that smelled sweaty and neeed to be washed. He'd make Kiani do it tomorrow, assuming she didn't run while he was like this. Then he'd have to force himself out of bed again and rip her throat out. "I repeat, screw you," he responded to her offer for his head ache. He felt a little to warm right then, and he knew that the new trickle of blood beading on Kiani's face was causing it. He slowly reached up and carefully brushed it off her cheek with his finger. Then he quicly wiped it on the blanket as far away from his face as possible. "Go get me something for the uh..." he gaped his mouth like a fish, waitng for the wrds, but instead just pointed and waved her out of his room.

Archer, Ovander Don't get the wrong idea...I didn't save you for your own good. I'm not that kind of guy...Honestly. Ovander waited impatiently for Kiani's return. He felt terrible, just like as if a fever had struck hm out of the blue. The mere sight of Kiani's blood still left Ovander queasy. He wanted to bend over the bed and hurl, but the strain would only ake it happen earlier and he'd probably drown in his own vomit. She breathed deeply, wishing his house had cooler air. His head was hot and hurting. "Master, your remedy is here," Kiani said quietly as she came in. He sighed, messaging his temples with trianed motions and face. She put it down near him and he took it, careful not to spill. He brought it to his chin and looked at it distastefully. It smelled nice a first, but his stomach roiled in anticipaton. He took it way from his face and glared at her. "What's in it?" he demmanded, slightly whiney sounding.

Kiani blinked her eyes and nodded and began to list the ingredients she used.
"Nothing out of the ordinary... some Cinnamon sticks, petals, lemon juice and honey as well as some ginger to add some flavor and help and just boil the ginger, sticks and petals together and added Lemon and sugar to sweeten it."
She smiled, knowing that there were no way she was telling him the last thing she added. She knew blood had had to have done this to him but her blood had the ability to do magic with the right spell. And it was kind of a 'hair of the dog that bit you' type deal.
"Come on drink up." She tried to coax him into drinking the tea. "The sooner you drink the much better you'll feel."

Archer, Ovander Don't get the wrong idea...I didn't save you for your own good. I'm not that kind of guy...Honestly. Ovander watched her wearily, holding the warm cup of tea in between his palms. It felt warm and comforting, and smelled delicious, but there were deadly plants like that too, also snakes. Beautiful snakes had the best venom. It came down to trust. Did he trust Kiani? That was something to scoff at. He trusted no one. With that he put the tea on his bedside table, splashing some of te splendour out. "No. I feel fine without your help," he lied. He put no effort into it, and continued to nurse his head ache. His stomach still fluttered nervously at Kiani's presence. Like it anticipated her bleeding again. His carelesness could cost him hislife. As a nasty goblin like him, any weaknes would lead to his downfall. "Leave me be, and take that stuff away. It smells funny," he told her harshly. He swept his blanket over him and turned away from her, hiding his head under the covers.

Kiani sighed as she watched Ovander cover himself with the blanket. It was more child like than adult like. Like a child trying to hide his cold so they wouldn't have to swallow the icky tasting medicine. Reminded her of the children she cared for at other houses.
"Okay." Kiani said, "I'll take my leave." She bowed as started to take her leave. She looked at the tea on the table. Instead of removing it, she left it there and opened the door.
"Good night master." she said as she closed the door behind her.

Archer, Ovander Don't get the wrong idea...I didn't save you for your own good. I'm not that kind of guy...Honestly. The tea bothered Ovander all night as he srugled to keep comfortable with his upset stomach. He still felt dizzy and achy. His forhead was in pain, and it took all his will to go to sleep before he rolled over and gave in to the desire to gulp down the warm, cinamon smelling tea. His dreams were much more comfortable. He was in the master bedroom. He knew it was sealed off now, but he relished in the fearful look o his mother as she woe his father. A younger Ovander tood at their door, smiling cruely. This was it, the night his parents finally found an end to his evil bhaviour. He chased them to the window, leaping around like his goblin heritage tought him to. Breaking the bedpost off and swinging it around to break his father's bones. His mother shivered near the door, uable to free herself from the barracaded door. He beat her sore with bruises until sh couldn't struggle awy when he tied the noose around her neck. What a pleasant dream. Ovander awoke in the morning for once. The room was empty and he wondered why he expected differently. He remembered Kiani and her blood, but the wearyness was one. He felt fine, and as he crawled out of bed and poured her tea out the window, he pondered if she was still in the house. Or maybe if she'd survived in a house of poisonous snakes.

Archer, Ovander Don't get the wrong idea...I didn't save you for your own good. I'm not that kind of guy...Honestly. Ovander sluggishly got out of his rumpled clothes that he'd slept in and pulled on something a little more clean and opened his bedroom door. He looked down the empty little hall way and suddenly heard something that sent his snakes hissing. He glared towrds the stairwell and clenched his fist. Was someone in his house? He stalked to the platform silently and waited. A few secinds later a figure came up the stairs and he thrw his vicios punch A split second before he made contact he recognised the figure as Kiani. he was surprised enough to foret to lighten his punch. It still hit her in the jaw painfully. "You! What the hell were you downstairs for?" He grabbed her neck angrily and shook her.

Kiani didn't have time to brace for impact as she clocked along her jaw and then grabbed along her throat. She wasn't bleeding -thank goodness for that- but her jaw hurt and felt like it needed to be crank back into place even though she was sure it was just the bones feeling out of place.
"Master," she manage to say with the hands at her neck, "You told me to leave your room yesterday and you said that room you were giving to me wasn't ready so I slept down stairs."
She looked at him. "I'm sorry Master." Kiani apologized, "I didn't need to surprise you like that. I would had been a bit louder but I thought you were still asleep."

Archer, Ovander Don't get the wrong idea...I didn't save you for your own good. I'm not that kind of guy...Honestly. Kiani choked through his vicegrip on her neck. It was impressive, considering her position. Again he w surprised by her quick response without quaking in fear of pain. She seemed to logically take account of her injury, shifting her jaw a bit. He could already tell he'd done harm, and before she said too much, he slid his fingers up and closed around the jaw. He dug his fingers in and felt the slightly displaced jaw. He grinned darkly and squeezed. it scratched back into place, acoompanied by unforging pain. "You're apologies are wasted on me kiani," he hissed at her, still wearing that malicious smile. He let her go forcefully and sent her skidding back to the steps. He dropped his hand and examined her. "Congradgulations. You survived the first night."

Kiani looked at Ovander as he spoke. Her jaw was hurting but she knew that she could heal it later or just wait the pain. She nodded her head. "Yes... Master.." she said trying not to move her jaw too much as she spoke. "Thank you Master..."
She bowed. "Do you want breakfast?" The pain couldn't distract from the fact that she had a job to preform. It was her master first before her.
"I can make something new if that is what you wish..." she said, "Or I can make what you had yesterday... Anything you wish Master.."

Archer, Ovander Don't get the wrong idea...I didn't save you for your own good. I'm not that kind of guy...Honestly. Ovander scowled at the maid-like bow. Mostly he just wanted to see her cower, but a part of him wa enjoying this challenge. He stepped forward, shoving her onto the first downward step. If he did it again, he could imagine her tripping and breaking her neck. But that type of sudden death would be no fun. "I'm not hungry." He risked another hard push that would snd her stumbling for balance a few more steps. "I want to gather my pets. Will you assist me? Oh, right." He scoffed at himself. "You don't have much of a choice. Come, Kiani." He sauntered down the stairs past her.

By solely reflex, Kiani grabbed the railing making sure that she went down a few stairs instead of falling. She was sure that if she fell, she wouldn't be able to work to her full potential.
She turned to look at Ovander as he walked past her, trying to laugh to get over the fact that her heart was beating from nearly falling. "Okay sure, Master... maybe they will start liking more."
She turned herself around, and walked downstairs. "I'm coming Master...."
