"I've delt with ornery people before, Three shouldn't be much worse." Sephiroth had a feeling he was greatly underestimating the creature.
The general stiffened slightly at Three's remark, fighting the rising urge to boot his unwanted comrade in the head.

((OOC: The Promised Land thing was corney...I couldn't think of anything else he'd want...to kill...lol. Oh, and if someone with a Japanese sign-in name added you to their MSN list, that was me. sweatdrop ))

(OOC: And now for my grand entrance in annoying color! Note: picture is here for those who haven't played FF9.)

A blackish-purple swirl of magic appeared somewhere in the desert, barely within viewing distance of Sephiroth and Three. At any rate, a goofy-looking jester clad in pink and white soon emerged from it, and he didn't seem to notice them.

"Late is my twin," he commented in a snarky tone. "Late is not good to be!" He folded his long-sleeved arms and waited. "Stifling is heat! Wishing was not sent to desert, I am! Kuja, I am angry with!"

The woman looked to Gilgashmesh, "You would rather have me owe you something?" She mused aloud, all too aware that three was still muttering to himself. A flash of colour on the horizon caught her attention, "This could make things very interesting," She mused again her eyes going to three.

Three was feeling more then a little tired, and his back was causing him some degree of pain that he had felt once a long time before. He certainly didn't trust this strange woman to keep her promise; his thoughts took a decisively revengeful tone, his mind planning exactly which spells he would use against her and how much damage these spells would cause. However, a sharp stab of pain caused him to hault these thoughts in their tracks causing him to yowl, it felt likes someone had kicked him in the stomach. "Three, you can't think like that any more," The woman warned as Three regained his composure. "No more revenge fantasies,"

"That's wasn't part of what I agreed. You said I couldn't think about fragging that whiny little git of a Black Mage," This time he was prepared for it, clenching his teeth against the pain. "You didn't say anything about everyone else!"

"No I didn't, but that is how it is."

"What about my wings? You gave tall, dark and stupid what he wanted,"

"Not yet I haven't. Patience is a virtue Three,"

"One I wasn't programmed with,"

"Then you shall have to learn it,"

"Learning's not really my strong point,"

The woman rolled her eyes slightly, she had not dealt with anyone quite like Three in a long while and he was a very testing person. "You learn magic," She pointed out, drawing his eyes. "That potiential in you was far deeper then programming, I'm sure patience is there if you look hard enough."

"That'd take time and effort right?"

With an exaggerated air of distress she sighed and turned to Sephiroth, leaving Three on the ground. "I'm charging you directly with keeping Three in check, it's not a job I envy you. The minute I leave his pain will be linked to you, all his negative thoughts about revenge, all your attempts to take over a world will hurt you both."

"I'm not playing pet ..."

"You'll do as you're told."

Three rose his left hand in an obscene gesture and was just off delighted to find that it did not hurt. "I mean it, I've been a pet before and I think you know as well as I do that if Ku - Ku ..." his tongue refused to even say the name. "Master or the Jesters showed up I'd be a pet again. I don't want that!"

The woman's eyes went to the distant figure again, "Why not? You got to kill people, did you not?"

"Yeah, but that wasn't very fun, I didn't get to choose who I fragged then!"

Gilgamesh's thought started wandering about, waiting for a magical 'let's go' statement or something..... He had missed more than half of what the woman had said until now.

The woman ((ooc: Who I really should name ... *sigh*)) looked towards the distant twins and smiled slightly; having been created by Kuja and infused with the Jester's magic, he would undoubtedly feel that they could control him.

"I shall send you on your way soon enough, it appears you have two others to join you on your journey." She offered thoughtfully.

((Ooc: Black Waltz's were mages once, I believe; Kuja created them but Zorn and Thorn reprogrammed them and made them more magically powerful - which in turn made them nuts!))

"Two others?" Sephiroth arched an eyebrow. He glanced at Three and added in an acidic tone: "Could you tell me if their I.Qs actually rival that of a brick?"

Zorn got the chills "Indeed we be... Am I seeing double or do I spot Three?" the Jester was rather shocked to see him still alive, he smirked rather proud of their creation "Indeed... I see not two but Three...."

Zorn frowned "But was he once the one that we would rather be fleeying?" he shrugged it of and nodded "To see the three is better then to sit in this seering heat so let us go and meet them."
