As Saki walked through the empty hallways she could still hear Matty and Aroth professing their love for each other "Maybe it's a good thing I didn't tell him WHY I took this job, he'd only feel guilty now" she laughed bitterly I'm only a demon who'd care about me right she told herself

Saki sat down next to the kitty "I guess it's just you and me little one" she sighed petting the kitty "I bet I know exactly what he's gonna say to me..." Saki told the kitty "He's gonna say that I can do better, I'll find someone else in no time with my looks and charm....How many times have I heard that same old crap" she shook her head "I mean always end up with the short end of the stick, I'm happy for them but where do I go from here? Do I put up an act and pretend nothing has happened? Do I give them the cold shoulder? Or do I do the cowardly thing and transfer out? What option do you like?" She recieved no response
"What am I doing I'm asking a kitty for advice?" Saki chuckled "I can still hear them, it's time like this where I hate having heighten senses" she covered her ears "Aroth thought she had it ruff how far do I have to get to not hear them....funny he was telling me those exact same words earlier, I guess he didn't mean it huh kitty" she smiled sadly "You wanna hear why I'm here kitty? You've heard me rant for so long you might as well hear the rest of the melodrama" Saki laughed "I wanted to get away from all the assholes who kept putting me in the situation I am in now. I'm always the side woman...not the one loved" her head was now buried in her lap tears falling from her face "Yet here I am once again torn into pieces. I can't deny it...can't pretend that I thought he'd be different, but in the end I was just a shield for him to hide behind temporarily until he didn't need me anymore....just like the others"

The kitty glowed red and turned into a woman "Well...I...I know a place where you could go...to...get away from it all..." she grined at Saki and held out her hand.
