I hate it when people whine about why people are in the crew and blah blah blah! They are in the crew because someone deemed them worthy to be. plain and simple! If you have a problem with it oh well, seriously just be the best you can be out there and we'll notice you and chances are you will be in the crew. But not if your'e whinning about why you arent in the crew, got it?

It doesn't matter if I'm good nor bad... Being in crew means that you want to help out the guild in some way. It doesn't matter how long you've been in the guild anyone can become crew.
