Sousuke and Kaname end up together... Well, sort of. You'd have to read the most recently translated novels and be up to date with the later ones that haven't been translated.

I think the guild is dead, with a few people trying to bring it back from the dead....trying at least. But, I guess it is pretty much done for.

I think Kaname should get to be with Sousuke. They've been together longer and Sousuke loves her too.
