Scales just sighed and set Inx down with a firm look to stop her from doing anything crazy again, then he looked around, checking to make sure nothing ELSE bad was going on.

Morgan looked over at Scales before letting the children move about. "Always fun here." She sighed.

Tarot kept Max in his lap silently. He had taken his usually spot and sat with out a care.

Scales just sighed and frowned, walking right over to the door and punching it, really hard. It hurt his hand but he didn't care. "You bastards...I swear if I get the chance I will slaughter every last one of you white coat wearing-slimeball ********>

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Tora glanced at Scales and sighed. "All you're doing is hurting yourself." She muttered to herself. Not to mention, she found his language atrocious, considering there were children among the group. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Yeah well maybe they'll come in and check on me, give me a chance." Scales muttered, glaring at the wall as if his very gaze would bore holes in it.

"You'd die then..." Beast said from where he sat, not even lifting his head. The 'power-arm' was still clenched in his scaly grip, most of the metal bent and twisted. His statement was of fact, and having watched many others like Scales die similarly. Scales had too. He knew he had. They'd all die here eventually.

Mathis smiled as the test was completed, and the Mecha-man was retrieved with little problem. "I think I'll go see how the subject is doing...." he said with a smile at his fellow scientist. He was silent when he saw she was gone, having disappeared without him noticing. "Well, off to cut and mend then" he said with a shrug and a cheerful snicker. He began to hum a haunting tune, which sounded much like the tune of death.

Morgan hovered and buzzed over to Scales. "Calm down." She cooed in her humming voice, laying her cool insect hand on his shoulders. "No use destroying what little home we have here."

"This," Scales said, gesturing across the huge cell, "Is not a home. It's a prison, and I will not let everyone here rot in this place their whole lives. I WILL get everyone out of here," he turned and glared at the Beast as he spoke, "Even if I die in the process."

"Getting out of here will take more planning than just slamming against the walls, and more people will die than just you." She crossed her arms and looked at him firmly. "There are children trapped here, children who can't fight for themselves. Now calm down and quit causing more trouble." She frowned "Late tonight when the scientists are asleep we'll talk."

Beast snorted from his corner at their talk They don't sleep... he thought, those devils watch us for all time. Day, night, day, night, always watching. He started to growl now, taking the arm in his massive hands and rending it apart. Twisting it like it was paper. Bits fell from his grip into his lap and onto the metal floor about him.

"I'm already planning." Scales muttered, sitting down by the door and watching his hands as they shifted and changed color.

Tarot also knew that the scientists never slept, but he didn't care. He liked the night, and the day light burned his sensitive skin. "Like real people would ever accept us, Scales. They'd see you and run screaming away. And the scientists, Boss, all of them wouldn't stop trying to find us, ever..."

"I don't care about other people." Scales muttered, "And they can't chase us if we kill them all or bury them in this damn place."

"Yes because they don't have tazors or guns or poison or all of the things needed to take each and every one of us down." Tarot smiled. "But that's a good point."
