Naw. Power Rangers was awesome. Loved it. Well the first few seasons anyways. And the Ninja Force one for having a Samoan Red Ranger. Oh yeah. Island boy made it big.
I'd have to say Pokemon towards the end. It had a story but after he left Kanto, he died and never came back. The story just had a heart attack or had plastic surgery and ended up like Michael Jackson.

D.I.C.E. is the winner! Oddly enough, it won for this category at the old awards too...
Anyways, next category.

Badly drawn? Lets see... Pluu from Rave Master! Oh man. Hes totally cool but he irritated me.
Best villain: anotsu Kagehisa. He isn't totally bad but he isn't good. Just my kind of villain.

well the best villian without a doubt is Dr. Muraki from Decendants of Darkness
best hero is bit harder...
hmmmm...
it's between Alucard from Hellsing and Rain from Immortal Rain...
