Calix found himself hovering. His body feeling almost as if were magnetically drawn to Selene. He shook his head, but the feeling wouldn't shake away from him. He licked his dry lips, his head cocking to the side. "Oh. I'm not really sure what I want. But I've got my eye on something." This came out before he even had time to process what he had said. Though he appeared calm and fully aware of what he was doing, he choked on the words, pleading with himself to take them back, but his will deemed him otherwise.
Alyx's face flushed, her eyes scanning the rock one last time. "Alrighty! At least we got that figured out! Heheh.." She rubbed her palm on the back of her neck, her eyes on the ground in embarrassment.

She growled and drew her knife. "You try anything, human, and I'll slice you starting where it counts and ending at your mandible," she said. "Get in front of me and keep your eyes forward."
He looked after the elf until she just vanished and then looked to the mage. He smiled slightly. "You didn't know. Curiosity is a good thing to have."
"You coming or not, Alyx?" she asked from the canopy as she walked the branches easily.

Calix darted around her, eyeing her playfully. "Here, kitty, kitty, kitty." he mocked.
Alyx smiled at Zanfire, before nodding to Kriskahn and carefully stepping out.

Zanfire sighed. He pulled his hood up and adjusted his cloak. "So where you heading?" he asked Aedan.
