Mia nodded. "Thats kinda what my mom and I are doing, only we are be extremely careful as we move. Normally momma tells me to stay hidden while she makes sure its safe."

"she wants to make sure she dont lose you too right?" she asked. she spent most of her life on living in tall grass and bushes. feeding on berries and grass.which she thought was nasty she never acctually learned to hunt. though she did catch a rat once but that was it. that was why she was so skinny.

She looked at mia and then looked at her mom. then she looked at the male. he didnt seem scary to her but then she remembered what Mia told her. that was when she said " Mia i will help protect you from your father if and when he finds you." she wanted to help protect her friend from getting lost or hurt.

Mia shook her head. "If he ever finds us my mom told me to run as far as I can until I find water. I'm suppose to swim in it for a while then find a hiding spot. She will stay behind and fight my father, you would have to come with me." She said.

"oh ok," she said a little embarrassed.but that was when she told herself if all else fails she would protect Mia by fighting her father while mia runs for it.

Mia sighed to herself as she suddenly had another one of her flashbacks.
"Momma!"
"Hush my babbies, its fine. Daddy is just a little angry."
"You're right I'm angry! I'm out trying to hunt so that you can eat and I come back to a whiney family who doesn't appreciate me!" He was screaming and growling at her mom.
"Momma. Daddy. Please stop fighting." Mia's brother, Kelven, said
"Its okay, we are just talking."
"Shut up!" Suddenly he lunged at Kai. She fought back until he threw her.
"Run children!" The puppies ran, but they weren't faster than their father. Mia, being the smallest, was suddenly picked up.
"Help!" She screamed. She was thrown and suddenly everything went black.
Mia shook her head of the memory.
